but most of our kababayan uses DHL

maybe you could check it @ any DHL branch in the Philippines.

Guys,
I am similarly interested in reverse freight.
I would never use Philpost (they seem to struggle with postcards even) and operators like DHL are very expensive.
BM Express is a company I know well and am considering them. But then there is all the huge customs minefield as well :-(
There were a lot of responses in Tagalog (which I sadly can't understand that well), can anyone clarify if any of the subsequent posts had other suggestions?

hi guys, we're about to send a box here from Cebu to Perth and we're using BOB (Back office boss)...you can try to search them in FB...they can ship foods...it seems that they are tied with FedEx and Air21 cause we're using a Fedex box...

For a 25kg box to Australia, it will be P9400. Even though they accept foods, meron pa rin mga bawal like dairy or egg product. Yung milk eh dahil sa foot and mouth disease.

hello! for the longest time, confused ako sa sistema ng BOB. i had a thorough research on the procedure. acc to a reliable source, FEDEX is not accepting used items, u need to declare all items as gifts. is this true? in ur case, what was the step by step procedure that u had? lahat ba ng items mo in good shape nakarating sa perth? salamat po!

DHL, 25kg is Php 9,700. Dadalhin sayo and pickup ang box. Meron din iba sizes available, iba din ang prices. Hindi nagkakalayo price sa Fedex. LBC ridiculous fee of 19,700php. Ang UPS close second at 17,000+ for same weight.

We had a very bad experience with philpost...isang envelope lang ng documents from Sydney inabot ng 3 buwan sa kanila...kesho iniinspect daw ang laman...face palm moment hehe

thanks, brian! u mean that DHL cost is via AIR, door to door. there are instances AU customs asks for add-up expenses on top of the one u paid in manila. dito ako mejo naa-alarma. would u know if meron ang DHL by ship at door-to-door din? salamat po!

Yun procedure kay DHL, dalhin sa house mo yun box, then if ready for pickup let them know. Three (3) working days andun na sa Sydney yun box, Sydney lang tinanong ko kasi dito ipapadala yun mga gamit.

Hehe.

I suggest you ring them up for more info. Natawagan namin lahat DHL, UPS, FedEx and LBC. Nagulat ako talaga sa LBC, highway robbery. Php 19,700. Haha! Baka yun courier lalanguyin yun dagat kaya mahal ang fee.

Yung 9,700 all in na yung fee pati insurance? Diba usually iffactor in pa nila sa fee yung halaga ng gamit na nasa box?

Hi! nag inquire ako sa philpost. 2 weeks lang daw. airmail normal delivery, rate around 7,500 yun quote nila for 20 kgs na... i hope ok to... pwede naman daw itrack hindi ko lang nakuha yun tel number. i think wala sila tracking online unless EMS yun pipiliin way magpadala

im trying bm express..1 box lang naman. going to cebu for about 100 plus something unlimited weight. dami na kasing gamit, goodies and mostly old clothes useable pa lahat. ok sana ilagay sa clothing bin ng salvos pero saw on current affairs tinatapon lang pa la nila if di nila ma collect within a week ung clothing bin. sayang naman if ganun..

have anyone tried bm express? matagal nga lang about 8 weeks pero items na not really urgently needed naman. any feedback about them? i am not shipping "important" items so ok lang siguro noh??

would appreciate any feedback:)
