  @5000rpm ....in our case...the refusal was all about the funds...yet I have read it here in the forum that indeed there was a case that the refusal was due to the inconsistency between the background course and the lodged occupation in OZ.....

  @5000rpm about sa medical basta cure ang sakit pwede ka makakuha ng grant delay lang, wag lang yung hepa na hindi na nagagamot at yung mga nakakamatay na sakit. About sa show money read mo mabuti yung details na mga pwede mo gawing sponsor mas maganda kung kaya ng mom and dad mo or mga kapatid mo mas o.k o kaya may relative ka sa australia na p.r mas o.k dn basta makapag provide sila ng docs na kinita nila yung pera at about sa course mas o.k kung related sa course mo dito sa pinas yung itake mo na course sa australia para iwas GTE. At samahan ng dasal, God bless to all.

  @ozdreamer0323 kami po yung dalawang kuya ng asawa ko sila po yung sponsor namin at sinabihan kami ng agent namin na magpasa dn daw kami ng birth certificate nila para daw katunayan na kapatid sila ni misis.

  Yes. Aside sa birth cert nila, pinagawan ko sila ng statutory declaration na magka maganak kami, tapos pina notaryo namin.

  Good day po. Sa mga may approved student visa application, pano nyo po natanggap yung visa? I-send po ba ito via email or may card na i-attach sa passport? Last year, granted po yung tourist visa ko at via email ko lang natanggap yung visa. I'm not sure kung ganun din pag student visa. Salamat po.

  Because currently i'm choosing between taking up carpentry or nursing course.. and I hold a bachelor's degree in ME here in the phils, malayo nga for nursing but somehow there's a work around daw for carpentry base sa agency na nakausap ko since pwede maging basis yung work ko.. pero for the carpentry course, if ever, sa perth ako mapupunta, wherein pag nursing pwede sa adelaide in which may kakilala ako dun..

  @5000rpm ....under ng isang agency si wifey ngayon bro for her part time work at ang bigay sa kanya ay 19$ per hour including tax.....

  @markmark Via email. DIAC will send the visa approval letter to your agent or if wala ka, directly sayo. Nothing to be stamped in your passport, Aus do not require visa label in passport. Just the letter.

  thanks @amedina I was a bit worried for I'm currently based in SG and I'm planning to lodge my visa application this week. I'll be in Manila next week so maybe I'll just wait for the visa grant (fingers crossed) there.

  Hello po.. Merun na po ba dito yung mga ngbachelor at masters in nyrsing na hindi na nirequire ng show money.. Kc po yung frend ko po hindi na sya nirequire ng show money ang course po nya bachelor in nursing.. Tapos po ang agent ko told me din na magvisa lodge na ako kht wlng sponsor or show momey po.. Is this true???

  @tin1289 I think it's possible for as long as the program and the Uni is under SVP. Majority ng Bachelors at Masters courses (subclass 573) are under SVP.

  @ozdreamer0323 Hi! When I lodged my docs po, I asked my sponsor to make and Affidavit of Support and Proof of Relationship po notarized by a public attorney. Then I also made a family tree to clearly present kng pano kmi nagibg related. Kasi first cousin lang sya ng mom ko. And noong nag interview po, inexplain ko dn kng pano ko sya naging uncle. If you like po I still have a copy of the aff. Of supprt, ksi attorney din isang uncle ko. Hehe

  @tin1289 I agree. I'm studying bachelor in nursing. Under 573, no need for show money or proof of funds. Just a declaration that you have access to enough funds in Aus. But some other universities ask for proof of funds, it depends on them. But for DIAC, no need.

  It's been months but my educ agent did not send my acceptance documents to my university. This was after all the promises that they will. I am honestly disappointed with this so I am now considering to do everything on my own.

  Marami din na nag lodge na walang assistance kahit kanino. Basta make sure complete lahat ng papers before lodging kasi sayang ang effort pag na deny dahil lng sa kulang ang papel. Good luck
