    @Yanna ...try to check also considerations in lodging your papers like sino sa inyo dalawa ang may chance na mag aral..if ano kurso kukunin at related ba yong degree mo at experience sa atin etc...so consider first other things pertinent to the application before deciding sino ang mag aaply...tapos yong ielts pa sino ang magtake sa inyo dalawa...

    minor setback..hindi tinanggap nang VFS yung papers namin kanina kasi need daw nang original passport of me and my wife, yung sinubmit kasi naman is certified true copy lang. didn't know ganun na pala ang required ngayon. Humingi din nang pasensya ang IDP sa akin kasi daw everyday meron talaga changes with regards to required docs...:( oh well, guess this will just have to be delayed for a while. yung wife ko kasi nasa singapore and it will take days pa bago dumating granted mapadala nya asap..hahay

    @ozdreamer0323

    i don't know po, kasi yung IDP agent na po yung nagsubmit so most likely it must be a walk-in right? Anyway, anybody here who got the same situation as mine? Di po ba hindi naman talaga kailangan ang original passport dati? or maybe i was just uninformed of new guidelines pero sabi talaga nang IDP agent ko ok lang naman yung cert. true copy ng passport lang ang isubmit..pati siya na dismaya sa pabago-bagong directives ng VFS.

    Hi im new here. Ask ko lng po. If na grant ka ng Visa subclass 572 vocational and training. Can you also do the bridging course for nurses in this visa, granting nasa oz ka na and papayag ang school na defer muna studies mo sa vocational .

    @santosjed21 ...IMHO...i think you need to stick to whatever 572 program you will have here in OZ.....bridging course in nursing means another program for you...just to give you an example, check this reference for those who will apply for bridging course in nursing in NSW....

    ==============================================
    1. Take IELTS first, all 7 on all the components
    2. Read the instructions on the website--www.nmb.nsw.gov.au
    basically here are the most Important things:
    a. go to PRC, request for verification of registration to be sent directly to the board
    b. go to your university or college, request for transcript and nursing course description to be sent directly to the board
    c. go to IDP or British Council, request for a copy of your all 7 each in all components of your report grade to be sent directly to the board
    d. fill up the application form-http://www.nmb.nsw.gov.au/please-proceed-RN/default.aspx
    (with the application form, you need to have it notarised, and pay $105 through credit card or money order etc)

    that's basically the initial requirements to be sent to the nursing board
    here is the information booklet that will guide you/checklist in filing your application:
    http://www.nmb.nsw.gov.au/Info-Booklet/default.aspx
    ===============================================

    see how detailed the application could be if you want to apply for a bridging course in NSW.....on the other hand, your 572 program will required from you your full attention like attendance, marks, etc.....why don't you apply directly to the bridging course for nurses?

    @santosjed21 ..in addition to what I shared beforehand, you need to be registered in AHPRA it is the Australian equivalent to PRC ..and they will be the ones to recommend whether you can be registered as a nurse in OZ or you have to do the BP (bridging program)....and remember the IELTS needed for the bp is 7 in all bands....or take the OET as an alternative to IELTS.....

    @danyan2001us I was told by the education provider that they can "give way" for the BP and then I can come back after and finish my vocational studies. I did not realize that you needed to change visas in order to be eligible for the BP. So student visas under 572 is a waste of money and time if your main goal is registration.

    @santosjed21 ....hi bro i would not say 572 visa is a waste of money since as what I shared earlier it would be upon the recommendation of the nursing body (taking your concern specifically) whether you will pursue first a diploma course in nursing or if you can be recommended to the BP in nursing......and going back to your agency, i think it's AHPRA which will recommend you to your appropriate program.....i would suggest go to AHPRA first and seek for an assessment in your case then proceed from there.....

    @danyan2001us thanks for answering my query. But sir, i think were not in the same page. What i meant was certain agencies here in the ph are advising on taking up "aged care courses" rather than going straight for the bridging program, which they claim is riskier. After you have been granted the visa and your in OZ studying, you then apply for the bridging program, if your eligible. This is their plan, but I dont think it's possible citing that bridge course is under another subspec "non award" visa 575, i think, while the aged care course is a 572 vocational. You will have to change visa for the bridge right? Also, they claim that this pathway is better for nurses because it "buys you time" in oz so that you can find a sponsor. How then can you buy time if you have to switch visas for the bridging course, which they only grant 3 months for it.
    Care to comment on this.

    @santosjed21 ..hi bro...just call me dan or kuya dan...never address me as sir hehe...anyway i think the short way to see their suggested path is for you to be able to enter OZ into the 572 pathway then when you're here, that's the time then that you will opt for BP.....some are doing that hence it's a one program after the other......meanwhile considering our reference point on BP, the BP itself is a long process thus it solicits from you a much longer preparation.....
