Hi sir my wife age is 32 yrs old, Accountancy Grad at St Paul University Manila, 7 years as Business Analyst.. Ano po kaya mas maganda state sponsorship or Independent?

Ask ko lang po sa mga IT saan po ang the best para sa state sponsorship? Also yung tipo maganda rin for family good school, good environment and simple.

ok mag migrate sa Vic for IT professionals pero i think mahirap magpasponsor sa Vic ngyn. not sure when they open by Jan 2015. pero for the past months, may friends ako Business analyst and chemist both rejected sa Vic. best if u can qualify under SC 189.

age 32 - 30points unless mag 33 na sya before invite, magiging 25points na lang
education - 15 bachelor
experience - 0 since RPL less 6 years, 1 year na lang matitira sa experience

1. IELTS if all bands minimum are 7, then 10 points = 55points
based sa invitation rounds, last oct 27 2014

ang mga nainvite na ICT BA ay mga naglodge ng May 22, 2014 at ang minimum points
ay 65

so need nyo try mag state sponsor (5 points) AND claim points sa partner (5 points) para 65 points... pero sa trend, mga 5 months bago pa kayo mainvite

IELTS if all bands minimum are 8, then 20 points = 65points then if may state sponsorship, i think maiinvite na kayo in next round

again, this is based on my understanding perhaps other forum members can clear this part

Thanks sa quick analyzation sir. If 5 months ang waiting time ok lang sa amin just incase kasi swertihin kami at magka visa we are planning to migrate 2016 pa.

right now focus muna sa ielts po at makahabol this dec 13.. sana swertihin last 2009 kasi .5 lang ang kulang sa points sa reading nayare.

I am planning to have an ACS re-assessment kasi nag-expire na ung nauna kong assessment last October2014. Hinintay ko pa lang po kasi na maging 8 years ako sa company ko now para maka-claim ng additional points...

263212 pa din ba entry mo? Ask ko lang ha kung sakali may idea ka, kelan ba magopen ang 190/489 para sa SA?

if magoopen kasi by January 2015, magpapaassest na ko kay ACS para sa 263212 since sapat naman na ang experience ko for the said code pero kung mga mid pa next year, ibang code ang ipapaassest ko since ang scope of work ko ngayon is may BA at PM na kasama..

hehehe hanggang ngayon nalilito ako.. pero nagsisimula na ko magreview ng IELTS at by January ko plan magexam..

I have 2 assesment already. pero parehong CSOL. Im planning to have another assesment na pwede sa 189. Ready na docs ko baka next week magpasa ako sa Acs.

not so sure, both my friends have applied for 190. you can still try, iba iba nmn ng qualification and criteria bawat applicant. if you have other options, in my opinion, better na wag n lng Vic. pero if other options are not available at the time being, try mo n lng din sa Vic, you will never know kung masponsor ka or not unless you try di ba.

yes, mejo unpredictable na talaga ang state sponsored sa ngyn. kaya better na 189.

Mates, need your opinion lang po sana. Sana makapag-input po kayo..
Ang duties and responsibilities ko po from May 2010 til present is a mix of Ict technical support, BA and PM... Nagtitipid po yata kasi mga amo dito sa SG..

Prior to my experience above, meron na din ako experience as tech support. Please see below:
May 2008 to Feb 2009 - Pinas
April 2009 to April 2010 - SG

Based from the info above, pwede ko kaya isama yung April 2009 to April 2010 na exp ko as relevant kapag nagpaasses ako for BA?
Alam ko hindi relevant pero kung maghihintay pako ng May 2015 eh baka hindi din naman ako bigyan ng 5years exp ni acs..so might as well isama ko na para sa ganon makapgpaasses na ako asap.

Sana po may makapagbigay ng input.. nagaalala lang tlga ako kapag nawalan ako ng slot..

2nd option ko is mgpapaasses ako as technical support.. 263212 na alam ko mahirap makalusot

This is also my dillema. If I submit a new set of COEs with totally different task, this time focusing more on development rather than support.

@raiden14 - won't you have an issue on integrity if you submit another coe with different duties and responsibilities yet it is for the same company?

For my case kasi, I have put all my BA, Support and PM duties into a single COE.. so in the future if I need to get another assessment then I don't need to change my COE..

Don't know if it makes sense..

pero sana magwork-out..

Hello. Bago po ako dito sa pinoyau. Ask ko lang kung kailangan bang nakaindicate sa COE ang work responsibilities or pwedeng mag-attach na lang ng resume? Nagdadalawang isip din ako kung mag-agency kami or hindi considering ang mahal ng agency yet wala naman kami masyadong alam sa process. Thank you in advance po.

@maria_sg marami po dito hindi na nag-agency and yong iba nasa Australia na yong iba naman may visa na.

Regarding sa COE, if your employer can provide your COE including your work responsibilities then that would be better. If not, then you will have to provide them different documents. Makakatulong dito ang mga experts and may experience na nagsubmit ng COE without job description.

Basa ka muna para malaman mo yong process and ask questions kung may malabo.

@Stoked0419 kamusta na? if you think you have better chance as BA then go for it. If your job includes BA work and it's indicated in your COE then give it a try

Pero assess mo muna kung ilang percent ba ng responsibilities mo ang mag match sa nominated occupation mo.

@key_ren Hi! bago po ako dito sa pinoy au. plan din namin mag asawa magapply ng visa under subclass 189, yung hubby ko ang main applicant, Software Engineer. Nagsisimula na akong mag gather ng documents na kailangan para sa ACS. ask ko lang kung kailangan ba nakaindicate sa COE ang work responsibilities/duties? Complete naman ung COE sa lahat ng employer ng asawa ko kaso walang nakalagay na work responsibilities/duties. Nahihiya din kaming magrequest sa previous employers niya.
