@superbartolome - thanks sa reply sir. Actually nagemail na kme nung Nov 26, nagreply naman cla ng ganito "- CDR applications received on the 10 August 2014 are currently with an assessing case officer - formal advice of the outcomes will be generated
within the next 10 days or so" though more than 10days na di pa din po ako nageemail ulit under agent kasi kme kaso tinatry namin magdirect kasi ang bagal nung agent namin. hays...

@hindiakosidarna Nag inquire ako kagabi and ang reply e they are reviewing August 27 applications. By right tapos na yung sa 'yo. But I believe e auto-generated yung reply na 'to for those asking for status only. I suggest inquire ka mismo sa [email protected]. i mention mo yung specific reference #. I worry lang baka hindi ka nila i entertain since agent mo ang nag submit ng application.

@nice_guy: thanks sir sa info. Akala kasi namin mapapadali pag agent kme, mapapadali pla ang pasensya namin sa kanila (agent). haha. Hopefully magresponse actually kme ung nagfollow up. Pinagiisipan na nga namin magwithdraw. Late na kasi namin nalaman na may pinoyau pla. Well charge it to experienced na lang. Thank you talaga sa time sa pagsagot.

@gmt galing naman lumabas na din + result mo. I've also sent mine thru online last Dec 7. I am worried kasi late ko na napansin ung minimum resolution ng pdf files, na dapat 300dpi. Nakadefault kc machine namin dito sa 200dpi. Plus, bali-baliktad pagka scan ko and syempre when uploaded

wait ko na lng kung sesermunan ba ako.

nabasa ko din sa other threads, ung 26Nov online application ala pa din response, perhaps slowly progressing kasi tapos na sa iyo.. natanong mo na si EA regarding sa approval letter language nila?

@don_andres yup ngreply nmn ung nag assess sabi niya "The new online system does have some issues. I will advise when the letter is corrected."

let me know din if lumbas na result mo. So far samin wala ngang kahit anung follow up email or anythng nakita nalng namin my result na (Blessing talaga). Worried pa ko at di confident sa cdr. Magiging ok din yung sayo. Antay antay lang.

Hello, just now I've received the positive outcome of my skills assessment from EA. Online Application ako submitted on Nov 12th and then nagreply sila for additional information nung Nov 24th. Natagalan ako bago ko nasubmit ulet yung additional document na kailangan (proof of my JD / acknowledgement from a third party at yung old JD ko from HR), I submitted again on Dec 7th. And today Dec 16 th ok na. Pero basically pala kung wala problema bale less 1 month me result na sana ang EA. thanks to @johnvangie at sa lahat ng tumulong sa akin. God bless!

Thanks @don_andres and @pilot_marker. Yung current company ko kasi hindi ako binigyan ng JD so COE lang. Hindi kasi updated at madami nadagdag sa work ko na wala sa JD ng HR. Kaya ang ginawa ko gumawa ako ng JD at pinasigned sa product manager ng products na hawak ko ( hindi direct manager ko) pero printed sa company letterhead. And then EA asked me to ask a 3rd party to honor ung JD na sinubmit ko kasi iba yung nakapirma sa COE and JD. Bale gumawa ako ng affidavit ko stating na yung JD sa HR hindi updated and yung JD na me pirma ng product manager pinasign ko sa kaposition ko din all pages + contact details. At sinama ko na din yung JD sa HR kahit hindi updated. inispecify ko na lang sa affidavit ko na yung JD from HR is not updated. Na ok naman na.

I have a question, in our company my title is "Engineer - Electrical & Automation" kaya iyon nilagay sa sa COE ko.

In my career essays, I am leading a project doing proposal, project design, testings and commissioning (all in one)... medyo di kami structured at wala rin kaming official organisation chart for every project. Ok lang kaya lagay ko sa designation na example "Lead Engineer" or nay suggestion? ok lang kaya na iba sa nasa COE ko.

@pilot_marker,Sa org chart ba? Sa pagkakaintindi ko hindi. dapat kung ano ang position mo as per HR record, then positions nung mga kasama sa project mo. Although, you can also include in your essay na ikaw yung naglead sa project nyo.

@pilot_marker, my opinion, referring to yourself as Lead Engr in the career episodes is fine as that was your role in that episode... let's hear what others have to say, i may be wrong.

Explain mo na lang na ikaw leader ng project. Explain your role as the leader. Hindi na necessary yung tag na "Lead Engineer"
