I have a question, in our company my title is "Engineer - Electrical & Automation" kaya iyon nilagay sa sa COE ko.

In my career essays, I am leading a project doing proposal, project design, testings and commissioning (all in one)... medyo di kami structured at wala rin kaming official organisation chart for every project. Ok lang kaya lagay ko sa designation na example "Lead Engineer" or nay suggestion? ok lang kaya na iba sa nasa COE ko.

Yung job title pa rin ang ilagay mo. Kung anong ginawa per project sa JD na lang yun. Mag draft ka na lang ng CV mo at papirmahan mo sa kanila.

Just submitted my CDR online

Received an electronic receipt in my email after few minutes, according to EA website, the status is "Queued for Assessment". Pero sa CC ko still in ledger (or to be settled)

Hello po, sabi kc ng agent namin as per EA EMAIL e nasend na ung outcome letter sa pinas. To sum it up its been more than a month pero d pa din namin narereceived ung hardcopy, which was sent last third week of November 2014. And even the outcome di daw nila alam if positive or negative can someone enlighten me, is it true na hindi iniinform thru email ang agent? Kahit gumawa na ng follow up ang agent sa EA on the status? Lahat talaga malalaman pag dating pa nung letter. medyo nag dodoubt na talaga aq sa agent namin.

Hi @hindiakosidarna online application ka ba? Kasi if ever the outcome letter is sent only via email. sa letter naka specify if your qualification has been assessed and comparable sa nominated occupation mo and same sa work experiences mo if relevant. I guess that should be the same with paper based application.

@Itsmeeh_Claire: nope, mail application po kame through an agent. august 2014 kme nagpasa but it seems may problem. Its more than a month since nasend ung letter from EA, as per EA email sa Kanila. but they are claiming na di pa nila narereceived. Ang samen lang naman is why not ask kay EA, hay... kung alam ko lang di na kme nagagent. Kme pa ang nagreremind sa kanila lagi. anyway Thanks sa pagsagot.

@hindiakosidarna pwede po kayo mag request na lang ng panibagong copy at ipakuha nyo na lang sa courier. Try mo yung TNT. Mas safe kasi courier po at mas mabilis. At matrtrack nyo po. Mas maganda iemail nyo yung assessor nyo po at iaarrange ipaalam nyo na thru courier na lang.

@hindiakosidarna do you suspect na nawala na yung letter during delivery to Pinas?

Yung sakin kasi hindi ko rin natanggap yung Original Outcome Letter.. nung 1 month na wala pa rin yung letter ko.. nag-request na ko ng duplicate letter sa EA tapos pina-courier pickup ko, door-to-door delivery from EA to Pinas

Pero sa case ko, I dont have an agent.. ako lang nakikipagcommunicate directly with EA

Hello forumers, happy new year to all of us!

May I ask paano ba yung courier pick-up ng result ng CDR from EA? Plan ko kasi ipa-ganun yung sakin para less worries at baka mawala pa, magri-request pa ng duplicate copy additional bayad pa. Thru LBC po ba and how much po kaya? Na-receive ng EA yung documents ko last September 18, 2014. Hoping na by second week of January may result na. Sayang mabilis pala pag online application.

@ana_gdel you may coordinate with your EA Case Officer, tanungin mo lang what Date and Time pwede mo i-schedule yung courier pick-up...

For my case, i had my courier pick-up using DHL Australia, punta ka lang sa website nila, then select mo lang yung "Schedule A Pick-up" ata yun, then input the Pick-up Schedule, Delivery location, and details of your CID# and EA Case Officer etc..

By the way, when you schedule the pick-up online, you will get a Tracking No. pero yung tracking na yun is para sa "pick-up" tracking lang within Australia... after mapick-up ng courier yung docs mo, mag-ggenerate uli sila ng bagong Tracking No. which you can use to track your shipment hanggang ma-deliver sa address nyo... sa case ko, tumawag pa ko sa Call Center ng DHL Oz to get that new tracking no..

Mga less than 5 days lang ata nasa akin na yung docs ko... Goodluck!

Congrats nga pala bro @wizardofOz for the visa grant.. I've been reading your comments sa mga thread dito sa pinoyau, very helpful. Siguro two follow-up questions lang: first, how do I know kung may assigned EA CO na ako? Second, credit card ba gamit to pay DHL Oz?

You may send an email to [email protected] and quote mo lang CID# mo then request na you would like to arrange for a courier pick-up/delivery of your Assessment Outcome Letter.

Yung EA Case Officer mo na most likely ang sasagot sayo regarding your request and will advise you kung kelan magiging ready yung letter mo for pick-up.

Yes, Credit Card ang ginamit kong pambayad sa DHL Oz.. Goodluck!

Hello po, does anyone have experience on how to terminate agent. Nasa Assessment sTAGE PA lng po kme but wala kaming napapala sa agent namin cause of delay pa sila since di kme makapagcommunicate directly to EA. We decided to terminate them but need some inputs to prepare. Thanks po sa mga magrereply.

@hindiakosidarna pareho tayo na nagpasa ng CDR thru agent. tama ka mabagal nga sila. sana lang din hindi na ako kumuha ng agent. katwiran ko kasi nung una at least ay magasikaso ng docs ko kasi nga busy ako sa work. pero may mga forum pala na ganito. anyway anjan na yan eh. hintayin ko na lang. sep 30, 2014 nareceive ng EA ang CDR ko. iniisip ko na lang na by end of february ko malalaman ng result kasi for sure mabagal magprocess ang agent ko.

@milkshake ; Grabe nga $$$$ na nabibigay namin sa kanila ang sagot lang samen maghintay at bakasyon na nila (december 2014) kc nag pa follow-up kme. Kung d ka ba naman ma HB. August pa kme at per EA nasend na ung outcome letter ng 3rd week November till now nganga kme at wala pa daw sa kanila ung outcome letter. Hay... charged to experienced talaga.

@hindiakosidarna pwede mo naman iemail ang EA sabihin mo hingi ka duplicate letter and sabihin mo na pinuputol mo na ang service ng agent mo para isend tlga sa address mo. kasi kanina tumawag ako sa EA sabi ni Helen(yung nakaksagot ng phone) na ang agent ko daw ang magfollow up. kaya kung hindi pursigido ang agent mo tlgang tataas ang BP mo hehe.

Hi!
Oct 7 2014 na receive ng EA ang CDR ko. If masusunod ang 13 weeks TAT nila, by this week din expected ko lumabas ang outcome. Hindi lang sure since nag christmas holiday nga sila for ~2 weeks.
As per msastatus, 04 september palang ang nire-review nila.

baka hindi masusunod ang 13wks turnaround time nila kasi nga nagholiday sila ng 2wks. so magdagdag dn tayo ng 2wks na pasensya hehe. sabi ng nakausap ko kanina 08 september daw ang nirereview. so parang hindi naguupdate agad ang autoreply nila.
