@catajell Sensya tagal ng reply ko ata, kakalipat ko lng kasi ng company dto sa sg, kaka issue lng ng laptop, hehe. Sa immig.gov.au ko ata nakita yong "professional year", d ko maalala. Actually may kasabayan ako mostly sa knya din ako nagtatanong kasi kakatpos nya lng magpa assess ng work experience nya at nakakuha sya ng 10 points, same kmi ng work pero ang diff sya eh 8 years work exp at ako nman e 5 years plng. sa pinas ang mga naging work ko nman eh related sa nominated occupation ko (system support engr then network engr, dto sa sg network consultant at ngayon sa new company ko is senior network engineer), hndi ko nman kinukumpara sa kasama ko pero i'm hoping na makakuha ako ng at least 10 points man lng sa work experience and then sa ielts maka 10 points din para total 65 points. By the way, ako lng din kasi mismo ang naglalakad ng papers ko, same sa kasama ko sya lng din nagpasa online, no agent. sa agent doble ata ang babayaran, same process lng nman ang gagawin nila. Anyway, yong ielts eh workout ko the soonest, sa current company ko is 1 year contract ako at need ko tapusin otherwise need ko magbayad, so kung sakali, isasama ko ang current work ko pag nag pa assess na ako sa ACS.

Worst case scenario, kung d ko tlga mukha yan 10 points sa ielts, ahaha, yong mrs ko e papa assess ko din ang work experience nya. CPA din sya, so hopefully kung umabot man dto makuha ko yong 5 points nya.

I am in the process of answering the visa questions online, pero papano mag-upload ng mga documents, like yung mga birth certificate, etc.. Wala naman akong nakitang option dun? Or dapat ba isubmit muna ito or lodge then saka pwede mag-upload?
Yung NBI clearance and medicals ba ginagawa lang pag may na-assign na na CO?

after mong maglodge at magbayad ng visa tsaka ka pa lang pwede magupload ng mga documents. nakalista din dun yung mga recommended na documents. yung NBI clearance at medical, pwede na iupload at gawin pagka-lodge kahit wala pa CO.

@rechie; are you an accountant? hmmm... mukhang kailangan mo talaga makakuha ng 10pts sa IELTS otherwise CPAA will not give you a favourable assessment...

@TasBurrfoot hndi ako accountant. IT guy ako. CoE\CpE (computer engr) ang mrs ko ang accountant. pinag iisipan ko kung e claim ko yong partner skills points (5 points).

Incase i submit yong PRC ID kailangan ba talaga updated, kasi xpired na yong PRC ID ko eh, la namng xpiration sa certificate. TIA sa reply. Im talking about skill assessment application. Sa TRA po ako pa assess.

In my own experience, ok lang yung PRC certificate for skill assessment. For my case, REE din ako at expired na yung ID, tinanggap naman ng EA. Hindi ko na pinasa yung ID, yung certificate lang at rating.

@nice_guy sir yung nalagay ko pala na 25/09/14 ay yung date na nasa letter mismo. narecieve ko yung actual letter ng 13/10/14 sa bulacan. kaya more than 2 months din.

Hello, newbie here.

Just want to ask before i'm going to lodge an application para ma-access ng ACS yong papers ko. I'm Currently working as a Network Engineer/ Cloud Support/ Infrastructure for a BPO company with 10+ years experience, Problem is i dont have any certification like CCNA, CCNP etc. But my work experience can be verified that indeed i worked on the IT field for 10 years. My question is ma-coconsider kaya ng ACS yong application ko even if i dont have any certificates? Anyone from the group that has the same concern?

Pls advise po and TIA sa lahat ng magrereply.

@nice_guy i think kung more than 13 weeks (minus 2 weeks christmas vacation) na yung cycle time, pwede ka na magfollow-up sa EA. email mo na lang. sumasagot naman sila after few days.

eto email nila: [email protected]

lagay mo na lang yung CID at name sa subject ng email.

baka may result na yan at on the way na sa snail mail. hindi kasi sila nagnonotify usually ng resulta sa email.

@sprggn based sa auto-reply status nila, pang sept 15 na applications pa lang pina-process nila. Considering +2 weeks dahil sa xmas holiday, bale adjusted ETC ko 13 weeks is by next week pa. Kung wala pa din next week, the following week magpa follow-up nako.

PRC cert is enough po kahit walang ID.

Kung may diploma dun sa mga courses, mas ok. Pero kung hindi closely related ang course sa school and experience mo and nominated occupation mukang dun sort of nagbabawas ang ACS ng experience.. At saka parang may nabasa din ako na depende sa school? Di ko sure ha.. may mga categories daw ang schools..

yung medical, dun mismo sa Immiaccount mo kukunin yung HAP ID (may link dun na organize health requirements).
i'm not sure kung Health Declaration tawag dun.

tingin ko kailangan CTC yung mga i-uupload kasi nakalagay yun sa checklist. pero meron din ako nabasa na hindi na kailangan. pero to be safe, pinaCTC ko na din.

Ready na po ako mag EOI since nareceive ko na yung assessment ng CPAA. Ang siste lang kasi buntis si misis at due nya sa April.

Ano po ba ang magandang diskarte dito. Hintayin ko muna manganak si misis at maayos na lahat ng papers ni baby (passport, BC) bago ko mag EOI or mag EOI na ko ngayon?

Iniisip ko po kasi me mga sasagutan sa EOI like kung ilan ang dependents ko...sa ngayon si misis lang pero pagdating ng april, dalawa sila ni baby.

At kung mag EOI po ako at mainvite agad, kailangan ko kagad magproduce ng mga docs nila ni baby which is wala pa...any suggestion po?

@ImB submit eoi now. Pag na invite, apply na ng visa.. During medical sabhin na pregnant si misis, so medyo madedelay ang medical.. Pag nanganak na, you can submit changes sa application to include your baby..

Atleast nasubmit mo na application, you dont have to worry about changes in immigration policies, fees and occupation allocation etc

Kase if you will wait for your baby's passport and bc, naku pagkatagal tagal!well i don't know kase sa ibang municipality pero sa QC (sa QC ako nanganak) wala na silang special request para maprocess ng maaga ang bc and for you to get copy agad na nasa nso secpa (pag nagprocess ka ng passport para sa baby mo inaallow na yata nila kahit hindi nasa nso secpa pero kelangan iauthenticate ng nso) So yun, mga 4 mos bago ako nagkaron ng BC and passport ng baby ko dati

ang tagal pala maprocess nung passport at BC ng baby.

Follow up question lang, dun sa EOI ang ilalagay kong number of dependents eh isa lang muna po tama?

Tapos halimbawa pong mainvite po kami ni misis ako puede na kong mag medical si misis after few months pa after nya manganak. Di po ba me expiration ung invite na parang 60 days lang?

Mag file ka lang for visa just like kayong dalawa lang ng misis mo. Pag nag file na kayo at na grant na at wala pa baby, better. Kung processing at waiting ka, nanganak na si misis, ipaaalam mo sa case officer.

Pag may co na kayo, i mention mo na, na pregnant si misis. May additional fee for the new baby, i think pero at least processing at andun na papers mo. I don't know under what visa or what your job is but changes in the skills needed might affect you. So file it now when you can, and then let them know about the baby once it has all been filed and is ongoing. Kasi mas mabagal ang pag process ng papers ng baby mo kasi masyado mabagal ang sistema sa pinas hehe

Kun visa grant n kayo then saka kayo nagka baby and wala kayo sa au, u need to apply for child visa. Otherwise, just give birth sa australia. Automatic pang citizen anak nio.

In such instance naman na ongoing pa application and d p kayo nakamedical tas buntis ang wife mo. U hv to wait for thr baby to br born and add the baby to the application before u can do the medical since d pde mag xray ang pregnant ladies. Just inform the CO, u can get a letter fr ur wifes OB stating expected date of delivery nia.
