    wala ka ata access dun sa immi anoh? ifill up mo lang yung medical history questionaire after that mag gegenerate yung referral letter kung saan andun yung name mo at HAP ID.

    pag may HAP-ID kana pwede kana mag pa schedule for medicals.

    wala ka ata access dun sa immi anoh? ifill up mo lang yung medical history questionaire after that mag gegenerate yung referral letter kung saan andun yung name mo at HAP ID.

    pag may HAP-ID kana pwede kana mag pa schedule for medicals.

    sabihan mo agent mo bro.
    bro, nakuha na namain HAP IDs at referral letters...ask ko lang if nagprovide pa kayo ng photos for each referral letters?

    @cvetu2004 good day. as far as i know, kailangan ng passport size na pictures, 3 yata hiningi sakin sa st lukes. i'm not sure kung ganun din sa ibang clinic. pero may picture taking din sa process nila mismo. better bring them just in case. Godbless!

    Booked na kmi sa Point Medical sa Paragon on Feb 7 (Saturday) 11:10am... hindi kasi pwede mag-absent mga bata sa school kaya no choice need to take at eto na ung earliest schedule na available. And also, hindi na kailangan ng photos.
