@joy_j hello! actually before we got married here last may pumunta kami sa Au embassy then kumuha si husband ng Cert of No Impediment. They gave us 3 copies, one for the process of our Marriage Cert, another one we gave it for processing of the Partner Visa, another one copy namin. Ako lang hiningan ng CENOMAR. Sa part ng sponsor ang pinasa niya yung nakalagay sa check list na kailangan pass with the Cert of No Impediment. Hopefully this information can help you in processing your visa!

I also noted na your husband is from victoria. Ive lived in melbourne before and my husband currently lives in geelong

Patricia Orpiana was my CO before when i applied for student visa in 2011 sis. Who know sis baka ma grant ka na this month or next month kasi if hindi complicated yung application usually around 6-7 months sis ang waiting. Nandito ako sa pinas ngayon sis

@joy_j yes sis, prang bridal checks dto cenomar, ang magaappear naman don is advisory na married na ung applicant.

they need it for verification lang naman. I intentionally did not submit our cenomar thinking na married n kmi and enough n ung marriage cert, tpos nabalitaan ko din n ung mga nagapply nagpasa sila, good thing na din n d ko xa pnasa agad kc atleast kinontact p ko ng co hehe pag mxado dw kcng flawless docs may cases n d n kinocontact ng co waiting ka nlng tlga kso mjo nkktkot db pg wlang kht ano from co. kaya aun hehe.

@joy_j filo kasi ang hubby ko sis so ako ang nagrequest non dto stin 3yrs PR plng sila don, pero ung NPC and mga stat dec from family and friends pti employment history ni hubby lht ung scanned copies, pna certify nya lang don bgo iemail skn. No worries sis would be glad to help.

Isang beses sya nag request sis?
December ako nag apply. Then January nag request sya additional doc which is medical lang naman kasi d pa ako nag pa meical agad after receivig the acknowledgement letter nung December. Anong specific na docs sis? Nag request ba sya ng form 80? Hidi kasi ako nag submit nun

Whoa! Ambilis naman na grant agad Oct nag lodge??? Si Ms Liza din yung sa asawa ko pero Aug kami nag lodge. Kumpleto naman papers at di na kami hiningan uli yun nga lang online application kami. Di kaya mas mabilis pag sa VFS? Hay... sana ma-grant na din asawa ko
