Oo medyo matagal nga yan...yung NSO marriage cert namin parang inabot ng 1 month nun pero 2010 pa yun... Pero knowing dyan sa pinas e baka me fast track, if the price is right hehehe.

my mga questions/dillema lang po ako sana po matulungan nyo ko...

here goes. when i checked the reqts, under general skilled migration... dapat maka 65 points, tama ba? ang plan namin kasi mauuna si hubby for 1-2 years and then susunod kami ni daughter. si hubby kasi 2 yr course ng computer technology ang natapos. ang current work nya is encoder/courier sa transport and logistics (parang all around on site person) for about 3 yrs. ako naman, i finished BS ECE, and i work as an IT helpdesk analyst for roughly 5 yrs. feeling ko mas pasok ako na primary applicant.

sya sana ang mauuna kasi nothing to lose sya sa current work nya ngayon. if kailanganin nya ng funds pag nauna sya dun, makakapag padala ako sa kanya. if ako ang mauuna dun, at wala pa akong maging work right away, baka hndi kaya ng sweldo nya mag isa yung mga gastusin sa bahay plus mag sschool na yung daughter namin.

if ako ba ang mag aapply as primary.. kelangan pa din nya makapasa dun sa 65 points? also. if ako ang primary, pede ba sya ang mauna doon?

mejo hindi ko rin makita kung saan yung skills nya sa SOL at sa CSOL. yung sakin din IT helpdesk analyst.. hindi ko alam kung meron sa SOL or sa CSOL. under ba sya ng systems analyst?

tapos yung payment po ba ng application, right away pag nag apply ka? so pag nadeny ka, bye bye na sa application fee (150k)? or magbabayad lang po if nareach nyo na yung certain stage na sure na kayo na maaapprove?

any reasons po na madedeny ang visa? if hindi kami pasok sa 189 SI, pede kaya kami sa 489 Skilled regional? Eligible relative ba ang tito? He's from Blacktown. (cousin ng mom ko na ninong din namin sa kasal). Pero d ko makita yung blacktown sa designated area. Relative lang ba talaga pede magsponsor? di pede friend? Mas mababa po ba ang reqts for 489 Skilled regional visa?

mag aapply ka po ba muna bago mag exam sa IELTS? or IELTS muna?

>> 60 points is enough po for invited visa applications (e.g. subclass 189/190/489). I believe na mas pasok ka nga pong primary applicant because of your college degree. Possible na mas mataas na points makukuha mo for level of education.

>> If you will be the primary applicant, no need for him po to be assessed against all criterias except if you want to get additional points for partner skills (5 pts), kelangan po nya mag-IELTS and magpa-assess ng occupation nya sa assessing body. If not, kelangan lang pong magbigay ng proof of functional english for your husband to avoid paying the additional visa charge.

>> I am also not familiar with the IT helpdesk analyst duties/responsibilities but I believe sa ACS ka din po dapat magpa-assess. You may visit below link for more details. Meron po silang pdf doc with all the listed occupations with duties/responsibilities. You may find the nearest match sa current occupation mo ngaun.

>> 1 reason po na nabasa ko dito sa forums for someone who got refused eh ung skills assessment date is later than the EOI submission. Skills assessment and IELTS should be completed before submitting an EOI. I am not that familiar with the 489 visa but yes, relative lang po ang pede. You may check below link for more details.

Ay ganun, sayang no...madali lang naman ata kumuha ulit ng coe dyan sa ofc nyo?

So ang ilalagay ko eh date kung kelan ko sya ni-fill out for example ngayon - feb 15.

Nagdadalawang isip lang kasi ko lagyan kasi dun sa EOI ko ni leave blank lang sya so hindi tugma.

Marami rin palang questions sa pag lolodge ng visa! hahaha

I suggest magpa-assess ka muna sa ACS, kase sila mag-aadvise kung ilang points ang makukuha mo for educational qualifications and work experience. Marami kseng factors ang icoconsider ng ACS when assessing your degree, like kung relevant ba yung degree and kung anong level (Level 1, Level 2 school, etc.) yung school mo. Sa work experience naman, dpat related sa nominated occupation ung work experience mo. Ngbbawas din sila ng # of years from the total years of experience based on your educ qualifications (eg. If AQF Bachelors degree, minus 2 years sa work experience). You can check the details sa ACS site, andun na rin yung mga details on IT job codes that you can nominate.

Hi @whizler and @ImB. Required po ba talaga ang new COE kapag nasa current employment ka pa din or ok na ang latest payslips? October pa kasi ang assessment letter ko.

in my ACS application, I used Oct 4, 2014 the date of my latest COE (I am still working in the same company up to now). In my EOI, I used Oct 4, 2014 as well.

However, for my lodgement I used Feb 2014 (no day) which I am regretting right now because I was not being consistent.

I also need to know if I need to submit a correction form.

Let us ask the veterans for their insights @wizardofOz @lock_code2004 @TasBurrfoot @vhoythoy or anyone else out there who can share their experience

To the experienced ones, what did you enter in your lodgement in the field for the LATEST work experience you have?

a. Is it the current date of when you submitted the lodgement date?
b. The value you entered in the EOI?
c. The date you entered during your assesment?

@whizler, naku nakakalito nga yan, hindi ko rin alam kung ano date ang ilalagay. Ang nilagay kong date sa current employment ko eh kahapon - date kung kelan ko ni-fill out yung visa lodgement.

guys help, don sa EOI, related work experience ko kc is from Jue2004-Nov2009, however SkillSelect is just giving me 5points, based on its computation, less than 5years lng experience ko. dahil ba sa ang June2004 ay more than 10years ago? dahil jan 55points lng ako.. any advice please... thank you!

@don_andres, hello! I don't think it matters kahit more than 10 years ago. Sakin me ni-claim din akong experiences nung 2004 nacredit naman sya sa experiences ko.

@ImB, mukang inde na tlga counted if more than 10years, may ganitong clause na kasi sila

"Client's will only receive points for employment history for the last 10 years from the date they submit their EOI. If the employment period exceeds the 10 years during the time your EOI awaits to be invited then your indicative points score can change."

@buzzy, ang alam ko depende me case na kokontakin ka ng CO meron ding cases na hindi. Kung kumpleto na lahat ng mga docs mo at naifront load mo na sila at satisfied na yung CO alam ko di na sila paparamdam at direct grant na. Sa mga cases na me hinihingi pa sila, dun ata sila paparamdam.

@don_andres, saan mo to nakuha? Bigla ako kinabahan, nagclaim din kasi ko ng points from Oct 2004 employment ko. Inaccept naman sa EOI pero baka bawasan yung points ko ng CO later on.

EOI last step, meron don link sa upper right, View EOI and View Points, click mo un then a pdf file will open up showing the summary of your points.

Use the current date if you are still employed in the same company, with the same job..

Once invited to apply for visa, attach a current coe..

Hello @smile22, sadyang di ko po talaga sinagot ang question na yan since nasa lodgement phase pa lang ako hehe. But from what I read here, there is an initial entry date na ise-set ang CO sa visa grant notification letter. All individuals included in the application should enter Australia before that date. It will depend if my conditions ung visa na dapat mauna ung primary applicant or pdeng sabay sabay na or kahit sinong mauna. After the initial entry, you can still go in and out of Australia if you are not yet ready to settle there hanggang di pa nageexpire ang visa which is valid for 5 years. Once the visa expires, you cannot return to Oz once you leave unless you apply for a resident return visa. Anyway, lets also wait for others here na mas masasagot po ung question mo.

For me ok lang yan. Inconsistent din nman ung date ng current work experience ko kasi lumalakad ung araw and may limitations ata ung date sa EOI/Immi acct di ko na maalala basta alam ko magkaiba pero i dont care kasi lagpas 8 yrs naman lahat ng exp ko. Don't worry wala naman effect yan. Ang crucial jan is kapag nasa bingit ka ng 60 pts and may effect talaga ung months/ days na difference sa total experience mo. Pero kung pasok ka naman talaga sa required points wala naman effect yan, marunong naman magisip at mag decide si CO.
