VETASSESS question

Hi all, mag susubmit palang po ako ulit ng docs sa vetassess. Medyo namahinga ako ng almost 2 years haha. Since mag 25 na po ako so makaclaim na ako ng max points sa age. Lol too bad 5 years sana work exp ko this year kaso parang magiging 4 years nalang (in case maconsider lahat) due to the recent amendments.

Anyway, i have concern po regarding dun sa isa kong employer. Nag close na kasi yung company and all I was able to retain is my payslips, appointment letter, resignation acceptance letter.. I do not have yung tax certificate ko with them. Do you think po payslips would suffice? I'm a bit worried too what if they need to call the company? Yung gumawa kasi ng hiningian ko dati ng parang letter of recommendation is nangibang bansa na rin.. Should I get a new one?

Another question, since I started collating the documents 2013 pa. I was able to get a certificate of employment of my 1st employer dated 2013, will VETASSESS still accepts this kaya or it must be recent?

better get a new reference letter. as for sa COE, dated 2013, were u still with the company or may end date of employment namn sa letter? kun may end date namn, ok na yan.

Hi thanks po for answering.. I am no longer connected with the company for more than 3 years now.. Yes may end date din. I'm just a bit unsure if vetassess would still accept it if the COE is dated like 2013 pa.

its fine. We submitted COE dated back in 2009 pa nga para sa previous employment.

good day po bago lang p ako sa forum na ito so far may 457 visa inapplyan ko din may
employer na nag sponsor sa akin, naka sign na ako ng employment agreement. naka pag medical na rin ako. so vetassess nalang antay ko. what if na negative ang result ng vetassess ko. ano po ang mga dapat kung gawin? salamat

Bale my Brother-in-law has 20 years experience pero nde cya college degree holder.
Meron siyang 10 years experience dun sa Occupation code (hotel managment) na pasok sa kanya.
He is 39yrs old and will turn 40 later this years.

Pde ba sya mag pa assess ng skills / experience kahit ala cya college degree?
Please pa advise hinahabol kasi namin bago sya magturn ng 40.

Hello, I just want to ask for guidance before magpa assess. Ngayon ko lang kasi nakita yung ganitong path na possible para sa husband ko.

He's 25 = 30 pts
IELTS (Academic) = 20 pts
Education (Section 1 [UP] school - with Bachelors of Arts degree holder but with undergrad in Mech Engg) = 15 pts?
Work experience (3 years) = 5 pts
Partner Skills = 5 pts (with bachelors degree, CSOL (HR field but 1 yr experience), age is 22

TOTAL (as of my very rough computation) = 75

He's experience as Chief Welder-Fitter sa Engineering business ng dad nya. Detailed COE, JD, Payslips, ITR, Government contributions are all available.

Questions are:
1) Will experience required will affect sa pagkuha ng points? 189 ang plan namin actually kung ito yung route na tatahakin namin. Nalilito kasi ako sa may minimum required na experience for Welder-Fitter is 5 years pero Victoria Sponsorship ito.

2) Will his employment with his family will affect too? Nagwowork naman sya. Asset lang talaga sya sa dad nya kasi anak at mapagkakatiwalaan but kasama naman sya sa payroll.

3) TRA ang assessing body nya and di nila need ng IELTS. Sayang naman yung IELTS ng husband ko, ang taas pa naman nya. Talaga bang di un kasali sa points kapag di required?

4) Will his bachelors will affect the pointing system? He shifted out kasi sa BA nung undergrad pa sya but the TOR will show the history of his background in machines and engineering. Ngayon lang sya nagka chance mag complete ng units kasi konti na lang need nya grad na sya ng Engineering.

PS I will be studying masters by coursework pala this coming July 2015 kasama sila ng baby ko, so prolly dun na kami magaapply for 189. My friend said this is possible, sana may makapag attest na it's possible to transition from Student visa to 189. Thanks!

Ang tagal pala talaga ng result. Dec 27 ko nilodged yung sakin then january 20 yung naging in progress sya. Nakaka nerbyos mag intay ng result. Ok lang matagal basta sana positive result . Praying praying praying

1. fitter welder is in SOL, which means State nomination is not required is you have enough points of atleast 60 therefore, no need to apply for Victoria state sponsorship
2. regardless if family business sia or not, as long as u can provide evidence na he is working in his father's company (e.g. ref letter, Coe, tax assessment, pay slips, etc)
3. Indi required ng TRA ang IELTS but u still need that for the actual visa lodgement for claiming of points. U can claim 20 points if he managed to obtain a minimum score of at least 8 in each of the 4 components.
4. he can still claim 15 points for education since grad namn sia ng BA.

cafe or restaurant manager falls under Group C whcih requires at least Diploma and ung hotel or motel manager namn is group A, requires at least bachelor's degree. u can check other occupations na TRA ang skills assessing body na incharge.

@ Xiaomao82.. salamat sa reply. ito kasi un. nag apply ako as cnc programmer tru internet saka sa direct company. tapos pinalad nag reply sa akin ang employer din na interview ako. so far ok na. din sila na nag process ng 457 visa kumuha ng agent so nag file na me ng visa saka nag file na rin ng vetassess. naka pag medical na naka sign na nag employment agreement. so vetassess ung skill assessment ko na lang antay . after that nag email sa akin si vetassess na ung assessment ko is unsuccessful because my experience is not relevant to the position. graduate kasi ako ng electrical engineer dn sa experience ko nasa sheetmetal industry ako din isa akun product engineer hinahawakan ko rin ung cnc turret programmer .din ung occupation ko ay machinist class1. ito kaya ang problema sa occupation na inapplyan ko?

hingi ka explanation from VETASSESS bakti indi related ung work mo sa nominated occupation. minsan kasi may isang tasks kang indi inline sa ANZSCO kaya negative ung result. kelangn mong maintindihan whats the cause ng rejection kasi if u are to appeal, u need to address din kun san ka nagkulang. sa case mo kasi kung ang sabi is not relevant to the position. baka ung tasks mo ang indi inline sa ANZSCO ng nominated occupation mo. chineck ba ng agent mo kun inline ung tasks?

@xiaomau82.salamat sa reply sir. i dont know sir kung na check nya ung task ko. anyway kinontak k na ung agent. until now d sya sumasagot or reply sa message ko sa skype. nag email ako sa employer ko then tapos sabi nya na pag usapan daw muna nila ng agent kung ano ang magagawa. but until now wala pang feedback. nag aantay lang ako kung e appeal nila ung application ko. medyo nahinayang lang kasi. maraming salamat sir

Wla kc un s list of documents n nabangging during my application. May nakaexperience n po b magupload ng syllabus or not? If upload ko sya will it expedite the process? Thanks po.

mejo mahigpit na kasi vetassess ngyn and pagkakaalam ko sa mga kakilala ko na rcent nag apply, ung iba talagang tinatawagan ng vetasses ung nagsign ng referral letter for verification. may case namn na inemail ung boss nia. so tlagang importante na malaman mo aling aspect ka nagfail. kun nag verify ba sila or dahil sa isang task or ano man. ask ur agent to seek clarification from vetassess. it would help u decide kun worth it ba na iappeal or not.

Naalala ko lang, inilagay ko kasi dun sa diploma ko na inupload, diploma. Dapat ba degree ang dinabi ko? Though nakasulat naman sa certficate, bachelor of science in nursing. Or with a degree in nuraing something like that. Iniisip ko kasi baka magka issue dahil nilagay ko dun sa title, diploma. Diba kasi diploma ang tawag satin?

which part ka na ba ng application mo? skills assessment? or visa lodgment? magkaprob ka kasi kung visa ludgement na gawa ng 10 points lang ang diploma.

Kasi from a migration agent friend, based sa Job Description ng husband ko better yet OH&S yung i-nominate namin na occupation. Yung referral letter ba should be coming from the workmates? Ex-workmates? What should we attach po ba for proof of their identity? dapat po ba handwritten and with attached ID and calling card? Thanks po!

Another Question: Di ko talaga ma-gets yung Category A na work sa VETASSESS. Pano po ba yung education qualification sa VETASSESS? Sectioning ba yun ng school kung saan ka nakakuha ng bachelors para equivalents sa Aus educ? Or dapat closely related sa nominated occupation. Iba iba po kasi nakikita kong sagot dito sa forum

sa pagkakaalm ko po, sobrang strict ng VETASSESS ngyn when it comes to assessment. they do all types of verification. email, telephone, database search, they even check websites ng mga employers to see whether there are job postings ng designation mo to match ung job description. the referral letter can be provided by your present or former colleague, mas ok siguro kung supervisor level ang mag sign. usually, pag nakaprint sa company letterhead ung referral letter, no need na for supporting docs nung nagsign.

Ang naaalala ko, yung COE ko may letterhead signed by our HR. Yung Resume na may detailed job description na may pattern ang vetassess, pag dating sa dulo andun yung mga persons na pwede nila tawagan which in my case are my former boss and colleague
