  Hello po! Undergrad ako (til 2nd year college lang, year 2008 pa) and eversince nagwork ako sa family business namin. Dati akong listed as stock holder sa business pero last year, pinalitan ng pangalan yung business and iba na din ang stock holders. Any idea po kung pano ko idedeclare sa Embassy? For others kasi na nagwork sa ibang company, kelangan lang nila magpass ng certificiate of employment and payslips diba? Would it be okay na manghingi ako sa Papa ko ng cert. of employment to declare na yun ang ginawa ko eversince nagstop ako sa studies ko? para kasing ang weird lang na ang tatay ko ang magiissue ng certificate of employment. Siya nman kasi tlga ang President ng company. LOL. Tapos sya dn ang sponsor ko sa pagaaral ko.

  Hi guys, i wanna apply for a student visa. I'm an education graduate but haven't practice my degree. As of the current time I'm working as a custodian in a semiconductor company for 9 years but still dreaming of a much greener pasture. And I see australia is the answer. May sponsors ako kaso i don't wanna play with luck kaya I planned to have an agent to process my visa application. Aside from that may health problems ako will it be an issue pag nag apply ako ng student visa? I have done my research medyo may edad n ako so i guess it would be better kung vocational course na lang ang kukunin ko. Please advise whats best for me anyways may assessment ako sa 21st of this month sa FORTRUSTph. Thanks in advance

  Anyone here who was refused by his/her first application and trying to apply at the second time? Just wanna ask if kelangan pa ba ng Letter of Reapplying or kung ano pa tawag dub. Hehe need pa ba un? Or just send what you sent on your first app?
  
  Ngayon kc winithdraw ko na ung second application ko sa agency ko since they are not really helpful and sila ang may fault kung bakit ako narefused nung una (sabi kc pwde daw ang selling of properties as proof of fund pero d nman pala). Ayoko na dun kc sinisingil ult ako ng agency fee, mabuti naman sana kung worth it.
  
  Bank Loan Docus na lang hnihntay ko ready to lodge na ko. Ask ko lang un pag reapply ba may letter of reapplying ba na ibbgay? Aside sa Notarized Docus, receipt ng medical fee, HAP ID.

  @miss_ivy_g Nope, hindi ako SVP. Vocational Education and Training Sector visa (subclass 572) din ako. Work Health and Safety course ko. Sana maka.abot tayo...still praying and waiting for that big YES! hehehe... Papalapit na ang date ng class eh... But God will give it to us soon. Ahh, sa Sydney ka pala. Ako sa Perth.   Good day!
  
  I just want to ask for your expert opinion about the application of dependent for student visa.
  
  My cousin has an approved student visa (Subclass 572) and got married to his tourist girlfriend here in Sydney recently. So, they are planning to add his wife as a dependent.
  
  Their agent suggested them to wait for her new PH passport with the wife's name change, but, it will take about six months.
  
  Now, for our concern, can the wife apply for a dependent visa using her maiden name, so she can go here immediately? I believe they have an australian marriage certificate and they plan to use it as proof.
  
  Has anybody had the same experience/condition?

  ako po, wala po akong agent, so mhirap tlaga if aq pa mismo ang mag follow.up sa embassy, nkktakot nmn kasi bka un pa ang rison at lalong madelay pa. kayo po? wala rin po kayong agent?

  nong na refuse kami the first time we applied (2010) and then we re lodged our application, hindi na kami pinabayad ng agency namin....

  oo nga, wag na lang muna, hintay2 na lang talga., nung jan 30 ako naglodge, feb 2 na acknowledged.. dpat eh december pa nga dpat ako naglodge kaso nag withdraw ako dun sa agent ko.,

  @pepay Di ko nga sure kung okay lang yung ganun Hehe. Sa June pa ako makakapaglodge ng application tapos July pasukan ko. Subclass 572 pa nmn ako and 3 mos daw processing.. mukhang malabong umabot ako. Nakakaiyak.

  Hello @miss_ivy_g - How much bayad mo sa Fortrust?

  16 days palang akong naghihintay pero parang 2 months na sa tagal. haha. pinapagpray ko yung CO ko na sana nasa masayang disposition siya pagkahawak nya ng papers ko. sana mejo maaga ng konti kasi employed pa ko, para makapagbigay pa ko 1-month notice of resignation.
