@wizardofOz Yup ganon nga po. nag email ako sa nsw and ito ang reply nila:

"If you do not meet NSW selection eligibility criteria, such as not having an occupation on the NSW Skilled Occupation List, your EOI will not be able to be considered for selection for the current Feb-June 2015 selection intake. However, it will remain in SkillSelect and can be considered for future intakes if your occupation is put back onto the list"

So inassume ko po na ok lng na mag lodge ng eoi ngyon para mauna ako sa queue.

yes, ok lang mag submit ng eoi kahit walang state na open. take NSW for example they do consider the date of eoi submission. so mas maaga , mas ok. anyway, eoi is free so no harm submitting kasi wala pang state nomination. You don’t need to submit any documents at the time being. U will only be required to upload documents, once you are invited to apply and have submitted your visa application.

yes pwede. make updated ka when mag open ung state para agad agad makaapply ka. otherwise, your eoi is useless kung d k nmn makaapply when the state reopens.

better is under SOL ung occupation kasi u dont require state nomination. you can check https://www.anzscosearch.com/ to see whether there are states available for your occupation. unless there's a state open for sponsorship you wont be able to proceed with the visa lodgement. if your occupation is in CSOL, you run a risk na baka by the time na mareceive mo ung skills assessment result mo e walang state na open to sponsor u.

Ask ko lang po kung magkaka-problem ba kami sa application. Ako po yung principal applicant, pero 2 years na po akong housewife. Yung husband ko lang po yung ngwowork sa ngaun.

65 points yung pwede ko i-claim ksama yung 7 yrs & 9 mos na experience ko, IELTS, Degree, at Age.

Yung iba kse hiningan ng ITR for the last 3 years.. kaso hanggang 2013 lang yung maibibigay ko. July 2013 to present hindi po ako ngwowork.

Meron po ba sa inyo na naka-experience mag-apply na same sa case ko na hindi employed pero pasok sa required na points?

Waiting na lang po ako sa result ng exam namin sa Med Lab Scientist. By 2nd week of May po sana balak ko na mgpasa ng EOI.

it is what it is; hanggang 2013 lang ITR mo so that is fine. never did it say sa immigration that kailangan working for the past 3 years (or so...)

@Xiaomau82, question pala sa pagsubmit ng application. Bale naiattach ko na yung mga docs ko except na lang yung police clearance at medicals namin ni misis at baby. Ang tanong ko po eh puede ko na ba iclick yung submit application button?

February pa kasi ko naglodge eh hanggang ngayon wala pa rin akong allocated CO. Iniisip ko baka hindi ako naaallocate is because hindi ko pa nisusubmit. Tama ba?

Question po regarding pag submit ng EOI under Education History and Employment

Gusto ko lang po masigurado na tama ang ilalagay ko.

Eto po kase assessment sa akin ng ACS:

Your Bachelor of Science in Computer Science has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing.
The following employment after October 2008 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

Tama po ba na sa EOI ito ang ilagay?

Education History:
Qualification* Bachelor Degree(other)
Course name* Computer Science

Or kelangan ganito?

Education History:
Qualification* Bachelor Degree(other)
Course name* Computing ??

At sa Employment History naman po, ang sabi dun ay for the past 10 years. Pero ang ilalagay ko lang po ba sa EOI ay yung assessment ni ACS which is after October 2008?

@poochy500 Sa EOI, ilagay mo ung complete employment history mo for the past 10 years, pero ang icclaim mo lng na relevant or related experience ay ung employment after Oct 2008. so yung previous employment before Oct 2008, ichoose mo na lang na "Not Relevant" or "Not related" (nkalimtan ko n ung alin sa dalawa ung term na ginagamit sa EOI, hehe)

Bale ichoose ko sa drop down ay Bachelor Degree (other) then sa course name Computer Science?

Hindi aabot ng 60 pts kahit may IELTS na?

you can try 190 if included yung occupation mo. Or go for Regional 489

Visa 190 = +5 points
Visa 489 = + 10 pts

mas ok ang visa 190 kase PR ka na agad dito. Unlike sa 489 after 2 yrs ka pa bago mag PR
