  Hi guys! I just need some advice and opinion. I am currently in Au under 572 visa. During my application, I wasn't able to declare any de facto partner but I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for 8 years now. We even lived together for a year back in 2013, before he left for another country. Queation is, is it still possible for me to get him a visa attached to mine? Need your help/advice on this. Thank u so much!

  Hi! I'm a newbie here.. Nagbabasa kasi ako regarding sa process ng pagaapply ng student visa my husband as main applicant kasi yung sister nya yung nurse sa Oz and also brother nya is currently a Uni student. Di pa kami nagaapply since June pa kami magstart magayos papers as advised by her ate na may agent. Ang gusto ko lang malaman is, it is necessary na kailangan may work ako (as dependent ng husband ko) on the duration of application? Im planning to resign na kasi sa work ko and balak maghanap iba ng work. Does it affect any considerations or requiremnets if magkataon na wala akong work? TIA ))

  Just my two cents, I believe it does not affect your chances of being granted a STUDENT visa since you will be his dependent. My partner had no work during our application but financially though, it will be a big help for your guys on your big move here.

  Hi! I believe this will be a bit hard since you were not able to declare him as a partner since the start of your first visa. Thus, attaching him to your student visa as a dependent will be difficult. It will be better if he applies for his separate visa or if you plan on changing your visa after 572, then you can look for ways to include him. Cheers!

  not anymore since you didn't dclare him as your dependent in your initial application.....he then needs to apply for a separate visa .....

  hi bro...mas maganda nga yong sobra sa three months hehe...anyway I would tell you based on my personal experience. May mga CO na they would not further enquire from where did you get your funds.And maybe based on others' experiences also, other CO would ask about it. In other words, you could never tell whoever will be your CO. What you can do is hope that your CO is not as meticulous as others could be. Yes that would help preparing the ITR of your parents in case the CO would ask.

  IMHO...try to look for a school here in OZ then let them evaluate your TOR....if they will welcome you in spite of your failing grades the luck is in your side.....

  Q1: Ask ko lang kung ano po yung tawag dito para ma-prove na financially capable kami sa Australia.
  
  "You must declare you have access to sufficient funds to cover yourself and your family members for the duration of your stay in Australia
  
  Q2: Wife ko ang main applicant sa Student Visa, pero mag papa-assess sana ako ng skill ko para sa Skilled Independent Visa which will be processed (hoping) habang nasa Australia under Student Visa dependent. Di po ba maquestion naman kami sa GTE? Or wala ng atrasan ng Visa Decision kasi mauuna naman yung Student Visa bago ako mag EOI since may assessing body pa.
  
  Q3: Hindi kasi ako agad makakasunod sa kanila sa Australia dahil tatapusin ko yung contract ko na gumawa ng company policies. So, nalilito ako kung technically po ba IN or NOT IN Australia ako kapag mag-lodge na ako ng VISA 189. ---OT po ito dito, baka sakali lang may makasagot.

  @batusaii I got 2 fail grades sa TOR ko when I applied in uni for student visa. They dont mind at all. As long as u have funds to support your studies. They didnt asked me about it either in the interview I got from uni. Na-credit pa nga ako ng 20 units. So try lang, maybe depende sa school.

  11/17/12: passed school application thru IDP * 12/4/12: received letter of offer (univ. of newcastle) * 12/12/12: credit application * 2/22/13: received new letter of offer * 2/26/13: paid deposit fee * 3/8/13: received COE and paid visa fee * 4/10/13: visa application thru IDP * 4/11/13: medical request from DIAC * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 4/19/13: SLEC uploaded my medicals * 4/12/13: medical exam done * 7/11/13: VISA GRANTED

  @batusaii Pero make sure u finished your college degree despite the failed grades. They require 12yrs of educ background- from elem to college. Ask the school first to be clear. Correct me if Im wrong.

Do you have any suggestions ano yung maganda na review center na makakacope up sya sa lahat ng class?and yung affordable..(We have prospect na w/c is 9.0 niner)Nagwowork po kasi sya.
