Hello Everyone!

Just need to ask a question, will be lodging an EOI if I get the desired answer.

If my alma mater Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is under section 2, how many points for qualification can be granted? 10 or 15? I heard that they award 15 points to a qualification from UPD.

Thanks to those who will share their feedback!
my sis is from PLM din, she managed to claim 15 points.

Really?? What is her course, may I please know? This is the only thing stopping me from submitting an EOI. Kasi if 10 pts. lang, I only get 55 pts. overall

If 15, pasok sa 60 points.

@miteglia90 nakapagpa-assess kana ng education mo? I believe hindi na tinitignan kung saan ka nagtapos but depende sa outcome ng educational assessment mo. Ex. Engineers Australia ang mostly nagsasabi kung equivalent sa degree ng Australia ang qualifications ng mga engineers.

Thanks for the response. Hindi pa ako nagpapa-assess. I checked the points system muna and if 10 lang ang PLM under qualification, I only get 55 pts. overall.
Even if my assessment is positive, kailangan pa rin ma-meet ang 60 pts. cut-off hindi ba? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!

@miteglia90 hello! you can start by checking yung assessing guidelines ng assessing body mo, kase each one has different guidelines and factors to consider when assessing your education qualifications. for example, sa ACS, to be assessed as having a bachelor's degree with an ICT major (15 points), you need to have 25% ICT content for a 4 yr course and 2 yrs relevant work experience. not really sure how sectioning of schools affects the assessment, pero as long as ma-meet mo naman ung requirements ng assessing body, then most likely you'll get a positive assessment. hope this helps! good luck!

Kapag nag go po ba kami sa state sponsorship to claim additional 5 pts dapat 60 pts na kami upon loding the EOI? Di ko po kasi makita yung relationship nito kung sakali. Ano po ba diffrence ng EOI with 60 pts na pushing for 189? and 60 pts na for 190? Akala ko po pang supplement ung SS just in case mabitin ka but from my research kanina, 60 pts na nirerequire ng mga states T____________T

hello sa lahat, gusto ko lang sana malaman sa mga naglodge ng eoi using an agent, nakatanggap din ba kau ng email ng invitation o agent nyo nalang nagsabi sa inyo na invited kayo? may way ba online na macheck dn ung status ng eoi mo para mamonitor din kng nainvite? maraming salamat sa reply

@superluckyclover pwede ka mag-apply ng SS kung ang score mo 55 and above. Sa 189, higher points means madali ka ma-iinvite while sa 190 as long na maabot mo 60 points, sure yung invitation mo for the visa application. makikita mo status sa skillselect website pero dapat meron kang EOI ID, kung ibibigay sayo ng agent mo kung ano yung EOI ID mo and password then makikita mo online ang status. hope that helps.

@bawbea not sure about sa unang tanong mo. tanong mo sa agent mo yung EOI ID and password ng EOI mo then makikita mo online kung may invite ka (sa correspondence page).

@mast3ree So ganun po ba yun? Sa EOI ko po 55 pts, so papansinin nila pa rin ako? Para kasi need ko yung 5 pts para ma-60 ako. Pero pag sinabi example ng South Australia na dapat 60 pts na ko, ibig sabihin non bawal ako ma invite kasi 60 daw need nila?

@superluckyclover pwede ka mag-apply ng state state nomination kung may 55points kana, tapos pag na-approve ka nila bibigyan ka ng 5points which makes your score a total of 60points. Sa mga nababasa ko, basta nasa SOL ang job code mo malaki ang chance mo na ma-approve ang SS mo. Good luck.

check with the agent if they can provide u the password to your EOI if not. once they say na invited ka you can ask for a copy of the email from the Department of immigration.

anong course po, engineering ba? may PRC kaba? if may PRC, 15points po un pwede iclaim.

Employment - kung same company ka employed, nag aacumulate nmn yang work experience so kung ilang years ka at the time of application un ang pwede mo iclaim. Btw, when ka nag paassess before ba ng jan 2015? kasi db recently meron na dinededuct for VETASSESS requirement.

tanong ko lang kasi isa sa requirement ng WA para manominate ka is to have an offer of employment/contract, nakakuha ka na ba nun? May friend kasi ako na same occupation and magaapply din ng state nomination sa WA kaso di maituloy dahil kailangan ng contract. Kung meron, pano ka nagapply online lang ba?

Hi po.

RN po ako sa Pinas at Australia. Balak ko po mag apply for 189 visa para maging resident na doon sa Au. I have more than 4 years experience sa nursing sa Pinas pero more than 3 years lang yung paid. Ang situation ko po medyo hindi kasi ako sure na maclaim ko ang 5 points for overseas employment kahit na may 3+ years paid experience na ako. Ganito po kasi ang naging employment status ko sa Pinas:

2 years and 2 month - under Department of Health po kami pero sa ospital nagwork. Ang program ay RN Heals. Ang salary ay 8000 lang. Wala pong payslip, walang ITR kasi minimum wage earner.

May certificate of employment naman po. Pero paano ko po makukuha ang ITR since wala naman. Paano po ba makakuha ng affidavit of tax exemption?

then, nacontinue ako sa same hospital as CONTRACTUAL employee.

1 year and 1 month - contractual - 12000 ang salary - May kaltas sa tax daw. Wala ring payslips, ewan ko kung may ITR.

Meron naman po akong certificate of employment sa 2, pati sa supervisor ko na pinag isa na lang.

As of the moment, wala akong Payslips, ITR, Contracts to provide as a proof. Pero kumuha ako ng Payroll sa bank via bank statement. Andoon po lahat ng binayad sa akin ng gobyerno eversince. Pwede na po ba iyon?

Yung Contracts naman po, baka pwede kong makuha sa HR ng ospital at HR ng DOH.

Yung ITR po ang pinakaproblem ko. Paano po ba iyon? Pwede po bang kumuha sa BIR or need ko pang icontact ang ospital na pinagtrabahuhan ko?
