@chu_se: hindi pa ako nakakalampas sa English exam sis. mukhang pataasan ng score sa NSW e before mainvite. kaya I'm aiming for 190 na lang. need ko to retake ng PTE or IELTS ulit.

online ba application nio or paper based? ang alm ko kasi same as SG sealed din,pero since online application, inopen na namin, then scan and send sa CO.

parehas po tayo ng problem. nag try ako gumawa ng bagong EOI napansin ko yung passport details na hinighingi ay lumalabas na security question lang. hindi po pala part ng EOI Yung passport details. saka na cguro pag visa application.

I have just submitted my EOI. I ticked 189 and 190. however I am only eligible for 190 at 55+5 points.

thinking positively, I might be nominated for state sponsorship, which usually takes 3 months to grant. however during the application for state sponsor ship, I am planning to take my ielts again

hopefully ill pass I can get a total of 65 and be eligible for 189.

does applying for state sponsorship lessen my chances for 189 invite?
Would it be wise to create a new EOI for this?

in my opinion it would be advisable to create a separate EOI for 189.

Kapag po ba nag eoi, separate na lang din gagawin ko pag ang choice ko na state e dalawa? ACT at SA? 2 EOI na lang din gawin ko?

Im done with EOI. Ngayon po iniintindi ko mabuti yung state nomination process. Nakita ko po sa requirement, copy of passport (valid for travel purposes) kung mag oopen at pwede po ako magsubmit ng july 1, ok lang po kaya passport ko na mag eexpire ng january 2016? Kapag kasi nagparenew pa ako, magagahol na ako sa time, pero yung assessment naman po yata based on the date of my submission so valid po passport ko? And for copy po ng visa? I have a used australian visa, yung stamp lang po ba ang iaattach ko na photo or pati mismo yung visa grant na sinend nila na naka pdf file? Dun po sa financial part: kapag po ba naglagay ako ng amount lets say 1million, dapat po ba nasa bank account ko yun while sinubmit ko yung assessment or hindi naman po?
How much po ba ang kailngan nila na amount na ilalagay dun kung isasama ko po fiance ko? Wala naman po kasi nakalagay na bank certificate and bank details so paano po ba nila ichecheck yun? I hope someone can help me po, lapit na mag july 1. Thanks thanks po @XiaoMau82 @fgs

walang showmoney required for skilled independent. usually state nomination lang pero some states, declaration lang kelangan. for the second question, yes masasama mo sila sa application mo as secondary applicants and dependents.

pwede mo pa gamitin ung current passport mo, pero my suggestion e magrenew ka na as soon as possible so u can use the updated one when u lodge visa application with DIBP. what visa sc ung previous mo? tas sa evidence of financial capability, which state exactly? kasi some states like ACT indi namn sila nagrerequire ng bank statement pero syempre depende pa din sa case officer. some state like NT, nagrerequire sila ng bank certificate so dapat asa account mo ung pera so u can request for the bank cert. usually ang required amount sa state is 25K Aud, plus additional 5k aud per dependent.

Should i wait for the invitation po ba, or once makita ko na open na by july 1, magsend na agad ako application sa ACT for state sponsorship? Thanks po

Question po. Magkakproblema po ba kung sakali hindi ko dineclare yung isang company sa employment history for the past 10 yrs? 8 months lang kase ako dun at yung job ko ay hindi talaga relevant. Nung nagpassess ako sa acs hindi ko narin isinama sa assessment yung company ko na yun.
Iniisip ko baka masilip kaya nila iyon at hingan ako ng COE?
Pls enlighten me. Thanks in advance.

ask ko lang, sa visa 189 makakakuha na ba ako ng 10 points kung IELTS ko ay L7, R7, W7.5, S6.5, OBS7? or kailangan ba 7 minimum sa lahat ng band? :-)

You can apply as soon as the state reopens. Pag meron nung occupation mo sa list of occupations, I suggest apply kana agad. Declaration lang required sa ACT not the bank statement, so pag nirequest na lang saka ka n lng maglagay ng pera sa account mo. Pwede nmn bank certificate ung iprovide so ung account balance lang nakalagay.

based from your timeline, nakapaglodged kana ng DIBP, hindi namn required ung employment documents sa work experience na dimo kiniclaim. anyway, i dont think should be a prob kung di mo ideclare. ang weird lang na may 8 months gap ka sa employment.

You need to have at least 7 sa lahat para magkaclaim ng points

no, u need to obtain a min. score of 7 in each component. u can request for remarking based on your comfort level since .5 lang kulang mo sa speaking.
