I have a vacant room with 2 single brandnew and comfy beds, beddings, desk, chair, built- in robe.I and my Aussie hubby are professionals, clean, friendly, trustworthy, and respectful people who currently looking for 2 housemates. Preferably clean , trustworthy, & mature thinking people. I hope you can understand , we see the place as a home, not a party venue.

Perfect for 2 females professionals or 2 female students, we can consider 2 males.
Rent is 180$pw per head included all bills (Unlimited Wi-Fi internet, foxtel TV, gas, electricity, water) with reasonable usage
Train station within walking distance taking 15 -20 min to get you to Sydney CBD.
5 min to bus station on foot that goes to CBD and more suburbs along the way .
5 min to UWS on foot
2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent
3 months minimum stay
Date of availability is 1st week of Sept ,subject to change , earlier than expected
