Guys tanong ko lng, pasensya na kung na post na to.

Dba yong work experience kelangan e pa assess sa ACS, what if kung yong current employer mo hindi nagproprovide ng Certificate of Employment? Etong current employer ko kasi ayaw magprovide kasi employed pa din ako.

hello po, if your company wont provide COE, then ask you manager to give you Job Description Details with Company Letterhead, gawa po kayo ng JD and let your manager sign. if pumayag manager mo na mag provide ng JD but indi ang company letterhead, attached mo ang business card ng manager mo as your referral. yan po ang ginawa ko at naging OK naman.

Una po salamat ng marami sa pagreply, ganito po kasi ang situation ko. Dito po ako ngayon sa sg nagwowork, at sa bago ko employer, outsourced po ako bale sa isang manufacturing company. Sa employer ko wala ako manager dun. HR lang ang nakakausap ko bale. Tingin mo okay lang nsa customer side ako magpapirma? Sa customer side meron ako manager. ang contract ko bale mag end by January 2016 pa nman, gusto ko magsubmit na sa ACS sooner.

hi po, sorry for late reply.

if wala ka manager, sa HR nlng. i dont think ok ang customer side. kasi ang purpose daw bat required ang COE is for background check ng immigration sa iyo. so dapat may makakausap ang taga embassy from your employer.

@Samantita Yon kasi ang problema ko, ayaw ng HR ng employer ko magprovide while employed pa daw ako. gusto ko sana isama sa ACS para isang assessment na lng. hays pano kya to.

@chain hi, this happened to me they call again after a week after 2 failed attempts to conta t me. Nung ongoing na processing ng visa natatawagan ko CO ko to ask if may mga additionap docs pa or follow up status. Disclaimer: my case did not happen in Phils pala.

@agentKams, actually d ko kilala ung CO ko, they called din sa house namin pro d sya nagpakilala she just said she's from AUS embassy..cguro I'll try nlng to call them tom to inform what happened is it ok kya un?

@chain - sorry po na busy ako. yep tawagin mo ulit tomorrow. pa iwan naman ng message sa bahay nyo na if tumawag ulit, pasabi na nasa office ka. tapos u can have them call you sa office or give a best time to call po.

Hi im a newbie, ask ko lang po kung mandatory ba ang statutory declaration for svp subclass 573? Malapit na kasi ako mag lodge mg visa kaso pinapaprepare ako ng proof of funds ng agent ko. Though and course ko is bachelors degree in nursing. Thanks

@danyan2001us kuya, ask ko lng d ko po kc nasagot ung call ng embassy kc po bawal ung cp d2 sa office nag worry po ako bigla any insights po?

if you miss their call, that would be a negative factor especially if it is for an interview.....and just hope that they would make another call....another thing, try to arrange with your boss to allow you just for this time to receive any call ...maybe that would come from immig again.....if immig/embassy can't contact you then they would say that the contact number that you provided is not true

@chain i agree with danyan, kelangan you have to be available sa call nila and not the other way around. so you need to ask permission sa boss mo or talagang they will tag it against you

@xoxo @danyan2001 cguro almost 30mins kmi naguusap ng case officer ko.. and sabi nya she will call or email me if she still needs additional docs.. sa tingin nyo po mga ilang days or weeks bago sila manghingi ng addtiional docs after interview

@honece1003 @xoxo first question nya is about my educational background tpos from there ang dami na nyang questions. usually about general questions naman about school, where you will be staying in Aus, how did you know about the school mga ganon... sana everything will be ok

embassy people or your CO don't just entertain any ordinary call so there's not much that you can do in such a situation....kahit na yong mga CO hindi mo pwede i pa expidite or ipalabilis ang application mo...what you can do is to wait patiently and pray for any positive response from your CO knowing that you were not able to answer your call

@danyan2001 na-interviewed na po ako knina tumagal na sila ulit.. after the interview she told me that she will call again or email if there is additional docs needed.. Still waiting for the positive results... In God's time

@dyan2001 sub-class 573 bachelors degree ba ang kinuha mo? worried din kasi ako though di pa naman ako nakakapaglodge ng application ko pero ready na documents.
