    Can I apply to visa 190 given na may 55 points ako currently at yung state nomination ay magbibigay ng 5 points para maging 60 pts?

    Hi guys,

    My previous supervisor had a 2-page statutory declaration for my job position and description of duties. However, yung page 1 has the dry seal only and page 2 has the dry seal as well as the inked rubber stamp of the NP with his details and signature. The rubber stamp on page 1 is barely visible on the scanned copy (since wala namang ink yung seal). Do you guys reckon ACS will accept it, or kailangan ko pa pagawin ng bagong affidavit yung boss ko with stamp on page 1?

    In continuation from your case officers email, please note that the rule of 5 years of relevant experience in the past 10 years has been applied in your case,

    As you submitted your application in July 2015 if the rule of 5 years’ experience in the last 10 years is applied the skilled date is July 2010.

    (July 2015 – 10 years = July 2005 + the required 5 Years of closely related experience = July 2010)

    Hi, dun sa 1st company ko gumawa ako ng draft ng COE pero pagbalik saken deleted yun details na working fulltime and salary details. Ewan ko ba bat dinelete nun hr pasaway hehe. Pwede ko na kaya i-submit yun?

    Hi, may naka-encounter na ba sa inyo na nagka-error upon payment. After inputting all credit card details and hit Submit, I got this error "which has not yet been submitted as your nominated credit card payment was rejected by the banking gateway (05,Do Not Honour)." I used BPI credit card. I'm using this cc for airline purchase and agoda booking wala naman problem.

    @kittykitkat18 oo nga e..hinintay ko to ng pagkatagal tagal dahil eto na lng pending sa mga requirements tapos ganito pa output :(

    May mga nakaexp na ba dito nagpa-assess na walang fulltime/hrs work sa COE baka may same exp saken. Please let me know. :)

    ^Have you tried getting the reason why they deleted the "full time" clause in the stat dec po? Baka kasi namali lang sila so all you have to do is request for a new one? Nakalagay kasi sa requirements ng ACS website na kailangang may "full time" clause sa work experience documentation, or, equivalently, specified yung work hours.

    @eischied_21 hi na resolve na ba yung payment error mu? Anu pa yung ibang payment methods or card I can use. I don't use cc kasi impulsive buyer ako :( Balak ko pang mg state nomination, parang visa, mastercard & amex lng yung accepted. Thanks.

    Hi @guenb, I just asked a colleague to use her credit card. Ayun naging ok naman. CC lang alam ko yun kasi ang easiest way.

    Just sharing lang guys, I got my assessment from ACS and grateful that I got Bachelor's degree and 2 years deduction from my work exp. Thank you Lord! and sa lahat ng tumulong saken dito. PTE-A naman ngayon sana maka 7 :)

    hello, has anybody tried emailing ACS at [email protected]? matagal po ba clang magreply? kasi may small error ung result ko.. advisable po bang tumawag direcho? thanks in advance.

    @guenb yes, that's what I did and wala naman po problem as long as mabayaran mo yun assessment fee.

    Nominated Occupation is software engineer but I'm a software tester. To all software testers, pwedeng pwede na ang nominated occupation nyo is software engineer kahit na ang roles and responsibilities ng COEs ay inline with tester role.

    @jtt I emailed them before inquiring about nominating an occupation and they responded the following day. I suggest email them first and if you dont get a response for 3 days or more then better to call them. Pede ba malaman ano yun small error? :)

    @eischied_21 ah tlga? thanks sa info.. kasi last friday ako nag-email sa kanila, until now wla pa ring reply. ung small error po is mali ung end date ng isang work experience ko.. kasi jul 31 dapt, pero nilagay nila is aug.. although hindi naman maaffect ung points ko, baka kasi ma-question sa immi kung bakit iba-iba ung data..

    @jtt yes, you need na pa-modify nga sa kanila yun result to avoid inconsistency. Since you emailed them last friday and sat/sun is non-working day, isang araw pa lang (Monday) that you did not get a response. If money you spend on intl call is not a problem and hindi ka na makapaghintay tawagan mo na lang if you like. In my case kasi nagreply naman sila sa inquiry ko before.
