@louieg ung vendor certifications from microsoft considered sya as diploma. Si hubby sinama din nya pro ala nmn bearing kasi ung qualification nya bachelor nmn considered so dun kme sa mas mataas na points.sinama lng nmin pra pandagdag lng sa assessment

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert - All certifications
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - All certifications
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) & Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications are not accepted by the ACS.

and tama si @kittykitkat18 equivalent lang sia ng AQF Diploma. If my degree ka naman na related sa nominated occupation mu, you won't really need to pass yung microsoft cert.

I hope anyone can help me on this, bale I work at the same company for 8 years but I've been changing jobs/projects. So bale 4 work episodes ako. The past 3 managers have signed my detailed jd na I provided ko. Bale pnrint namin with the company logo & details. Legit pa din naman diba since the said managers are still working at the same comapany? Bale dito lang ako sa current nhirapan kasi finorward nia tlga sa HR so natagalan. What do you guys think? Acceptable pa din nman yung certificate from past 3 managers diba or should I just make a statutory declaration for the past 3? Thanks!

Tanong ko lang baka may naka experience na sa inyo, balak ko kasi i-nominate ung computer network and system engineer then kung indi sya akma regarding sa job description mo mag rerecommend ba sila na babagay sayo or kelangan mo uli mag apply for another with added fees?

@kittykitkat18 pwede malaman ano reason nung 2yr deduction? di ba dahil ECE yung course? nagaalala kasi ako kasi 5yrs and 6 mos. pa lang ako sa work. Cannot afford any deduction sa work experience.

@wanderingpaopao may automatic deduction tlga acs. Minimum deduction is 2yrs..iba may 4 yrs..5 yrs and 6 yrs pa...depende kasi kng ict major or ict minor ka..tpos kng closely related or not dun sa nominated occupation mo

@wanderingpaopao I think nagdededuct tlga ung ACS min of 2 yrs for the Skill Level Requirement Met Date..after meeting this, dun lng magstart ung pagcount ng Skilled Employment years..by month pala ung pagcount ng ACS..ECE rin husband ko and with 2 yrs deduction ung result from ACS..

Hi @kittykitkat18! almost same pala tyo ng timeline..si hubby magretake ng IELTS on Sep 20 (speaking) and Sep 26 (listening, reading, and writing) naman..hopefully positive ung results sa English language assessment test natin

@wanderingpaopao way way back ala atang deduction. Sa ngyn meron na. Maswerte na 2 yrs lng deduction ng acs. Meron iba dto wla ng na claim na experience dhil sa deduction. Bumawi nlng sa ielts/pte and state nomination

I think wala naman kinalaman ung school ksi sa section 1 naman ung school ni hubby..aim for 8 na lng sa IELTS..kaya mo yan!

If galing na sa school yung diploma and TOR na may nakalagay na CTC
should I still have it notarized pa rin ba? Or enough na yon? Thanks!

Hello po..bago lang po ako dto..currently im working as software engineer dto sa kuala lumpur..dream ko po makapagtrabaho sa australia. Ano po ba unang ggawin.nalilito po kasi ako.ano po ung exam na klangan..need ko po ba muna mag exam before applying a job online?salamat po ng marami

@mariem yung sa akin pina CTC ko na sa university since may authority naman sila mag certify and so far wala pang problem. Nasa stage 4 na yung application ko balitaan kita pag may result na.

Hindi ko nga lang pala sure kung lahat ba ng schools may authority mag CTC. Depende siguro sa school kung malaking university o hindi. Itanong mo na lang sa kanila kung authorized sila mag CTC para sure.

@britella check mo mna sa border.gov.au kng pasok ka sa pts (age,qualification, yrs exp..etc) ..next dpat nsa SOL or CSOL nominated occupation mo.if pasok ka,need to assess you skills. if favorable results ng assessment.english exam nmn (ielts or pte) ang next step

Thank you @cowninja, sige that's what i'll do with hubby's documents, naisip ko kasi para ngang redundant na if may CTC na from school at CTC from the lawyer

@mariem - I still have mine ctc'd para sure. Kung dito ka lang sa Manila mura lang naman magpa CTC. Sa makati ako nagpagawa nun 100 lang for all docs na.

Guys, patulong naman kung anong ANZSCO code between 261313 (Software Engineer) & 261311 (Analyst Programmer) ang fit sa working experience ko at sa tingin nyong magkakaron ng positive ang feedback from ACS. Btw, BSIT course ko sa PUP. Ito po yung background ko...

2.5 years - Position: Software Engineer (Developer)
1 year - Position: Test Engineer (Manual Testing & 1st level investigation)
1.5 years - Position: Application Developer (Production Support & Developer)

Salamat mga boss! mejo kinakabahan kasi ako sa test engineer na experience ko kung san mas fit, sayang din kasi ang 1 year. hehehehe

@gladdenmac considering mas matagal yung Software Engineer ka I think mas okay yun.

@guenb thanks sa reply. siguro nga mag 261313 ako. may chance kaya na hindi macredit yung 1 year experience ko as Test Engineer? pero based naman sa description nung ANZSCO code, meron naman testing na involve. Sana hindi nila tanggalin, sayang din 1 year.

@gladdenmac as long as hindi sobrang layo.. they will still count it as related. usually very considerate naman yung mga assesors goodluck sana macredit lahat.

question pa pala, ok lang ba isama ko yung 2 years na part time experience ko as Computer Instructor sa Elementary School? may points din ba yun during assessment? Part time instructor ako habang nag aaral nung college. naisip ko lang baka may points din yun hehe

eto po ang sabi ni Skills Assessment Guideline Document regarding teaching experience:

Teaching Experience
ICT Teaching must be in a recognised qualification at the level of an AQF Diploma or higher and at an institution recognised by the ACS assessment process.

Since elementary lang po kanyo ang tinuruan nyo at AQF Diploma equivalent ang requirement ni ACS, baka hindi nila iconsider.
