Hi guys! Question naman. Bigla kasi ako naguluhan.. If after January 2012 is considered to equate ....
When is the start date ng relevant work? Is it
January 2012 or February 2012?

Naguluhan kasi ako may nabasa ako na dapat Feb daw meron naman Jan daw. Hubby submitted eoi kasi and put January 2012 ung start nung relevant work experience nya?

What do you think guys? Tho no effect naman on eoi points just want to make

@wingleaf - I just prepared the requirements as per checklist from here: https://www.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0005/17636/Application-Checklist.pdf and guidelines from here: https://www.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0020/7319/Skills-Assessment-Guidelines-for-Applicants.pdf ...important thing is to CTC clearly all the required docs..I'm still in the process of waiting for the final result from ACS though so di ko sure kung may additional requirements pa na hihingin..I'm applying on behalf of my husband..ECE sya and may Stat Dec pa na submitted ksi nagclose na ung company ng previous employer nya..I hope this would not cause further delay sa pagkuha ng final result from ACS..

@guenb application now in Stage 4! ambilis! so I think (and pray) na hindi na kailangan ng contact details ng certifying officer ksi hindi na ako hiningan ng additional documents..nagjump from Stage 2 to Stage 4

@wingleaf si hubby dpat ict support engr din dpat but we decied to try computer network and systems engineer pra SOL..ayun favorable din result. Mostly systems kasi si hubby.may konting network ka ba?

@kittykitkat18 try ko nga rin yan pero kelangan ko siguro pa assess sa mga experts muna kasi more on deskside support talaga ako at konting server and network. thanks kitty.

guys need more input sa mga like sa hubby ni kittykat na nag try ng computer and network pero ang job is deskside support saka sa mga experts na sa ICT na pede ko pakita ung resume ko kung tingin nyo pede ako sa computer and networok

@wingleaf nun una ict support engr or systems admin ung balak nmin. Nagtake nlng kme risk for comp network and systems admin.kasi sa 2nd coe ni hubby, senior systems engr sya. Antivirus company. Sa 3rd and current company nya is microsoft exchange handle nya..nu systems ba hawak mo?or ano support mo na systems?

May Nabasa ko before na nagsusuggest si acs ng nominated occupation mo kng san malapit..comp net and systems tpos assessement ni acs is systems admin ang closely related occupation

pede ibahin ang nominated occupation basta they belong to the same unit group or pede mo i-customized yun roles based on anzsco description.

@kittykitkat18 thanks kitty, Jack of all trade ang support ko sa IT na may IP telephony din, review ko muna ung description sa network and system and tailor ko resume ko according dun.

nabasa mo din ba na may additional fee just in case unsuitable then suggest sila kung ano ung closed related occupation?

I just checked the status of our application..from stage 4 with assessor, now it's stage 4 in progress? ano pong difference? does it indicate that we're almost close to receiving the final result?

Share ko lng guys nareceive na namin ung result from ACS and thank God we got positive results..ECE si hubby and has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing

However, medyo hindi clear samin ung pag compute ng years of skilled employment..

The following employment after July 2007 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 261313 (Software Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

Dates: 06/03 - 01/06 (2yrs 7mths) --> not counted?

Dates: 02/06 - 12/11 (5yrs 10mths) --> from here po ba magstart ng count if July 2007, so 4 yrs and 4mths sya dito?

Dates: 01/12 - 06/15 (3yrs 5mths) --> plus 3yrs and 5mths

so all in all, 7 years and 9 months po ba yung years of skilled employment ni hubby? sayang naman onti na lng 8 years na sana..still grateful though

Hi @guenb..di na ako hiningan ng contact number nung certifying officer na nag ctc ng mga docs na pina-assess namin

sayang ung more than 2 yrs na binawas..sana nakuha namin ung 15 points sa skilled employment criteria..but nevertheless thankful kmi sa naging result..

currently we have 50 points:

Age = 25
English Ability = 0 (retake ng IELTS on Sep 20)
Skilled Employment = 10
Qualifications = 15

if wala pa rin luck sa IELTS, we might consider plan B..magpa-assess rin ako kso 2 yrs lng work experience ko though same anzcode kmi ni hubby (software engineer) and with bachelor degree ICT major plus magpanominate sa state by visa 190..to get additional 10 points..

I got all my documents ready and might submit by tomorrow.

Clarification lang po regarding sa attachments sa Qualification nalilito kasi ako - ano po ang pinagkaiba ng Certificate, Completion Letter, at Testamur?

Nanghingi kasi ako ng set ng docs sa school ko at nagbigay sila ng cover letter stating contents ng documents (Certification, Authentican, Verification o CAV), tapos Special Order, TOR, and Diploma.

Tama po ba ang intindi ko, ang Testamur ay yung Diploma? Tapos yung Certificate ay yung CAV cover letter at ang Completion Letter ay ang Special Order?

Hi guys, may question lang ako yung mga Vendor Certifications ba may bearing sa ACS? Like I have several certifications from Microsoft magagamit ko ba yung for ACS assessment? thanks in advance.

Nasubmit ko na yung assessment kagabi. Ang bilis stage 2 na agad. Praying for positive result. Will post updates here when available.
