    Super happy to share to everyone that I received a positive outcome from EA. Yahoo!!! 8 yrs experience as an IE.

    60 pts ako ngayon, 0 pts ako sa IELTS. Sa tingin nyo ba ok na ako to submit my EOI or take ulit ako ng IELTS?

    If need nyo ng sample CE for IE, I can share mine. Especially for those with experience as analyst or admin na nahihirapan kung paano gagawin ang CE.

    mga sirs/mams.. wala po talaga akong makitang kaparehas ko ng situation. pwede po makahingi lang po ng sample ng CDR ng kahit ano field basta ECE po. (licence ECE working as a technician at gov't agency but same duties and responsibilities). thanks po in advance!! [email protected]

    try checking yung mga ANZSCO code kung saan papasok yung work experience mo, pwedeng sa electronics engineer or telecommunication engineer siguro. kung may nakita ka ng pasok na ANZSCO code sa experience mo, check mo naman next kung may available na ganung code for invitation. If meron, start ka na sa assessment process, usually top-up lang yung PRC, ang main for assessment is yung degree, what school ka pumasok and work experience.

    Regarding po sa english language requirement po for Engineers Australia Skill Assessment, IELTS lang po ba inaaccept nila? or pde po other english exams like PTE (pearson test of english) ???

    @Mel_Manuel, yes PTE-A is accepted in Australia. Score of 65 is equivalent to band 7 in IELTS.

    Hello . Tanong ko lang. Wala pa akong ielts, pero ready na yung CDR/CPD para i-submit sa EA. Pwede ko na ba yun i-submit w/o IELTS, to follow na lang yung IELTS siguro after a month or 2? or kelangan may ielts na kaagad akong ipapasa?

    Di ko po kasi alam kung ano unahin. Submit ng CDR w/o IELTS or IELTS muna ako tapos pag ok na yung ielts, dun ko i-submit lahat.

    @jake38 hi jake, ielts pa din... kase ipepending lang ng EA yung application mo until may valide TRF ka na ng ielts, so even if they receive your application, di pa nila gagalawin yun hanggat walang ielts. GODbless! ;-)

    @jake38, you need to take IELTS before submitting your CDR. Plus minimun of 6 across all modules for them to review your docs. You may try PTE-A instead of IELTS. Medyo nagkakaroon na kasi ng bad reviews ang IELTS dahil puro retake na ang mga takers. PTE-A is a computer based exam so mas ok dahil walang pressure especially sa speaking.

    I dont think PTE-A is accepted in EA MSA. Refer to page 5 of MSA booklet.

    Good day to all. Tanong ko lang kong meron dito nagpa assess ng engineering manager sa EA or sa AIM. Merong lng po akong mga katanong. Isa po akong civil engineer pero yong experience ko ay parang swak sa engineering manager kasi lahat ng experience ko ay project management sa site. Eto po yong tanong ko
    1. Tama po bang mag pa assess ako as engineering manager o civil engineer base sa course ko?
    2. Sa assessing authority AE or AIM ang pwede, anong mas practical sa kanila? At My difference ba?

    Based sa current position ko, under ako sa Production or Plant Engineer. Kelangan ba lahat ng career episode ko eh tungkol dun or exp. ko sa manufacturing?
    Hindi ata kasi ako pasok as Electrical Engineer based sa ANZSCO.

    Plano ko kasi 1 career episode as project engineer tapos 2 career episode sa manufacturing. Pag ganun, ano bang mas ok inominate, ELectrical Engineer or Plant / Production Engineer. Thank you in advance. Cheers.

    Disclaimer: This is purely my opinion :)

    I suggest na yung career episode mo e related lahat dun sa nominated job code mo which is production or plant engineer, yun kasi yung ishoshowcase mo, not yung pagiging project engineer.

    Regarding sa nomination, di ko sure sagot e. hehe. pero yung mga ibang nagwowork sa manufacturing na nakausap ko sa forum e plant/production engineer ang ninominate.
