Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

Guys sa mga nag fill up na ng immiaccount anong nilagay nyo sa intended state of residence in oz? Pwede bang unknown muna?

guys another question? pwede ba irevise and skillselect pag invited na? ganito kasi yung case.
wrong dates ako sa 5th job ko. yun kasing print out ko tama pero nagrevise ako (clumsy hindi na ako nagprint ulit).

recorded in skillselect:

1st job - July 7, 2003 - Feb 20 - 2004 - not relevant
2nd job - March 1, 2004 - March 31, 2005 - relevant
3rd job - April 1, 2005 - March 31, 2006 - relevant
4th job - April 1, 2006 - April 1, 2007 - relevant

5th job - Nov 28, 2008 - August 6, 2010 - relevant (wrong dates) dapat ang date is 4/30/2007 to 11/28/2008

6th job - Dec. 1, 2010 - Aug. 6, 2010
7th job - Aug 9 - present

Well on the secont thought mali na nga bakit ko pa ipililit? Niweiz lessoned learned the hard way. I think I need to wait for another ser of invite again. Mahirap na sumugal this month. I'll just let this invite pass this time na lang however pwede ba magsubmit ng new skillselect? Hindi kaya ako maban kasi meron na akong invite this month and hindi pa ako naglodge?

@bait0211 pwde naman unknown kung may option dun.. pero kung may target ka na tlga state.. like saken gsto ko tlga melbourne.. victoria pnili ko.. wala nmn cgur mciado effect un

@bait0211 mejo mahirap nga ung gnon case.. pero nag change ba ang points? like kung namali man ung date naging 15pts ba instead of 10pts pra sa skilled occupation criteria? kung mag aantay ka naman ng next invite november na yun? kasi dba aantayin pa mag expire ung unang invite na aabutin ng 60days?

@bait0211 gawa ka a lang bagong EOI para ma invite ka ng september. ibang email lang gamitin mo. mahirap talaga ipilit pag na deny ka mas malaki mawawala. non refundable ang application fees. good luck

@bl_blitz: hindi naman magchange ang points same pa rin kaya lang I don't want to take the risk of paying na alam kong may mali. I'll just create a new EOI na lang and wait for the next invite na lang. hehehe.

@Electrical_Engr_CDR: thanks much! super iyak nga ako kanina e nung gumagawa na ako ng immiaccount. niweiz dapat talaga hindi lang double check dapat more than 3 pa ang checking. ganon na nga lang create me bago then submit and wait for next invite for September.

ask ko lang po kasi i'm trying to submit an eoi.. Employment history is from July 2005-present, all are related to IT nominated occupation. However, as per acs skills assessment, recognized lang is after july 2007.. so from aug2007-aug2015, it's already 8 years but skill select still gives me 10 points instead of 15 points for at least 8-10 years of employment.. any idea why? thanks in advance..

Possible na hindi pa counted ang Aug 2015 kasi on-going pa sya.
So better wait until Sept 2015 to get that 15 points.

@ed_lupeet diba ikaw mag iidentify nito kung RELEVANT and NOT RELEVANT?
ang alam ko basta RELEVANT, dpat counted yun e.

Question po dito sa immiaccount - Ako po kasi yung applicant. Yung mga papers ko nun college is my maiden name. Is it ok na yung First Name and family Name (ng husband ko) lang ilagay sa immiaccount (eto din yung nasa family name ko sa EOI).

Yup ok lang. Dapat naman talaga kung anu yung present name mo yun ang ilalagay mo.
i-dedeclare mo naman na known ka sa other names pag magpapasa ka na ng form after ma-invite (if I remember correctly.hehe)

Also yung mga national id's to provide ok na ba yung b. certificate? m. certificate? SSS ID? driver's license? and sa mga nasa SG po iprinesent nyo pa yung pass ID? thanks much!

ang National ID lang na dineclare ko is Driver's License at SSS.
Yung birth cert at marriage cert ndi nman kasi ID yun sa pinas e. (Unlike other countries)
Yung SG pass better lagay din, may proof ka naman nito e.

Hi po mag ask lng po sana about sa pag fill up ng EOI. Yung sa skillselect ba pede n di magcreate ng account?drecho submit EOI nlng? If dapat magcreate pano po kaya kc ang nakikita ko lng e username n kagad and password...

Submit an EOI ka na. Then your account will be created.

tanong po ulit, pag fill up po ba ng EOI, same EOI lang po ba kung apply both 189 or 190? or separate sya? thanks po..still waiting for my EA result, lumabas na result nung kay misis, 55points pala lang kaya antay ko pa sa akin para sa partner skill to get 60 points, then apply kami both 189 and 190..thanks

Hi @tasburrfoot / guys,

Can anyone enlighten me on how a single EOI works for multiple visa types? If I file only one EOI for 189 and 190 (assuming I have enough points for both), and get invited for 190, I have 60 days to lodge my application. But what if I want to wait for the next round of invitations just to see if I can get a 189 invite? Will the system still consider the 189 component of my EOI to be active even if there's already an invite issued for the 190 component? I'm reading conflicting explanations in other forums. Some say that once an invite is issued for an EOI with multiple visa types ticked, the EOI becomes suspended until such time that the 60-day period lapses.

I'm really confused, which is why I'm considering filing 2 separate EOIs (one each for 189 and 190). And maybe a 3rd EOI for 489. I just dont want to file a single EOI, get invited for 190 or 489, and then wait for the next cycle for a 189 invite that might not come because the EOI is locked.

I hope my query makes sense. Thank you guys for your inputs.

@baknir wait mu na din reply ng mga masters, pero ms okay ata yung latest gamitin mu. It depends din kung anung nominated occupation mu, at kung saan feeling mu eh mkkakuha ng points, para more chances of winning

pa help nman po ulit sa pag fill up ng EOI.ung employment.presently working po kc ako sa new company na d nkasama sa vet asessment ibig sabihin po ba nun dko sya pede ilagay sa EOI ko?yun lng po ba naipaassess ko n details ng employment ang pede ko ilagay sa EOI?and yung po naassess pero d related ang result sa assesment dko rn po ba pede ilgay?

ganyan din nangyari sakin pero ilagay mo sa EOI mo ung up to present at ma count pa din yun sa experience mo kung the same pa din position mo sa napa assess mo

Pero yung work exp ba na irelevant ang assesment need ko p din isama or no need na kaso iniisip ko magkakaroon ng lapses sa date if dko isasama.pano kaya yun?

Hi guys pa help nman po, yung isa p pla issue sa employment assesment ko is ganito:
company a : date of employment - 07/2004 - 12/2009 kaso yung vetassess credited nya lng date is 05/2009 - 12/2009 pag ganito po alin po ilalagay ko sa EOI employment date yung actual ko po ba employment date covered or yung sa vetasses na nilagay sa assessment? salamat po sa mga sasagot..

Mag uupload ako ng form 1023 kahit di pa hinihingi. May bearing kaya ito sa decision. Sobrang kaba ko mag fill out namiss ko tuloy tong questions na to 15 pts pa naman claim ko dito.

Hi . Can i check if i can get point in the EOI with this ielts score ? Also if this ielts score is enough for state sponsorship in NSW/VIC/SA?

IELTS GT L8.5 W6.5 L6.5 S6.5 / Overall 7 .

this is the one that confuses me :

English Language at time of invitation
Competent English - IELTS 6 or below 0 points
Proficient English - IELTS 7 10 points
Superior English - IELTS 8 20 points

my skill is under Computer Network and Systems Engineer 263111 ACS

Family members:
1. Are there any family members the client would like to include in a future application? - No

2. Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application? No.

Follow-up question. May effect ba to in the future if ever sumond sila doon sa akin, if ever na grant na yung visa ko?

Since ikaw lang ang mag-apply ng visa and hindi naman muna sila sasama, tama lang na No ang sagot mo sa questions. And then in the future, kung may balak man silang sumunod and sa hiwalay naman na visa application, walang problema yun.

Hi guys, question po sa mga nakapag file na ng EOI with assessment from ACS.

Doon sa Education History section, ano po ba ang dapat kong ilagay sa Qualification?

Ang result ng assessment ko sa ACS ay AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing. Nalilito kasi ako kung "Bachelor Degree in Science, Business or Technology" ba o "Other qualification or award recognised by assessing body" ang dapat kong ilagay. Salamat po sa sasagot!
