@ed_lupeet hi, sa online po bah yung tinutukoy nyo po? or yung dating process ng EA assessment kac sa online po ako nag.apply. Based po kac sa manual, 6 weeks lng po yung processing.

Hi @princessrhej, yung sa akin July 10 ako nag pass sa EA, Sept 7 ako nakareceive ng positive assessment. So around 2 months yun or 8 weeks.

Para sa mga nagmamadali, meron na pong fast-track application scheme ang Engineers Australia. This will apply even to pending applications. I got my results in 12 hours lang (or less kasi 12 midnight ko ni-lodge at 11am the next day may letter na). Magbabayad nga lang ng extra $275. Pero ang bilis! Parang hindi na nila binasa CDR ko. Hahaha.

wish I had known this before... a total of 16 weeks when EA granted a positive assessment..andami kong binago.. andami ding requirements that are needed pero wala sa initial submission ko..

mga sir me tanugn po ako, kung me maging problema sa assessment lets say kulang ka ng something or they required you to revised your skills assessment , ilang months ang waiting time nun? tpos magbabayad ba ulit?

@dominick: bago yun. super speedy naman ngayon.. hehehe.. no more worries na sa paghihintay.. buti meron nyan ngayon.. gone are the days when you have to wait for 13-17 weeks.

Kakastress pala ang dami ng requirements. Pahirapan pa naman sa company namin now ang pagrequest ng certificate of employment. Paano nyo ginawa yun? Eh di nalaman ng HR nyo na may balak kayo umalis.

Balak ko fast track nalang gawin yung assessment ko para bumilis ang process.

@brendaumnas sa case ko, oo alam nila.. kasi need ng approval ng department manager before mag process ang HR namin ng COE requests. Kinausap ko lang ng maayos ang manager namin, hiningan nya ko ng commitment tapos nag agree kami.. waiting ako ngaun ng EA assessment result..

@jake38 nareceive ng EA 15Sep, hindi ako nag fast track, walang extra budget.. haha. so wait ako ng 13 weeks, mga week ng Dec 14-20 ang result kung walang magiging shortcoming. Sana lang positive in time for Christmas

WOW! @ an extra cost of $275, less than a day nalang. Sulit na sulit 'to ah. Sa time namin was 3 months eh. urghhhh. killing me softly yung feeling ko dati. hehehe.

Just to encourage some people here. I don't have a work experience as an engineering. I submitted my EA assessment (paper based) first week of September 2014. I received a positive assessment last week of December. What I did was to compile my manuscript/thesis and my other 2 group reports in school. It worked for me. The most important thing in EA is how you satisfy each competency elements of being a Professional Engineer. EA have a guide or example for how each element is satisfied. May mga services din ako nakita online that can help you prepare your CDR if you're not confident on your own, but for a fee. I didn't avail it because I cannot afford it. My words on people who have little experience is that each engineering project is better than the each year of engineering employment. As long as you have lot's of activities to tell, it's better.

Add: Years in experience is still important, for points test and job searching.

u will need to do the cdr pag iba ung qualification sa work, anway kahit naman mech engr ung course and work mo And the qualification is from Pinas, u still need to do cdr.

tanong po, nagsubmit ako ng docs and CDR last Sept 14 then I receive two emails, one is saying that my documents were successfully submitted and the other one is acknowledging my payment. Does it mean assessment is currently being processed already when you receive those emails? So start ba ng count ng 9-13 weeks for my assessment ung sept14?
