No Violet, neither are approved yet.
Only saving grace, is we were married more than 3 years, prior to applying, so she will get 309/100 PR approval at same time, so no 2nd stage wait.
Thought we would have got a TV by now, but not this week, so next week is start of 10th week.

A March 2015 applicant just got her PMV approved yesterday..:-) any Febuary applicants got their visa approved yet??

Hi all,
Violet, no they process as a 309, and take around 10months, the fact she will get 100 immediately after should not mean it takes longer. There isn't any more processing, it is automatic as a matter of policy, as we had been married over 3 years at time of application.
Rhycka, it doesn't take any longer if you have children included in the application, as long as they were included in the beginning, and there are no delays because of custody issues with other parent.
Chinorn, 300 an 309 are meant to be same, but we do see 300 being done quicker.
Unfortunately, other countries embassy's all have different processing periods, some quicker some a lot longer.
I am estimating mine will be Tuesday 27th October. Why?, coz this is the sort of crap you do when waiting.

@homer363 thank!:-) we have been married for 4years and we have a 5 year old daughter.. We applied last Febuary.. And it's still in the final stage.. I don't know how long we have to wait.. :-(

@violet - Cool! I have a waiting buddy now

I haven't done my medicals yet. No request received from the embassy but I managed to find my HAP ID with the help of one of our members here. I might just go ahead and do the medicals next week.

I also ordered the NSO docs online last week. The status just says 'Processed'. Does that mean the documents have been delivered?

Violet, don't beat yourself up about the choice of applying offshore. If you were granted a TV, it more than likely would have had a " No Further Stay" applied, which means you could not lodge an onshore partner visa anyway. Its a horribly biased system against High Risk countries.

im considering applying for tv but since the busy season for accountants just started im finding it hard to decide if i should apply or not.

TV's are taking 10 plus weeks at the moment, so you should apply, you can enter at you leisure after it is granted.

btw @homer, just want to know as well if my license as an accountant will be honoured there. do i need to undergo exams or should i take additional units or any assessments?

Violet, general accounting within a company as a financial officer, bookkeeper or accountant you will be fine. To do taxes, you need to be a Registered Agent, hence you would have to work as a nominee of an Agent, for a qualifying number of years.

@rhycka Yes when you said yesterday yours was approved, your post was around 3.30pm, so I thought my agent was in Melbourne, where it was after 6pm, but Perth time is same as Manila, so was thinking I would wake to the email, and I did.
Spooky thing also, in my email this morning, was an email from Cebu Pacific Air, who I use to get in and out of Clarke airport.
GOD does work in mysterious ways. Blessed day everyone, maybe NUTMEG will get yours today.

Also, may I know how you found out that immi has already received your delivered NSO docs? Does it say anything other than "Processed" when you enter your confirmation number at ecensus.com? Thank you!

@ady- nope they didnt send me any notifications or anything even though i paid additional to vfs to inform me via text. lol.
i just called the nso hotline, then confirmed to vfs, same thing with my medical, i confirmed first to the clinic then to vfs but unfortunately they said they have no way to check if the medical result was already sent but surely it was because the clinic directly sends the result once its completed
