@ aolee, still here in PH. both applicants are still in the process of collecting their respective documents and soon will be sending them online at ACS within this week. and then send the CT copies through courier.

the problem is, they can't still determine the subclass they are supposed to apply for. seems hard to understand the intricacies of the immigration law especially the state sponsored. too many to understand.

incidentally, why are you asking? are you in OZ now or still in the process?

    ... is on dependent visa. main applicant code 261313; 175 e-lodged june 6, 2011; visa grant mar 13, 2012; NSW-based.

    Hi Loki,

For the complete processing timeline, you can refer to this site from time to time: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.htm#b

Walang update for 121 pero alam ko P2 yan, right?

    hi,
i'm glad i discovered this site, such a blessing! i am currently in the UK and with the riots happening all over the country nagdecide kami ng husband ko to go 'down under'...i have lot of questions pero di ko na lang itatanong lahat,hehe...i hope someone could help...
    1. can i apply for independent skilled migrant visa while i'm still on sponsored working visa (mas mabilis daw kasi ang sponsored visa so i'm thinking we'll go there on that visa then apply for independent skilled visa once we're there)
    2. ano ang ibig sabihin ng 1st at 2nd installments?
    3. do i still need a skills assesement kahit na ang occupation ko ay nasa SOL at sponsored ako ng employer or does it only apply if i'm going for an independent skilled migrant visa?

Kung wala e-mail mo ang CO mo in a polite manner.
