Kamusta na kayo kabayan? Salamat po sa very informative topics nyo dito. Bago lang po ako dito sa forum.
Manhihingi po sana ako ng payo sa inyong lahat. Dito po ako nakabased sa Ruwais Industrial Complex, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Industrial Engineer Grad po ako, now working as a Planning Engineer sa Engineering & Construction company dito. Sa SQL po they can assest me as Industrial/ Production/ Plant Engr based on my experiences.
Dahil po sa sobrang tight ng Schedule ko sa work mapipilitan po talaga ako kumuha ng agent, at nakakita naman po ako sa Abu Dhabi City, medyo my kamahalan po talaga, pero di pa naman ako nagsign ng contract sa kanila. Nagseself review na rin po ako para IELTS ko, possible po by Aug or Sept mgpasched po ako sa BritishCouncil Sa Abu Dhabi. Luckily naman po dala ko naman most ng Documents na possibleng kailanganin sa application, notarization nalang po kulang.
Di ko po alam ang chances ko sa application for Australia, hoping for positive results po sa lahat process at alam ko marami pa akong dadaanan na pagsubok at naway ipagkaloob ni Lord ang nais ko.
Itanong ko lang po, since na need ko po ang service ng agent, san po ang mas okey, yung sa Pinas po or ung nasa UAE? I mean po kung duration ang pagbabasihan at yung quality ng service nila?
At last question po regarding sa 'Skillselect' para sa mga nagsubmit ng EOI simula nung July1, meron na po bang sa inyo or sa mga kakilala nyo po na nareplayan ng employer?
Baka po may mga Tips at information pa po kayo na pwede pang ibigay sakin lubos ko pong tinatanggap at maraming salamat po.

@Nico_Au_Dream depende po yan kung kaya mo na at ready ka magtake ng exam. Kc dito stin ang registration for the exam atleast 2-3 weeks before ur targe date. Ang wife ko kc nagwowrk sa IELTS review center. so skin libre ang review hahaha..Pero kung gusto mo mas maguide ka for the exam meron naman online review. Iba kc meron marunong na nagguguide tlga, kc minsan kala natin enough na yong knowledge natin. Pero depende rin sa Bandscore na kelangan mo mareach.

Naghahanap rin po ako IELTS review center dito sa Abu Dhabi. Kaya lang po every friday lang sana. Kasi yun lang available sched ko due to work. Kailangan ko po tlaga ng guide kasi po my problema ako pagdating sa speaking. :-( San po kayo ngayon nakabased?

1) I am based overseas to be exempted from paying GST
2) Enclosed birth cert, COE, PRC certification and payslip are certified true copies and authentic
3) two passport photographs attached were taken within three months of the date of application and said photographs are true likeness of myself

Meron ka na po nung template affidavit na ito? Nakuha ko lang din to sa mga forums eh.

Reply to @donaldsingapore: yung sa akin nagpalagay ako ng stamp sa likod ng photo tapos pinirmahan nya. Kung gagayahi mo ko, ballpoint pen dapat gamit pag mag-sign sa likod kasi mag-smudge yung ink. Though sa experience ko tinawanan ako ng notary public dito sa SG, case ko daw ang 1st daw na magcertify sya ng photo. Yung isang suggestion ng notary public since may extra copy ako ng photo i-paste na lang daw sa papel yung photo tapos dun nya ilagay yung stamp and signature nya

Reply to @donaldsingapore: "Points Test Advise" is an additional service (additional fee) provided by Vetasses.. they will give opinion on your work experiences if they are related to the skills being assessed.. this opinion will become the basis of DIAC for claiming points on work exp.. but ofcourse, DIAC has the final say on the points..

may mga nag-apply dito na hindi nmn kmuha ng points test advise.. at naapprove nmn ang visa nila..

In short, it's your call... kung sa palagay mo nmn lahat ng work exp mo ay related sa skills.. pwede ng hindi..

Hi lock, additional doubts ...... I refer to the booklet no. 6 page 24, which mention the educational qualifications. I want to claim 10 points under this category. Is it necessary to get points test advise from the vetassess or I can claim 10 points by simply refering to my diploma or certificate.

and eto po ung sagot sa tanong mo regarding the coe. this one's taken from the faq section of the acs website:
8C) What information needs to be contained within the employer reference?
This Reference should:
 show the official company or government department letterhead of the organisation which employed you
 show in the letterhead the full address of the company, any telephone and fax numbers, email and website addresses
 be from your supervisor or the manager of the human resources department –references from colleagues at the same level or below are not suitable
 be signed by an authorised person whose name and position is typed or stamped below the signature – a signature which cannot be identified will not be accepted and include the following information:
• the direct contact number of the person writing the reference
• the exact period of employment
• the required working hours per week
• whether that employment was permanent or temporary
• whether the employment was full-time or part-time
• the position(s) held
• the main duties undertaken
Positions should not be described by generic titles, but according to the nature of the duties undertaken.
Letters of appointment or contracts are not accepted.

ako po hindi na nag-agency kasi parang hindi naman po complex ang case ko. aligned naman po ang degree ko dun sa work experience ko kaya di ko na naisipan kumuha ng agent. yun nga lang...talagang mahaba ang kelangan basahin para maintindihan ang process. hehe

nag-agency kame ni misis kase nga wala rin akong time magprepare since im working here sa KSA at si misis rin naman e busy...

im done with my career episodes na at nirereview na ni misis...we are just waiting for my ielts exam this september, hopefully e makapasa para maipasa na namin sa engineers australia throught the agency...

i was searching rin kase sa internet of fellow OFW na gustong mag-migrate sa Australia tapos nakita ko nga 'tong forum...very helpful indeed...

nag-agency na lang kame kase nga wala rin akong time mag-lodge ng application at si misis naman e busy rin sa work niya...mukhang reasonable rin naman yung financials sa agency e... :-)

If you have your diploma, TOR, etc sufficient na yun depende na lang sa CO kung sabihin na magpoints advice test ka for your qualification.
