"IF YOU ASK ANYTHING IN MY NAME, I WILL DO IT".
John 14:14
Loving Lord!The Scripture says that You are aware of all our needs, even before we ask You. So I come to You and place this request at Your loving hands.You know how desperate I am for getting the Visa. My soul has become weary and anxious over this delay in getting the visa .O Lord! Speak in the hearts of the concerned officials, grant me favour in their eyes and help me to get my visa on time so that my purpose is fulfilled. Perfect everything for me my Master. I wait at Your feet and trust in You to make this possible. I know that You will do it for You will never let Your children down. I thank You for listening to my plea! To You alone be all honour and glory. In the sweet name of Jesus I pray.Amen.

The Assessment Level (AL) of the student determines how much funds need to be shown, who can provide these funds and how long these funds must be held. In order for the funds to be admissible they need to be held by an acceptable individual one who qualifies as someone whose income can provide for the visa applicant's education and living expenses.
An acceptable individual; can be one or more of the following:
(a) the applicant;
(b) the applicant's spouse or de-facto partner;
(c) a parent of the applicant;
(d) a grandparent of the applicant;
(e) a brother or sister of the applicant;
(f) an uncle or aunt of the applicant who is:
(i) an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen; and
(ii) usually resident in Australia.

1. even if you don't have the student visa, pwede ka magbook or bumili ng ticket, you need passport lang
2. incoming passenger card usually is given sa plane during the flight, pero you can get naman once you arrive sa airport
3. better verify with dfa or bi para sure
4. i don't recommend cebupac , if you will add up all the addons sa cebupac, there is a little difference of amount lang sa pal airline fee.. better get pal or sq or qantas(have not tried this airline yet)
5. afaik, passport, your visa grant (not sure about cfo sticker for your husband as he is your dependent, try to give a call to CFO to verify)
6. If he is your dependent as you've mentioned, hindi na sya considered as tourist.. but i think he will need a CFO sticker before he is allowed to leave ph.. check the thread for things you need to do before going to australia for further infos:

I would just like to share my experience in processing my visa application subclass 573.
Sept 15, na received ng immigration Pero wala kami nareceive na acknowledgment email/letter from them, tumawag ako sa hotline number nila kaya ko nalaman. Sept 21 2015 Dapat intake ko dun, I even asked my university for extension and they grant my request until Oct 2...
I was advised by my agency and did some research as well na ang processing is 14-21 business days. Few days before mag Oct 2 nag book na ako ng flight even without hearing anything from the immigration.unfortunately, di pa din Lumabas yung result that week.
2weeks ago, we received an email from the immigration saying my application was transferred and being processed in Jakarta, Indonesia. Akala ng agency ko may problema ako sa immigration ng Indonesia since I declare that na napuntahan ko na bansa for the past 5 yrs. My case officer then informed us that the reason why is because I personally know an immigration officer here in Manila.
My case officer in Indonesia only asked for my new C.O.E. Yun lang. Walang show money, wala din phone interview.
And today, I received my visa grant ))).
Keep praying guys!! Wag kayo mawalan ng pagasa, ako almost 3 mos bago ko malaman ngayon na visa grant ako ))
God bless us all!! ))

But kahit back to step 1. Thankful na ako. When I checked my university website. I can track my application na.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8“For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 9“Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? 10“Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? 11“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!"
