    @ram071312 yes pwede naman sila mag X-Ray. Here kasi sa atin maraming may TB and we are expose to people with TB kaya we have BCG vaccine. Yun lang di natin alam na we are infected unless malala na tayo or obvious ang changes in our health. Di ko alam paano nila nakuha, negative naman kami ni hubby and their old yaya. Naku I need to have everybody have their X-Ray here sa house to be sure lang.

    I went nga kanina sa pedia nila to consult, we need to wait for result ng X-ray before she can give medication that will take 6-9 months :( the good thing about primary complex Hindi sila nakakahawa unlike the TB of adult.

    @mariem - andun kami from 9am to 12nn. Kasama namin yung daughter ko na super kulit at takbo ng takbo sa clinic. For visa application lang naman ang medical, so dapat yun lang 4200 ang fee kaso nung nagbayad si hubby, 5300 ang siningil. Nka bracket kasi sa price list nila yung physical, HIV and xray. Sayang hindi tayo magkakilala kaya hindi tayo nakapag usap. hehehe. Early EB na sana tayo.

    @OZwaldCobblepot - yes magiging ok ang lahat. Just be there by 7am para mauna kayo. Yung 5,300 nasa site nila for Health Section. Sa price list nila sa cashier, naka braket yun sa 707 HIV, 502 Xray and 501 Medical. Yun kasi ang nakalagay sa referral letter ko eh. P,600 pala ang nabayad namin ni hubby and P 2,350 kay baby, kakacheck ko lang sa receipt namin. Grabe!!! ang mahal na nga..Nakakalito yung price sa site na akala namin Medical is P 4,200 for 15 yrs old up.

    hi all, sayang ngayon ko lang nakita tong thread nashare ko sana sa inyo.... nung tumawag ako 2 weeks ago sa nationwide to ached for medical, they mentioned na pay nagpamedical before dec.1, the amount will be 4250.00 but starting dec 1 onwards, it will become 5600+. Hindi ko lang sure kung nagtaas sila or max madaming requirements na hinihingi.

    As I read about this topic:

    Normal x-ray without symptoms indicates inactive TB, and treatment is recommended.

    What is the difference between inactive TB and active TB?
    In inactive (latent) TB, TB bacteria are alive but inactive in the body. The body builds walls around these bacteria, the way a scab forms over a cut. TB bacteria can stay alive inside these walls for years.

    A person with inactive TB can develop active TB if they do not receive treatment (the lifetime risk is 1 in 10).

    People with inactive TB:
    Have no symptoms
    Do not feel sick
    CANNOT spread TB to others
    Have a positive (reactive) skin or blood test result
    Can develop active TB

    Therefore kailangan ng kids to be treated to prevent development of active TB. Haaayyy! With all these info I think the kids naman will be cleared sa medical nila. We just have to start the treatment soon.

    Grabe! Wala man lang announcement online ang Nationwide. Kung ganun kalaki ang price difference, sana sa St Luke's nalang kami kasi sayang ang 2,700.

    Anyway, Form 80 na ang ginagawa namin ni agent. Eto na ba ang last or may iba pang form para matapos na ang mga submission?
