@appledeuce question po. my course was initially a 3-year program. pero nacredit sakin isang semester. so i'll be completing my program in 2.5yrs. balak ko magapply ng post grad visa after... so with how I understood your quoted answer above, non-CRICOS credits might affect the study requirement... but since I completed 2.5 academic years under CRICOS the non-CRICOS credit won't matter as much na ba? did i understand my situation correctly? thanks.

Yup, sounds good po. As long as you complete 92 weeks of full-load study, that should be fine I think.

@Samantita hello po. Thank you! Check mo po kasi gaya nung sinabi ni apple, yun din understanding ko kaya di na ako nagtake ng risk.

4 subjects din ako per semester. Tapos 3 hrs per subject per week, total of 12 hours per week lang. Yung sa yo? 12 hours per week din?

Re: australian study req, 2 years lang need, so ok yung sa case mo.

At round trip talaga yung ticket mo. Sobrang mahal nun. Rich kid ka naman, so carry lang!

Sana nga. Nakakakaba. Sa IDP din ba manggaling yung visa result? And business days ba yung 14 day processing time nila or talagang days regardless??? Aiy. Sorry andami kong tanong. Yung sa ticket naman, mas mura kasi pag roundtrip... Sa isip ng nanay ko. Hahahahhaha.

Nabasa ko dati na parang sabi nyo po yung Accounts Receivable clerk na job di pwede para makapag claim ng points as Accountant. Can you please share the link kung ano yung mga occupations na pwede (para guide ko lang)? Negosyo, housewife tapos, online job kasi working experience ko. I want to make it right this time. Nag Google na po ako, pero di ko mahanap. Thank you!

Thank you po! Nag-iipon pa ako ng pampa-medical exam, kasi around 400AUD dito huhu.

Pero I'm not too sure if that also applies when it comes to skills assessment for migration purposes. I would assume it does, but don't take my word on that po.

@beeeeeeemari Yes. Sa idp galing yung visa grant. So expect the delay na. Haha! Di ko talaga alam kung business days or calendar days. Kasi either way, pasok sa 14days yung sakin. Pero alam ko malapit na yung sayo! Balitaan mo kami!

Ahahahhaha. Sorry naman sa inyong mali ang basa ko sa mga name. @appledeuce tama na! QLD coz my friend who convinced me to study again is there. So at a certain point in time balak namin magsama in Brisbane para mabawasan ang expenses. Kung possibleng mabawasan. Lol. Actually, yun talaga major decision maker sa side ng parents ko kasi wala talaga kaming kahit na ano sa AU... As in zero. So we opted for QLD para at least may isa akong kakilala.

Mabilis na lang din ang 2 years of study for you, sis. First sem, excited ako, tapos nung enrolment ng second sem, stressed ako kung saan kukuha ng pangtuition, then nairaos, then 3rd sem fees uli, stress na naman, pero I guess it's the Lord's will na makatapos ako, because namalayan ko na lang, nasa graduation rites na ako. Aja aja! May awa ang nasa Itaas.

@appledeuce oo. Yun din sabi sakin ng friend ko. Kahit hiwalay sya sa family nya dito sa pinas, sobrang iba daw nung andyan na sya. As in fish out of water. Talagang malaking adjustment daw lalo na wala talaga din syang kasama. So, i commend you guys. At syempre kaya ko din yan.

So if you will be included in your wife's student visa application as her dependent:

$18600 (main applicant) + 6515 (dependent) = $25115 x no. of years of your wife's course of choice po, plus cost of airfare.

If you want to lessen the chances of being asked for proof of financial capacity, your wife can choose a course and an education provider po na kasama sa Streamlined Visa Processing program ng DIBP. More details about SVP here: https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Stud/Stre

Anyone here na past 14 days na wala pa rin update about your visa? Mine was applied Nov. 17 and it was acknowledged on Nov. 19. But until now wala pa ring update. It's past 14 days na. Subclass 573 SVP yun akin. May promo kasi yun Cebu Pac na almost 7k lang ang airfare with 30 kgs check in plus 1 meal. Gusto ko na bumili kaya lang wala pa nga yun visa. I texted Fortrust for an update and they told me there's still no news. But one of their applicants daw was interviewed and nagapologize yung CO sa delays dahil may back log. I want to believe this is the reason but may mga nakareceive naman ng visa grant last week and week before that na within 14 days.
