    yes, you heard it right, daming exam na dinaanan ko - [-O<
    nakali 5 ielts ako at 2 PTE bago ko to nakuha
    ubos ang laman ng bulsa as well as laman ng utak :-O kakareview at kakakumbinsi sa sarili na "hinde ka boplaks sa England ynnozki", yes yan ang pinakamahirap, ang kumbinisihin ang sarili mo na kaya mo pa after a lot of failures :D

    nung ielts, di ko na maalala pang-ilang take ko yun L-) malapit na sa katotohanan, R/L/S=7,W=6.5...sawi ~X( ...saklap di ba...malapit na eh

    tapos unang take ko sa PTE October 28, R=77, S/W=71, L=64...
    :-L [-O< mas masakit to kuya eddie, kinulang sa dasal...

    Dec 8, eto na, dinamihan ko ng dasal at bigay na lahat ng laman ng utak B-) :>
    Ayun!!! L=76, R=79, S=86, W=74.....

    so sa mga naka-4 ng take, naka-5, naka 6...may pang 7,8,9 pa hehehe..wag mawalan ng pag-asa, hanggat may laman ang bulsa at gusto mo matupad ang pangarap mo, try lang ng try...

    shoutout sa 3 pinoy na nakasabay ko sa Sg 12pm Dec8...kund andito rin kayo
    bakit wala pa kaya result ng exam ko Dec. 7, I didn't check reportable to Immi.

    @Liolaeus omg! buti di ka ng re appeal sa 3rd take kasi png 10 points lng. God has something in store for you sa 4th take kaso 20 points un. congrats
    Yes, actually 10 points lang need ko nung 1st and 2nd take ko. Hindi ako na invite dahil naabutan lang ako ng age criteria (bawas points) kaya nag aim ako ng 20 points sa 3rd take and 4th take. PTE-A talaga ang solusyon dahil di ko makukuha yung 20 points na yun sa IELTS.

    Congrats sa mga bagong passers! EOI na kayo. Yung iba, malapit na din ninyo makuha yung target score nyo.

    hello...ask q lang po..pede po bang mg re appeal sa PTE..kc 65+ po ang point para maka claim ng 10 points...e ang nakuha lang po ay 64 (reading)..sayang nmn, kya naisip nmin mg re appeal like sa mga cases sa IELTS....meron po bng nag appeal na dtu...thank you
    Yes, meron din pero computer pa din ang mag c-check ng answers and mas madalas na walang changes. Mahirap yan kasi Reading module yung i-c-contest mo. Fixed ang mga sagot sa Reading compared sa Speaking at Writing kaya most probably walang change na mangyayari... I suggest review na lang ulit at mag retake ng test.

    Previous scores ko, merong 63, 64 lalo na yung 78 pero hindi na ko nag appeal.

    Ang major changes sa speaking na ginawa ko:

    1) yung mic, inilayo ko sa bibig ko nung 2nd, 3rd, at 4th tries. Tinest ko ng maigi kung malinaw yung boses ko sa recording and playback.
    2) Nag kabisa ako ng template answers. Na post ko yata dito sa page 106 or 107.

    May effect din siguro yung test location. 1st and 2nd take ko, sa Bright Centre Ortigas ako nun, mag isa lang ako nag take ng exam kaya walang distractions. Yung 3rd and 4th take ko, sa Pearson Makati na. Nanibago ako, ang dami ko kasabay mag exam at ang hirap mag concentrate sa speaking. Nakakapag taka nga kasi feeling ko mas maganda performance ko nung 2nd take pero mas mataas yung speaking ko sa 4th take.

    hi guys, I took my IELTS Speaking this afternoon at British Council. Ang lakas ng feeling ko na palpak ako kanina. Partly kasalanan ko naman dahil hindi ako nakapagprepare. Anyways, this PTE thread is giving me hope in getting a second chance.. :)

    If I don't meet the required band score, I will try PTE. Kaya lang January na ang next available sched.

    mga sir/ma'am newbie here. yung headset po ba na ginagamit sa PTE-A exam yung tulad din po ng mga ginagamit ng call centers natin? di po ba mahirap mag salita if covered parehas ang tenga po? may tendency kasi lumakas ang boses. salamat po.

    @carlitobrigante Sir, I am not sure what call center uses, but what I can tell, headset used by Pearson Makati does not negate the outside sounds.

    -Submitted all docs for skill assessment
    4/2014- Positive SA as Medical Lab Technician
    9/2014- AIMS examination for Medical Lab Scientist
    11/2014- Got the result and passed it!!!
    1/2015- IELTS L-7.0 R-9.0 S-7.5 W-6.5

    took some time off in my application processs

    1/5/16- PTE L-76 R-68 S-81 W-73
    1/9/16- EIO submitted for NSW state nomination.
    - waiting for ITA

    5/21- Updated EOI. Applied for 189 & 190 Visa
    5/24- ITA for visa 189! Thank you Lord :)
    6/2- Applied for NBI clearance
    With Hit!!! same with husband

    6/3- preparing other docs

    @filipinacpa Hi! Ask ko lang re essay part, strict ba sa indentation? gumamit ka ng indentation every start of the paragraph? Or spacing lang. Thanks!
