Guys, patulong naman po.

eto po ung work experiences ko. Most of these are Desktop Support
Tech Ops Analyst (desktop support, tier2)--> 2 years sa aug 16.
IT services Consultant 2 (desktop support, tier2) ---> 3 years
Desktop support (tier1)---> 1.5 yrs
Technical Support --->8 months
Technical Support --->8 months
College computer instructor (2 different schools) --->2 years

Pasok po ba ako sa systems analyst?
If hindi, anong job kaya pasok yung job experiences ko.
If pasok ako as systems analyst, makacount po kaya ung experiences ko as computer instructor?

mga sir madam - yung tungkol sa notarized Diploma and TOR po. yung sakin kasi is red ribbon from DFA good to go na po ba yun ?

tapos yung mga COE ko naman sa company is from pinas pa - papanotarized pa ba yun ng bukod ?

ngayun po i am working in SG for 8 months na same company na from pinas pero tier lang
(same company )

Manila tier 1 = 3 years (under BPO - ) pero systems and network general support remote access

Singapore Tier 2 = 8 months under agency in SG - pure systems support

pwede po ba ko sa SOL na (Computer - systems and network) or

(ICT technical officer )

nag iisip din po ako kung ano mas tamang gawin kung Submit EOI or unahin muna magpa assess sa ACS - para pag ka submit ng EOI complete na xa.

hihingi po sana ko ng advise sa mga nakasubok na sa EOI at ACS.

Reply to @James_Ausie: not sure about red ribbon, pero based from what I read in other forum notarized and certified as true copy of original ang hinahanap ng ACS, yung red ribbon daw ay mostly for those going to middle east. and lahat ng documents ay dapat certified as true copy.

kailangan sa EOI yung skills assessment so pa assess ka muna before mag lodge ng EOI.

Reply to @zoe_girl: I think hindi counted yung experience mo as computer instructor, ang basis ng assessment is if you are doing the actual job and I believe teaching is different from doing the actual job.

Pero opinion ko lang naman, mas ok na din kung isama mo sya sa experience mo, we can never tell, malay mo tanggapin pa din nila

I sent my red-ribbon TOR with diploma to ACS and they accepted it. Anyway you need not send hard copies nowadays.

Reply to @zoe_girl: hi.. im not an IT expert... some of my tips are below:

a) please check systems analyst description sa ANZSCO.. then compare with your job description.. kung almost pareho... then you can apply for that.. i guess IT degree holder ka nmn..

b) there are also other ANZSCO job code that you can check.. like IT Customer Support or IT Support Technician.. this will be assesed thru TRA..

for other job code na pwede ka magpa-assess.. please check the full list of the SOL and/or CSOL.. may separate thread for this...

Salamat Al5yd medyo mahabang trabaho pa to bago maka EOI kasi uuwi muna ko pinas para makuha uli yung mga COE kinuha kasi ung mga orig sa MOM ng singapore para sa PASS... hayyyz di bale after 3 exams sa microsoft IELTS naman. para maka ipon ng points. God bless us all.

nga pala nag try ako online assesment sa visabureau.com yung pang autralia... base sa info dun
pwede raw xa sa visa 189 , 190 at 489 pero target ko either 189 or 190 problem ko nalang COE kasi sa Ansco hindi ganun kalapit anf definition ng job description eh... nag network and systems naman ako for 3 years sa sykes asia sa pinas...remote access nga lang pero lahat yun - Network - Server - firewall ... tapos sa same account andito na ko sa singapore tier 2 naman pero plain server (systems ) support meron narin me CCNA at MCTS certs... IT grad din BS degree.. I work out ko talaga lahat ng docs ....at xempre maraming dasal...

Reply to @James_Ausie: Pwede na yan sa anszco 263111. Tech support ako sa Pinas for 1.5 years plus IT Engineer (doing sys ad job) dito for 4.5 years. Inakala ko ring hindi papasok yung TS role ko pero considered naman ng ACS.

Helo ulit may question po sana ako, natanggap namin 1 COE from employer, andun po lahat ng information, except for the words full time

Nagrequest po kami ng bago kung pwede kaso pahirapan, it took us months to get this coe tapos nung natanggap namin kulang ng full time na words.
Nag request ulit kami pero mag 1 month na wala pa reply ang HR kahit anong kulit namin.
Pwede naba namin ipasa to? Tatawag naman po ang ACS sa mga employers noh magconfirm if full time job or not? Please help! thank u..

@alexamae, meron din akong mga COE na nde nakalagay yung word na full time. Nagpasa na ako last 17-Jul-2012 sa ACS. So far naman wala pa silang hinihinging additional document at sana naman ay wag nang manghingi. Pde mo sigurong ipasa na sa ACS tas kulitin mo yung HR nyo para bigyan ka nang bagong COE at least may backup ka in case na maghanap sila nung may nakalagay na full time.

@dll, actually maraming klase yung assessment sa ACS, pero eto yung understanding ko sa mga binigay mo.

SKILLS - Assesment eto para sa mga may IT experience na ang course while in university/college is IT din.
RECOGNITION LETTER - para sa mga may skills assesment na, at gustong ma ensure na makukuha nila yung points na binibigay nang DIAC para sa education.
RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) - may IT experience pero nde IT ang course while in university/college.

Hi Guys,
Actually ganito din yung case ko, nag email ako sa HR namin for a copy of COE with duties and responsibilities tapos sabi ko paki include na I was hired as a full time employee, naka receive ako ng email sa kanila today at sabi di daw nila mailalagay yung statement na hired as full time ako kasi di naman nila ini-include sa COE yun. Di ko din maintindihan bakit di nila kayang mailagay yun eh totoo naman. Anyway, if ever i-reject ng ACS yun, ano kaya magandang gawin since ayaw naman ng HR na mag declare ng ganun?

Reply to @hotshot: Thanks Hotshot. or gawa na lang ako ulit COE pero instead na from HR eh supervisor ko na lang papirmahin ko. Dami arte ng HR, simpleng statement lang naman di nila mailagay. Anyway nag email ako ulit sa kanila para magmaka-awa hahahaha. pag wala talaga then affidavit na lang or yung COE na signed by supervisor na lang.

Reply to @Al5yd: check nyo na lang po kung pwedeng ilagay ng supervisor nyo sa company letterhead. if not, kelangan nyo talaga mag-affidavit. normal po kasi yan, may mga companies talaga na against sa "confidentiality policies" ang paglagay ng mga ibang info sa COE na iniissue nila. baka mamya po kasi e mapahamak ang supervisor nyo pag naglagay kayo ng info sa company letterhead at biglang nalaman na bawal pala yun. yun lang.

Ang hirap din pala ng document gathering stage, and to think for ACS skills assessment pa lang,pano pa kaya pag sa pag lodge na ng EOI or yung other steps

kaka receive ko din lang ng email from HR ng isa ko pang previous company,ayun ok naman daw at sasabihan na lang ako pag ready na. Sana lahat ng HR ganyan ka understanding.

OK lang po ba kung yung date ng COE mo eh halimbawa ngayon,July 24 pero isusubmit mo sa ACS eh mga after 3 or 4 months pa? wala naman sigurong expiry yung validity ng COE diba? kasi di ba kumpleto yung mga documents ko so baka matagalan pa ng konti.

Reply to @hotshot: Salamat ulit sa reply,mukhang tayo na lang nag uusap dito hahaha. Yung pagkuha lang ata ng COE ang pinaka matagal na step sa skills assessment.hopefully by September maka submit na ako sa ACS.
