    @Itsmeeh_Claire Hi. I don't think it's allowed. If you look at the visa grant notification for the secondary applicant and it says 'NO ENTRY BEFORE A SPECIFIED PERSON' or something like that then the primary applicant must enter Australia first.

    You can try and ask DIAC to waive that visa condition but I think it's a long shot.

    Also, you don't have to report to anyone when you arrive. Chances are they DIAC will know anyway.

    @Itsmeeh_Claire hi sis - thats possible. Look at your visa condition. saken kasi nakalagay NIL, that means no condition and the dependant applicant can enter before the main applicant.

    I have also question kasi visa 190 kami, and then if in case mahirap makahanap ng work pwede kayang lumipat ng ibang state kahit hindi pa natatapos ang 2 years? I have asked others me mga nagtry daw at ok naman..pero maybe you have ideas or other information as well kasi baka maapektuhan ang pag aapply ng citizenship. Visa 190 kami sa SA :-) for reference lang po.

    Pwede ung second applicant muna hanap work sa Au. My friend did that last year and ung main applicant may next yr pa lng ang dating sa Au. Just be reminded na Dapat Lahat kau mag INITIAL entry within a specified date, first yr nung na approve ung visa nyo. Ung transfer of state, according sa agent namin pwede Un kahut wala pa 2yrs if wala ka talaga mahanap na work. My thread ako nakita somewhere here na nag submit sya ng docs sa DIAC to show na wala talaga sya makita work para MA release sya sa state na Un.

    Eto pampalakas loob ko. I've read it dito sa thread din hindi ko lang maalala sino ang nagsabi. "God helped us to get the visa in Australia, so i'm sure di nya rin tayo pababayaan dun"..
