@poochini Hi.. ung mga work experience mo sa pinas, sa pinas mo ipa-notarize and sa sg work exp.. sa sg mo din ipanotarize. Ganyan din situation ko, I've asked ACS if this is correct before spending money, time and effort. I am currently in Dubai and dito ko pina-notarize ung 2 COEs ko.

@kittykitkat18 its ok lang po. May ask lang po ako sa COE, what if po yung binigay ni company ay generated COE kase di daw po sila nagbibigay ng detailed COE pwede po ba yung third party na gagawa ng COE nya from previous company po nya ay hindi na rin don nagwowork ngayon? Thank you po!

Guys question naman.

Sa current company ko, para makahingi ako ng certificate of employment with roles and responsibilities, marami pang kelangang approval. Manager up to Director.

Siyempre, ayoko naman sana nun kasi hassle, nakakahiya at malalaman pa nila ang purpose.

So iniisip ko kung pwede ako gumawa ng declaration ko ng roles and responsibilities tapos papirmahan ko sa manager ko tapos pa-notarize ko. Alam ko ganito ginagawa ng mga accenture employees pero sa accenture kasi, nagbibigay sila ng letter na di sila nadidisclose ng ganung info. Eh dito sa current company ko walang ganun.

So, ok lang ba yun? tatanggapin ba yun ng ACS?

ACS Accepts stat dec. just attach a copy of your COE. or first and latest pay slip.

@psalms5110 meron sa assessment letter na binigay ni ACS sa iyo kung paano mag review and appeal. But I guess for your case review ang kelangan kasi magbibigay ka ng additional document. Ung appeal naman, i-contest mo ung assessment results without providing any additional documentation. Check out 2nd bullet point below

@thisisme1 Hi, try mo gumawa ng sample na kasama ung duties & responsibilities mo. Then .. kung nagmamatch nga naman sa actual job mo talaga (follow ACS format in COE), ok lang yun. Then pakita mo sa HR nyo na icheck at iprint sa company logo. Ako kasi ako nagprepare ng COE ko kc STANDARD lang talaga pinoprovide nila. Sabihin mo na lang na special request yun since apply ka ng migration sa Australia. Ganun ginawa ko. OK naman. Suitable naman results ko.

ACS will not accept personal statutory declaration, dapat third party.

Most of the HR kc, they don't know how to draft your COE as per your requirement, better create a sample and show them. But, if they have duties & responsibilities naman na nafile nila, they can use it. Talk to the HR nicely and if you can convince them,,, e di ok!

For me, mas ok magpass ng COE kasi dame hinahanap pag stat declaration.

@thisisme1, for my case I sucked it up and asked for it kahit may manager at director approval. Bahala sila ano isipin nila, but since this is my long term plan, I had to go and get it, step 1 palang ito and it should not stop you. If any, they should be supportive of you

After manager and director approval, i sent the email to HR and indicated the format that I needed (letterhead, address etc) plus ung mga text na wala sa standard coe like ung pag indicate na full time employment and number of hours worked. Hehe baka pareho tayo ng company?

@psalms5110, yes definitely tama si @jandm, your ACS assessment will determine how many years work exp you can claim points for. Otherwise kung mag EOI ka in advance, tapos less than that ung years na assessed ni ACS, ma overclaim ka ng points. Mga 1-2 weeks makukuha mo na ung assessment.

I agree, ganun din ginawa ng husband ko. With the previous company ni hubby he gave the information he needed to be included in the COE. Then with his current company he talked muna to his boss about his plan for ACS assessment before he emailed the HR, sabi sa kanya they only provide standard format but we emailed the sample format we need using the COE he got for our travel visa and pumayag naman. Akala kasi nila babaguhin totally yung format kaya most of the time hindi sila pumapayag. When hubby emailed them he provided na agad lahat ng kailangan with duties and resposibilities, then we also send the ACS guideline page para alam nila.

Hello Guys,

Please Help. Bago lang akong magaaply ng assessment.

1. Sino pipili ng ANZSCO code? Ako ba pipili nun?
Or based sa isusubmit kong employment reference, ACS ang bahala mag classify kung sa ako kabilang?

2. Regarding sa "CERTIFIED COPY OF THE ORIGINAL" nung employment reference, sa po ba ito pwedeng ipa-certify? May mga nag cecertify ba na naglalagay nung kagaya nung sa sample na may mga cetificate number etc.?

Need help on this.

1. Kyo po piipili ng anzsco code. Dpat closely related po sa nominated occupation ung previous and current work experience nyo.sa ACS website andun po lists ng occupation and with description

2. Sa notary public po nagpapa ctc ng docs. They have stamps for that. Minsan naiiba ung wordings..bsta important is certified true copy sya

kaso problema ko is yung isang company ko di nagagree sa format ng ACS. ung kasama ung job description. at ung binigay lang ng hr sakin yung standard COE na nakastate ung position and length ng service.

nag ask kasi ako sa dating kong boss kung pwede nyang isign yung roles and responsibilities na ginawa ko kaso di sya pumayag di daw sya certify na gumawa nun at mag tanong daw ako sa hr. prob di talaga pwede.

tanong ko po kung pwede ba ako naalng ang magdeclare ng roles and responsibilities ko?

@all eto rin problem ko same with sputnik, though 8 months lang sya at 1st job ko at project clerk ang position ko as contractual pero IT helpdesk ang ginagawa ko sa company and ang kaya lang bigay ni company is ung standard COE na indi detailed, papa statutory sana ako kaso indi ko na makita ung payslip ko. kayo ba ano ma susugest nyo? nanghihinayang kasi ako sa 8 months baka kasi pasok eh. @tiggeroo good point! haha baka nga pareho tayo? san makikita ang ideal COE format?

another question, makakatulong ba na isama ang mga training certificates na related sa work? Example: SAP training, Java training, SQL training and the like

Hmmm if I remember correctly, halos walang upload type for trainings lang, ang meron lang ay certifications and may list lang din sila of recognized certifications (like Cisco and Microsoft). You can try to make an account, para makita mo ano pwede mo i-upload.

1st Job, ang job title ay "Design Engineer" which is wala naman equivalent sa kanila.

2nd Job, ang job title ay "Sofware Engineer" which is meron naman equivalent sa kanila.

Current Job, ang job title ay "Software Developer" which is meron din naman.

Pag gumawa ba ng employment reference, ang ilalagay mo ba mismo yung ANZSCO code na innominate mo/ pipiliin mo kahit hindi yun ang talagang job title mo sa work experience?
Example pinili ko software engineer, kaso iba iba job title ko sa mga work experience ko.
Paano po ba gagawin pag ganito?

Kung hindi pasok yung roles at duties ng work experience mo sa pinili mong code, let's say software engineer ang pinili mo then yung work experience mo QA ang roles, kelangan mo pa din ba syang ipa-assess or hindi na kelangan?

sample:

1st Job - Design Engineer ( mostly QA roles )
2nd Job - Software Engineer (software development roles)

Pra sa akin ok lng na ilagay company 1.similar situation si hubby na ganyan sa 1st company.. ang assessment is Not enough ICT content. Bale company 2 assessed sya as related sa nominated occupation tpos deduct pa ng 2 yrs.hndi lng na count si company 1 ni hubby pro sinama ko sa assessment

kung iassess ko naman for last 3 jobs ko may almost 6yrs exp na naman ako.

pero may isa pa akong dilemma kasi ung first job ko na 8months ata nung 2009 pa small company, is ang panget ng exit ko. naghahanap ako sa website nila or online na pwedeng tawagan or iemail pero wala akong makita at address lang mismo ng company ung nakalagay. pwede ba ko mag pa statutory declaration sa dati kong ka-team mate noon pero pati sya di na din ang work dun?

Hello po... bago lang ako d2 sa forum but been reading some stuffs about AU. I have a question regarding sa Computer network and systems engineer (263111). Kailangan paba kukuha ng CCNA certification pra pangdagdag points?... Paano kung yung CoE sa previous company mo ay generic lang? mga 4 years kasi ako sa technical support na may kunting network+server support and administration. Pero current work ko ay ICT officer going to 5 years na. Sana merong mkapag advice sakn bago ako mag submit ng assessment sa ACS.
