General Skilled Immigration Visa - Step By Step Process

Good Morning Sir/Mam!

Hingi po sana ako ng tulong ninyo...

Sa ngayon po kasi nakareceive na ako ng invite nung January 8, for Visa 189,
Meron lang po akong mga question before ako mag lodge.

1. As of today po kasi, we have a newborn baby

He's born last January 10,
and sabi sa hospital e 3 weeks pa daw bago makuha yung birth certificate niya.
Question po is pwede na ba siya isama sa application kung mag lodge na ako kahit
wala pa siyang birth certificate and passport?

2. My Wife's passport is currently on process for renewal, sa 25 pa namin nkukuha yung
bagong passport niya, although meron akong scanned copy nung old passport niya na with
expiration date June 12, 2017, we decided kasi na early renewal nalang siya para mas
matagal yung validity ng passport niya pag nag lodge na kami, question is kung mag lodge
ba ako today is pwede ko gamittin yung number nung old passport niya?

I really need your advice regarding this, do i proceed with the visa lodging kahit wala pa
yung mga documents (Birth Certificate, Passports) or hintayin ko muna dumating mga
documents nila before ako mag lodge, tpos yung validity ba ng invite yun yung 60days?
so meron akong until march 8 to submit our applications?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Wahh. Try ko na lng magask sa previous employer at sa bank. Closed na rin kasi matagal yung payroll acct ko n yun. Hays..

narelease at naclaim na ng mother ko ung nbi clearance kaso pag uwi lng nya sa house nacheck na may wrong spelling sa address..instead na TOTSUKA ay TETSUKA yung nakaprint..ok lng kaya iupload to? or kelangan paupdate sa NBI pa ulet? strict kaya ung DIBP sa pagcheck ng spelling ng address?

@mgt21 oh no..medyo mahirap ksi sa case namin mag apply ng nbi ksi nasa japan kmi..need pa namin pumunta sa embassy for fingerprinting then send ung docs pa sa pinas which takes 3 days minimum para madeliver then ipaforward kay mother ung application forms to nbi..then wait pa ulet 1 week for release..and ginto mag apply ng nbi dito inabot kmi halos ng 50 USD plus ung pa-fedex pa..waaah!

naisip ko naman di kaya name, bday, and remarks (if may criminal record or hit) lang ung important na macheck ni DIBP? thinking positive lng ako para masaya sana ang weekend hahaha

@mgt21 oo nga e..ang hirap..pero baka pabalikin ko na lng si mother sa NBI kasi baka for correction and reprinting lng at di na need magfingerprint pa ulet ksi kakakuha lng naman ng clearance..

isa pang napansin ko e wala ung signature ko dun sa certificate na binigay kay mother..sa baba ksi ng photo e may field na signature..blank sya..ok lng kaya un since sa phil embassy ako dito sa japan nag apply? dapat ba pirmahan ko then scan then upload? or as is ko lng iupload? super thank you sa may idea/advice kung ano po ang need gawin..

Hi.

We lodged 189 visa last january 9. We had our medical tests last january 13 in st. Lukes. Mabilis lang ba sila mag upload ng results?

And need ba talaga ng payslips? We only uploaded itrs kasi wala na talaga payslips.

@keziahsiscar depende ata sa CO sis.. pag super strict ata si CO parang pati payslip nirerequire. but i think for me, okay na either of those.. yung sakin 4 years ako sa work, yung first three years ay puro ITR then last year is puro payslip na for the whole year

@jandm pwede mo tanungin if may process for correction of details. baka mas simple un. if wala, you may just submit it and wait for the CO. baka naman kasi di naman sila mahigpit dun as long as tama pangalan at age.

As for the signature, kami po, manual namin pinirmahan ung clearance before uploading. wala naman concern si CO nun nung inemail nya kami.

@keziahsiscar usually po 5working days. after a week at wala pa tawagan nyo po sila sa umaga, para maprioritize ung medical nyo. then pag lunch wala pa, tawagan nyo uli. sure mauupload un ng hapon. hehe.

madalas po kasi hinahanap payslips. pero if your CO will be satisfied sa ITRs nyo, then ok na. better prepare stat dec na hindi nyo na mapprovide ung payslips due to some circumstances. then wait na lang for CO if hanapin nya ung payslips bago nyo provide stat dec.

Hi po, need your advise kung which page po ako mag start or yung may updated na FAQS.
nagback read ako sa first page and sa ibang mga replies pero medyo naguguluhan kasi ako. pano po ba ako magstart?

here is a some background:
2009 - present working in IT (planning for assesstment sa system analyst)
less than 30yrs old
Computer Science grad sa Adamson

-ano po ba steps na gawin ko? gather necessary docs and pa-access ko muna ung skills sa ACS? then lodge EOI?
-possible po ba na ma-isama ung girlfriend (since gf ko sya since college) sa application pero yung current work nya wala sa SOL.
-should I take both IELTS and PTE-A

But this site will truly help you along the way to reach your goal for visa grant. Personally what we did ni hubby we answered the POINT TEST, at first syempre hindi pa accurate yung score nya since wala pang accessment from ACS for his work/education and english test.

Gather all docs for ACS assesment, submit assessment application, will be available in 5days (but still depends on all docs you provided, in our case mabilis lang lumabas yung result) Fee 500 AUD
Schedule PTE (we prefer) test para you have a deadline din for yourself, review. Take the exam. Fee $200

@sputnik pwede mo parin masama ung gf mo, pero since hindi kayo same ng SOL, hindi ka pwede mag claim ng 5 points sa partner points. Bale gagawin mo siyang dependent. Goodluck!

Hello po everyone. I found out that I can include my wife's nephew in my visa application since he's been living with us for 5 years already. His mother is deceased and his father has abandoned him. Does anybody know what documents to submit as evidence that he's depending on us and been living with us for the past 5 years? he is 14 years old by the way.

@keziahsiscar This is a case to case basis and highly depends on your CO. Others got their DG without uploading form 80, while some were asked by their CO to upload form 80. there's no clear pattern on this one.

i think its easier if u can provde evidence that u have adopted your wife's nephew.

hi guys! i'd just like to share na nafix na po ung address ko sa NBI clearance and released within the day lng din. my mother looked for Ms. Sandra Sobida..sobrang bait po nya at naaccomodate agad ung request po namin..tinulungan nya rin mother ko para di na maghintay ng matagal sa pagrelease (without asking for anything in return so may God bless her more)..nakuha ko lng rin ung info ni Ms. Sandra sa other thread dito sa pinoyau regarding NBI yung topic..

advice po nya sa mga overseas applicants for NBI na nagsubmit/claim ng clearances via representative, wala po talaga daw signature sa ilalim ng photo, so wag daw po mamarkan yun..ibig sabihin daw po no appearance upon application and claim ng clearance sa NBI office..

if my need kayong help sa NBI just contact her because she is very willing to help and very down to earth person..ang bilis rin nya magreply sa mga emails ko..ayun lng po..just sharing
