a) next step is skills assessment (if you haven't done this)... check your nominated occupation in SOL and then assessment requirements to the assessing authority..

i believe mas lower priority ang family sponsored migration based on current rules..

Reply to @henareh: ung agent ko po ung tita ko sa australia sila ang nagbigay sa akin ng website na un.. www.liveinaustralia.com naka base po sya sa australia, online ko lang po nakakausap ang advisor ko, 399 dollars po ang bayad ko for 6 months yon anytime pwede ka magleave ng questions.. then wait mo ang reply nya.ibibigay din nya ang step by step..lahat ng kailangan mo, ang disadvantage lang po dun iba pa din ung andito lang sana sa pilipinas ang agent mo, kaya kung may agent po dito sa pinas dito nlng mas madali nyong mapuntahan mismo ung office anut anu man ang mangyari.

pwede bang ang gawin ko ay ganito???

Scan orig doc --> Print scanned doc --> Certify printed scan doc --> Scan printed certified doc --> Submit the certified doc to ACS

Reply to @elgenecc: online application na lang po ACS di ba? sa pagkakaalam ko...yan naman po talaga ang dapat gawin. basta yung scanned copy na iaattach nyo sa ACS application nyo e yung CTC ng docs nyo.

In case naman na kailangan ng certified docs, eto ung wala kang original copy at all, tapos hindi pa colored ung copy mo. Yun ung mga kelangan iCTC

Reply to @stolich18: hmmm...mejo nalilito ako dito kasi sabi sa ACS guidelines kelangan mga certified copies ata talaga ang iupload...they did not mention anything about uploading scanned copies of originals. eto yung mga sabi sa ACS guideline document:

Applicants are required to make copies of original documents and upload the certified copies in PDF file format into the online application form.
Preparing Documents to Upload into the Online Application Form:
1. Gather and organise all required documents to be assessed
2. Create copies of all original documents - Example: Degree Certificate or Work Reference
3. Have all copies certified by an authorised person
4. Scan & Save certified copies in a PDF file format
5. Upload PDF files of certified copies via the Online Application Form

and

Required PDF Documentation:
1. Certified copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
2. Certified copy of Academic Qualification documentation
 Title of Award
 Name of Awarding Institution
 The Year & Month Completed
 Grades Achieved
3. Certified copy of Academic Transcripts
4. Certified copies of Detailed Employment References
5. Complete ACS Project Report Form (RPL) if applying for Recognition of Prior Learning

so kelangan naka-CTC talaga mga docs na scanned kahit meron kang scanned copies ng originals?

Hehhe oo nga noh, mukhang kelangan na nga iCTC lahat. Bka this is in lieu of the fact that they are not accepting documents via courier anymore, and lahat online na lang. hehehe

Reply to @henareh: mura po kasi ang kinuha kong package... 399 meron po silang 899 as in ung agent mo ang mag iintindi lahat ung sa akin po ay consultant ko lang po sya..lahat ng question mo sasagutin nya..pero ikaw pa din ang gagawa like ikaw ang magsesend ng documents mo sa DIAC.. ikaw din ang makakareceive ng confirmation or queries ng DIAC regarding sa application na nareceive nila from you. as in purely advise lang po ang gagawin nung agent..yun po ang package na kinuha ko mahal kc masyado pag ung 899 dollars..

Kailangan din pala maging updated sa bagong process para matulungan ang mga new joiners. Outdated na info na alam ko. Yung kaibigan ko mag-apply, dapat daw lahat iCTC. I checked the immi.gov.au and it was stated nga na ganon dapat.

Less hassle and money dahil di na kailangan ipa-courier ung docs.

Pati yung booklet 6 nag-iba itsura. nagulat ako. Iba na rin ung mga subclass dba? tama ba?

hi everyone! may question po ko, would you recommend to exclude work experience for those cases where i cannot show tax return doc? i have 4+ years experience na complete naman sa docs. ang problem ko po is after that, nag freelance contractor ako last year. and was able to register a sole proprietor business just a couple of months ago. so it looks like that i can no longer pay the taxes for the last year. hinahabol ko pa naman sana ung 5 years na qualification para plus 10 points. i can however provide bank statement and client references for those freelance experience. pero baka madeny ako if ndi ako makapag provide ng tax return. what do you suggest po? thanks in advance!

hindi na po ba ko hihingan ng tax return pag meron ng bank statement and references? kinakabahan kasi ko, sayang naman if yun pa maging cause ng pag ka deny ng visa. if hindi ko po kasi siya sinama 60 points lang ang total ko. do you think it would be safer if work na lang ko sa other parts like try to get band 8 on ielts in order to get higher points?

Reply to @annie23: ang tingin ko kasi...if i were in your case...pag tinanggal ko yan, edi sure nang hindi isasama sa count ng experience ko. pag sinama ko naman, wala naman mawawala sa akin. kung ayaw nila i-consider, edi hindi lang nila bibilangin yun sa total years of experience ko. but, atleast i tried. pero kung hindi ako sure na bibilangin nila, hindi ko muna isama sa count ng points ko yun. isipin ko nalang as extra points na lang yun kung sakali. then, i'll score as high as i can sa IELTS para sure. but that's just me.
