Reply to @R_Yell: well, ganun talaga. you can just complain but that's what the current system is. babayad ka talaga. go complain to IELTS and and tell them na hindi biro ang fee nila to retake their exams, not to me. baka naman baguhin nila ang mga fees nila so it will be favorable to many people. :-p

i've seen the timelines of other people here - IELTS retake even up to 4 times, tapos nagpa-remark pa sila after that. buti nga mas madaling magretake ngayon basta may pambayad ka. noon pala may policy ang IELTS na 3 months pa ang iintayin bago magretake kahit may pambayad.

ako rin nga nalalakihan ako sa mga babayaran ko along the way. maliit pa nga ang IELTS. tapos papaassess ako which is way higher pa kahit magretake ako ng IELTS - babayaran ko pa yun nang walang kasiguruhan. di pa nakalodge ang VISA nyan kasi kailangan ko ang IELTS at yung assessment muna, but once na swertehin pa ako na maapprove, then that's another big amount to pay. I'm not counting all the other numerous expenses pa after that step.

pero yun nga if you meet the 60 point requirement, e di pasok ka na. but even then kahit na naglodge ka na ng visa you will still want to increase your points, that why there are still some people here who decide to retake/remark their IELTS result, kasi mas maganda ang chances na mainvite kapag mataas ang points.

Reply to @jhiela23: hindi na kailangan ang elem/HS diploma kasi kung babasahin mo ang section E and F, they say about think TEACHER EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND OTHER HIGHER EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS. I dont elem/HS Diploma fall unto these categories.

Reply to @R_Yell: No. Yung payslips, on top of employment certificate ay proof of overseas work qualifications.

Kailangan lang ng proof of funds for state sponsorship on some states such as NT.

So it's a skilled independent visa subclass 190 in which i get additional 5 points for the point based system since I would nominate a skill that is in SOL. Is my understanding correct now? So anong kaibahan ng subclass 189 from 190? Wala lagi dun ang subclass 189 sa visas list for skilled-independent.

Hello Guys!

I have a question po, kung Skilled-Nominated or Sponsored (Provisional subclass 489) Visa, kc meron akong sister na magsusupport skin so makakuha ako ng 10 points doon, kung mag aapply po ba ako sa state sponsorship, maka-gain po kaya ako ng another points doon sa state? I mean pwede rin akong sponsored ng sister, mamakuha kaya ako ng 2 points para doon or isang point lng sa knila either state or relative?

Hello po sa lahat, susubukan po namin mag -apply without migrant agent.. kinukumpleto na namin yung mga documents para sa assessment ( teacher) and intay nalang sa result ng IELTS. May mga tanong din ako... need your advise.

Kailangan na rin bang isama ang pay slip or tax return for employment evidence kahit may COE at ilang years po kung sakali at need din pa ctc yon? Sa pagkakaalam ko din, no need na. COE na lang basta yung ni-submit mo sa skills assessment.

Pwede mag-ask dun sa mga nakapagpasa na online ng application via SkillSelect. Ok lang ba na sa partner ko is Certificate lang sa school ng "English as as medium of instruction"? Kase nd naman ako kumuha ng partner skill points kase.

@aizen : hindi ko naabutan ang skillselect kasi May 2012 ako nag-lodge ng visa. pero sa wife ko, certificate lang na English as medium of instruction ang pinasa namin for her kasi di din ako nag-claim ng partner points. wala naman po naging problem. ako lang (primary applicant) ang nag-IELTS sa amin.

May email po ako from ACS. Sabi nya

"Please attach the following documents in PDF file format to this email. Attach each required document individually as a PDF file:
Please be advised that we required the certification to be on the same page as the information, we cannot accept certification that is on the back of the document."

Naka-certified true copy (notary public) naman po ang mga documents ko kya lang nasa back page nung document. Ung diploma at transcript ko galing pa ng school (certified copy) at nasa harap naman ung stamp. Pero bakit ganun?

Sana po may makatulong sa problema ko.

@cnel_26 - naku.. based on that email, gusto po nila na sa front page ang stamp/signature ng notary..

baka hindi nila napansin na nasa harap ung stamp ng tor/diploma... ung ibang document nyo ipaulit nyo na lang po ang notary stamp sa harap... tapos upload nyo agad..

make sure na each page has stamp, name, signature at contact details ng notary.. alam ko yan ang requirement ng ACS..

Saan po ba pwede ipa-notarize ung mga docs ko na sa harap nila ilalagay ung stamp at details nila? Wala po kasi dito sa amin eh. Halos sa likod nila lagay or extra page nila nilalagay. May parang letter pa kasi sila na nilalagay eh. Distorted naman ako... Hindi ko tuloy alam what gagawin ko ngayon.

@cnel_26 - hotshot is right, it should be on all pages... Meaning if your document is 15pages long, dapat may 15 pages of stamps, signature and all other requirements to certify authenticity.

I was lucky I did my notarization here in Singapore with a lawyer who is already very familiar with AU requirements kaya well prepared sila.

On the other hand, our documents that were authenticated in the phils, my sister-in-law has to undergo the hassle of having a stamp made specifically for the notary public just to comply the requirement of DIAC in certifying authenticity.

wala din kasi stamp na nandun ang information ng nagnotarized sa document ko.. although meron sya ung stamp na "certified true copy"... pero wala sya nung name and address...

si kinausap ko ung nagnotarized.. pwede ba nya pirmahan per page.. tapos ako na lang magsusulat ng name and contact info nya per page?.. pumayag naman..

ayun tinanggap naman ng engineers aus...
