@aizen if you select you're not claiming partner points, alam ko hindi mo na kailangan i-specify yan. I-specify mo lang yang english language skills pag na-invite ka na. Hindi ako nag-claim and hindi naman ako tinanong in that area. I just recently submitted EOI, so hindi ko lang sure kung may nabago.

Sabi kasi sa website www.immi.gov.au, sa vetassess daw tapos nung tignan ko sa website ng vetassess wala naman dun ung metallurgist. Sana po may makatulong.

Hi welcome to the forum..
based on experience ng mga nandito, you can do that in parallel..
pero mostly, ung mga states now, they require your EOI reference number so they can grant the sponsorship...

so therefore, after Skills Assessment and IELTS:
1. EOI lodgment
2. State Sponsorship (state requires EOI reference Number)
4. Once SS is approved, they will select your EOI
5. Visa Invitation

Start by going to the assessing authority for that skillset, they will usually have a definition of what are the responsibilities of a call center manager. If it's the same as your current responsibilities, then you can try to get your skills assessed. Study it carefully, the cost of skills assessment is a bit pricey.

Advice ko po, as long as it's free and wala hiihingi na money down apply lang po ng apply. Hindi natin masabi ang kapalaran ng tao. Hehe. About sa visa, pag-aralan niyo po maigi since malaking gastos po yan. Start with the assessing body. Which sa iyo is Vetassess I think.paki-confirm na lang. Kapag okay ka na dun, tuloy tuloy na yan. Since sa BPO industry ka nagwo work I'm sure sisiw lang sayo IELTS.

follow up question po pala.. nakalagay sa immigration website ng au, pag wala ka state sponsor kailangan un occupation mo nakalista sa SOL 1, so di ako makakaapply ng visa kasi sa SOL 2 un occupation ko and wala pa ko sponsor..

You can start by reading the Booklet 6 - the basic stuffs you need to know are all in there!

follow up question po pala.. nakalagay sa immigration website ng au, pag wala ka state sponsor kailangan un occupation mo nakalista sa SOL 1, so di ako makakaapply ng visa kasi sa SOL 2 un occupation ko and wala pa ko sponsor..

CSOL Sched 2 means STATE SPONSORSHIP (not employer)...
here are the general steps:
1) IELTS and Skill assessment
2) EOI via SKillSelect
3) State sponsorship
4) Visa Lodging

most are done online, some skills assessment will require you to submit documents thru courier.. please check your assessing body..

- select one type of visa and then go to the tab "POINTS"
- check if you qualify for the min points required by DIAC

Check if your skill is in SOL/CSOL:
-Please check this link: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/sol/
-yan po ang link for both SOL and CSOL..
-check which occupation you want to nominate... and then nandyan din ang specific assessing authority for your skill (example for engineers it is EA-Engrs Australia)
- then of course, google the link/website of that assessing body, read about their requirements..

190 sponsored ka ng state/region, kung ma-approve ka you must live in that region for at least 2 years ata. 189 is independent, kung ma-approve ka kahit san ka tumira pwde. Once na mag-create ka ng EOI naman, you can select both.

For those who had their skills assessed by VETASSESS, hingi lang po sana ako ng format ng Statement of Service from the Employer (Work Reference). I wonder if a certificate of employment is the same, or passable, as work reference.

For Statutory declaration: It has to be supported by Appointment Letter, Official Position Description and Evidence of Paid Employment. Mejo complicated po kasi ang case ko kasi CE ako pero Administrator ang work ko. Pero sa UAE Contract ko, ang nakalagay eh CE ako kasi po yun ang natapos ko at kailangan ng diploma para maissuehan ng working visa.

Also, how many payslips po ang ininclude nyo? Pwede po kaya ang bank statement?

Hello mga kababayan...just wanna ask...is the work experience in the Philippines counted as OVERSEAS WORK EXPERIENCE in claiming points or outside philippines lng talagang? coz if hindi kasali ang two yr experience ko sa PINAS, din PANG 3RD YR ko pa ngaun sa work overseas, e honor kaya ng DIAC na under 3-5 yrs overseas work experience ang bracket sng experience ko? valid po ba un? will they give me points for that kahit AGAIN PANG 3RD YR KO PA DS YEAR? may contract naman po ako ds yr and i really have to finish it.

overseas meaning outside Australia - so to answer you question boss, YES kasama ang experience sa Pinas!

 The words “Certified True Copy of the Original”.
 The signature of the certifying person.
 The name, date and provider or registration number or designation (eg: Police Officer) of
the certifying person.

@cnel_26 - hotshot is right, it should be on all pages... Meaning if your document is 15pages long, dapat may 15 pages of stamps, signature and all other requirements to certify authenticity.

I was lucky I did my notarization here in Singapore with a lawyer who is already very familiar with AU requirements kaya well prepared sila.

On the other hand, our documents that were authenticated in the phils, my sister-in-law has to undergo the hassle of having a stamp made specifically for the notary public just to comply the requirement of DIAC in certifying authenticity.

Marami kasi mga notary public in this mall called Adephi (it is directly opposite the Funan IT Mall) - we had our notarized there by someone named Andrew Ee. He charges something like 5SGD per first page and 2SGD for succeeding pages. He will definitely give you bulk discounts if maraming syang i-sign...
