@ram071312 ah ayun nakita ko na rin sa immiaccount ko. Dapat plang magnew application para sa my health declaration. akala ko magaappear lang siya pagkatapos magsubmit. muntik ko na tuloy i-click yung submit. buti na lang nagtanong muna ako dito. hehe. salamat po!

@jrgongon hindi naman hinanapa ang babay book, pero dinala naming just in case.
1 immiaccount lang po, ung sa primary applicant lang.. bale 2 sa dependents, all in all 3 referral letters.

hello po. regarding sa pagfillup ng my health declaration, meron kasing tanong dun na "Has this applicant previously traveled to Australia or previously applied for a visa?" Yes sinagot ko kasi nagtourist visa na ako dun dati. then after nun, may additional question na lalabas na:
Does this applicant have an Australian visa grant number?
Does this applicant have an Australian visa label in their current or previous passport?

meron akong grant number and visa label sa previous passport ko dahil sa tourist visa ko.
pero ang sabi sa additional info pag clinick ko yung (?) sa tabi:

"The applicant's visa grant number would have been included in any correspondence the applicant would have received from the department regarding the approval and grant of a visa. This may be the visa the applicant was issued with when first entered Australia as a permanent resident, temporary resident or any subsequent visas granted.

Enter the 13 digit visa grant number of the applicant's most recent permanent visa."

Since tourist visa lang naman yung sakin dati, so No pa rin sagot ko dun sa last 2 questions kahit na nagYes ako dun sa pinaka unang question? salamat sa mga makakasagot.

Kpag nag pamedical muna bagi lodge, lalabas po b sa health declaration sa immi account kung clear n ang medical exam or more exams needed kahit hindi pa nakpaglodge?

@gelotronic ang timeline talaga is 28 days after mo masubmit ang req'd docs pero based sa mga nacontact before umaabot ng more or less 2 months..

@pausatio yup mabibigayan pa rin ng health clearance kahit di pa nag la lodge.. mababago to ito something like"the processing of this person's visa application can now continue" after maglodge.

I'd like to share what are the documents needed during our medical at NATIONWIDE CLINIC

1. Health Examination List (sample)From the Australian Embassy, or Examination Referral
Letter (sample) for E-Visa Applicants
2. Valid Passport
3. Black Pen

Note:
No need to bring baby book kasi hindi naman hahanapin.
No need to bring a photo kasi dun naman kayo kukunan sa clinic.
No need to fast.
Bring CASH (debit card and credit card not accepted)

If you have a children from age 2-10, don't go for medical on thursday kasi walang PPD skin test (Tuberculosis skin test for children) that will be conducted since the result will be on a sunday.

PPD Skin Test (Tuberculosis Test) for children age 2-10.
Skin tests should be read 48-72 hours after the injection kaya you need to go back after 3 days. No screening on Thursday since the 3rd day will fall on a Sunday (No clinic). Also I do not recommend that you will have your medical on Wednesday since hindi nyo maaabutan yung clinic hours ni doc just like us =(

Hi po. Ask ko lang yun sa case ko. Naapprove nanyun NSW nomination ko, pending visa lodge ngayon. Yun sa eoi and nomination ko,relationship status ko was de facto. Sa visa lodge ichchange ko to single. Okay lang po ba yun or kelangan ko iupdate ang NSW before ako maglodge ng visa dahil sa change ng relationship status? Thanks po.
