@all pwede po for clarification lang..medyo nagwoworry ako sa nagawa ko MY HEALTH DECLARATION....kapag nasa ImMIaccount ako ang makikita ko dba ay LIST OF APPLICATIONS na tab tapos andoon ung reference no..application type..name...submitted on ...last updated...status..select actions...tapos dun sa row ng My Health Declarations nakalagay sa status SUBMITTED...tapos pag clinick ko un..pwede ko maisa isa ung application status naming tatlog...nakalagay sa Excalamation Points ay "This My Health Declaration form has been successfully submitted to the department. " tama po ba to kahit considering na pagclinick ko ung view health assessment ng anak ko ang nakalagay ay

sensya na ha...kasi nung nag generate ako ng My health declarations clinick ko ung SUBMIT button...ndi kaya nagsubmit na ako kahit ndi pa kami cleared..any clarification...medyo naguluhan lang ako..kasi nakalagay submitted pero meron pa namang pending na isa..salamat sa makakasagot..hindi ko kasi ma screen capture para mavisualize niyo ung mga sinasabi ko

@jrgongon tama yan kailangan mo talaga isubmit ang my health declaration para makapag generate ng HAP ID. iba naman yung submission ng panel clinic ng results sa DIBP.

@ram071312 Sir/Mam, tanong lang po, pag nagbago na po ang status ng application ko to information requested, meaning nacontact na po ako ng CO? nagrerequest na kasi ng medical and form 1436 (for my baby).

Another question po, yung pag provide ba ng needed documents included dun sa 60days upon receiving the invite? ang inaalala ko kasi yung pagkuha namin ng NSO birth certificate ng baby ko, medyo matagal ata maregister sa NSO yung birth certificate ni baby, which is needed para sa passport niya. saka bakit dun sa email ko wala ako nareceive na email pero dun sa immiaccount ko meron update. GSM Brisbane nga pla nagcontact sakin

@omeng22 ung 60 days po para po yun sa validity ng ITA meaning within 60 days dapat makapglodge ka na. As for the docs na required its 28 days para maprovide mo yung hinihingi ng CO kapag hindi mo maprovide within 28 days you can email the CO that you need extensions and to why you need it.

@mariem agree po. I will take my PTE exam this March hoping to positively get the desired scores. Last week pa lang ako nag start mag review. Needing the points badly for the "invitation to apply" will materialize. Having my agony as a 55 pointer!

@ann_joli pwede po ba yun direct email k nalang sila dun sa email nila? nagsubmit na din kasi ako ng form 1022 requesting dun sa extension para sa documents ng baby ko hehehe pero dun sa email nila wala update regarding dun, so mas ok na email k nalang sila ng direct ksama yung form 1022?

@omeng22 yung sa docs po upload nyo po sa immiaccount then yung extension I-email nyo yung CO.. inform niyo na matatagalan yung sa baby niyo. If you uploaded the documents required no need to inform them or email them with the same docs uploaded yun kasi nakalagay sa email samin ng CO. For concerns and inquiries dun mo lang sila eemail.
