@pausatio ang alam ko pwede po as long as in the same list, but doesn't necessarily have to be the same occupation. Either both in SOL, or both CSOL. So if 1 is in SOL, then the other ay nasa CSOL naman, un ang hindi pwede (but since most if not all in SOL are in CSOL naman, option would be 190 for instant 10 points for partner+SS).
"A suitable skills assessment in a nominated occupation on the same Skilled Occupation List used for your application."
Ang hindi ko lang sure ay sa CSOL, kung dapat both occupations should be open in the particular state you are applying for, but I would guess dapat both occupations open...

On the Partner Skill Qualifications checklist, tama ba pagkakaintindi ko...

My partner can pass skills assessment in an occupation on the applicable Skilled Occupations List for my subclass.

Positive assessment sa nominated skill under SOL? Ang architecture draftsman po kasi under siya ng CSOL... So, hindi pwede... tama po ba?

Ang ANZCO Code- 261312 (Developer Programmer) po ay nasa SOL & CSOL.

Good afternoon fellow forumers,

I've started to read and gather info about the migration process. I came across this requirement na lahat ng docs eh dpat scanned and marked as "certified true copy."

for example, my university diploma. Hindi po ba sapat na may stamp at seal ng school ko yung scanned copy? need pa ba i-stamp ulit ng school yun as a "certified true copy?"

I'm actually working overseas, hence the concern.. hope someone who's also working overseas can advise me about this doubt.

@richmondkv ang docs for assessment, scanned colour copies should suffice. Pero if black and white copy sya, you have to ctc sa notary public or any approved entity ni Australian government

@richmondkv Notary public dito sa SG ang pinag ctc ko.. Yup, Philippine Embassy also can certify, but i believe they are quite expensive

@se29m ah SG ka rin pala, yes i agree mejo mahal sa embassy. i believe around 40 SGD per page if i'm not mistaken

@louieg your assessing authority will indicate the outcome in your skills assessment letter. They will include if they have classified your academic qualifications as comparable to aqf degree or diploma or certificate..

@tiggeroo, Computer Science Graduate naman ako 4years di nga lang sa university, not sure kung ganun nga, do I need to send the Transcript of Record para dun? Thanks for the Links oo ang hirap manguha ng COE, kaya natatagalan ako pero may tip ung isang ka pinoyAu natin dapat daw paschedule na ng PTE or IELTS para magkadeadline, otherwise open ended like sakin maraming trabaho napaptungan, may time limit lng din 2 years nalng bago mareach ung age=25 points kaya i need to act fast.

one of the reqts for the skills assessment with ACS is yung Transcript of records and based from the School itself (you may check the country education profile here http://pinoyau.info/plugin/page/accredited-schools you would atleast have an indication kung degree or diploma or 2, 4, 5 or 6 years of work experience ang ideduct sa yo. degree from sec 3 schools unless 5 years with prof license ka usually is equivalent to Diploma. Sec 1 or 2 schools would depend sa CO kun bach degree or diploma ba, kasi they will thoroughly check yung subjects mo and minsan grades din.
