    Naka apply na rin kami EOI at SS for SA.. last July 26th nag lodge yung agent namin and 60 pts lang din kami.. So far wala pa rin po balita...

    Electronic lodgement for points tested Skilled Migration and Business Innovation and Investment visa applications will be released on or around 11am on August 11 (AEST).

    During this launch, we expect significant demand for use of these new products. This demand may result in temporary performance issues such as delays in page loading times and/or document attachment. Your patience during this period is appreciated.

    If you have received an invitation to apply for a visa, you will be able to begin lodging your visa application from this time using the Apply button on your SkillSelect account homepage.

    tama ba ung intindi ko from the previous page? kelangn na ng proof of funds sa pag-apply ng visa? kahit 189 apply? nakakalulungkot naman, mukhang d namin mamimit ung requirement na un. para na rin silang canada?

    Hi All,
    Sobrang naguguluhan ako sa system ng Skill Select... Last Saturday I received a correspondence and napansin ko na enable yung Apply Visa which normally diko nmn na notice it was there before... Sympre super na excite ako, then nakita ko wla nmng invtation.. Sadsadsad... Pero Im just wondering bakit naka enable na sya tapos they sent again another correspondence that can actually use that option na daw... Pero same thing I ddnt get any invitation... Super blur nagiistop tuloy mundo ko kkaisip... Is there anyone here in the forum same case as mine.... please share! Thanks

    hi @ ac15841 same tayo... i think automated yun pag send nila ng mga correspondence sa skillselect. nka.ready na siguro yun pag click sa visa application pag may invitation ka na. me too na super excite lols pagkakita ko na enable na yun Apply visa ;)) ang hirap pala, dapat may employer na mag sponsor.
    guys sa tingin nyu san pede mas madaling maka.apply for sponsorship mga nurses? help naman po. meron kaya willing mag sponsor na employer tapos dun na apply for APHRA and bridging course pag may visa or nasa AU na?

    puede po kaya magpost sa seek.com ng resume? may sponsorship po ba for overseas nurses dun? TIA sa replies. godbless

    question lang po. just receive advise from our agent that we have already receive an invitation for visa application, but the person who is in charge of our application is still on leave. nag worry lang po kasi sabi nla 2 mos lang daw yung validity for the requirements at hindi pa nagbibigay yung agent ng list. ano po ba yung next step pra ma prepare namin? or does this mean na nag hintay pa yung agent namin for CO kung mag hingi sila ng additional
    requirements? pls enlighten., thanks po.

    - nasa DIAC website po ang list ng standard requirements (passport, skills assessment, ielts, tor/diploma, employment certificates..etc)... i assume before you started your EOI eh meron na po kayo nyan lahat...

    - nagbayad po kayo ng agent, kaya it's your right to demand the best service from them..

    1. I just want to ask question po.. kapag po ba ung sa occupation ceiling sa skill select ay wala ung occupation nyo dun even though nasa SOL LIST naman ay it means ba nun wala kang chance na ma invite?

    2. at meron naman na occupation sa occupation ceiling na wala naman sa SOL list. Pwde mo bang gamitin ung occupation code na un? napansin ko kase ang daming kelangan sa ganung field pero wala naman sa SOL list 1 or 2.

    1. sa una kong question:

    let say ang occupation nyo ay: ICT Support Engineer
    tapos sa occupation ceiling wala dun ung demand at ang nakalagay lang na kelangan nila ay

    2632 ICT Support and Test Engineers = 360

    meaning 360 lang need nila sa occupation na un at pag na reach na ung occupation na un ay di na sila mag iinvite..

    my question is pwede ka pa rin ba mag apply ng PR kahit na ung occupation ceiling mo ay hindi indemand samantalang nasa SOL list 2 naman..

    2. ung occupation na Retail Managers ay wala sa SOL List 1 or 2
    pero nasa occupation ceiling na ang taas ng demand.

    1421 Retail Managers = 13140

    pwede mo ba syang piliin na ANZSCO code sa pag aaply ng PR?
    kase diba the more na maraming need sa job na un ay mataas ang chance na ma invite.
    kaso saan mag fall na category ng visa ung wala naman sa SOL list 1 or 2
    magiging PR ba ung mag aaply sa ganung code?

    @yoteamo_jay - sa pagkakaintindi ko.. ung listahan ng occupation ceiling is based on 4-digit UNIT CODE group ng ANZSCO... UNIT CODE is the first 4 digits of the job code...

    to answer your questions:

    1) yes. tama na 360 slots lang ang ibibigay sa unit code group na 2632...
    2) if you look at SOL/CSOL - nandun ang UNIT CODE group 1421... although hindi retail managers ang nakalagay.. pero naka detailed sya into job code talga...

    example all of these job codes will fall under unit code 1421 (Retail Managers):
    Antique Dealer -142112
    Betting Agency Manager - 142113
    Hair or Beauty Salon Manager - 142114
    Post Office Manager -142115
    Travel Agency Manager - 142116

    Reply to @Julz: 60 points lang po including yung 5 points from state sponsorship. I applied for Visa 190 (State Sponsored Visa). Wala kse akong chance pag independent skilled visa kse nga 60 points lang ako. So kung hindi gnun kataas ang points nyo payo ko is mag pa state sponsor kyo para sure :)
