@voltairevi company ID ng current employment ng manager from ACN? I can probably get a stat dec from the applicant's manager but hindi na sya employee ngayon ng accenture.

@altuser41 what if 4 projects under one company, pwede po ba na isang TL lang sa isang project Ang pumirma pero Ang nakalagay for all projects na?

And this affidavit available na sa notary public right? Di na to manggagaling sa AU embassy sa pinas?

@mergetwo I think the 1 TL for 4 projects is a bad idea, what if lang naman tawagan to verify, baka siguro pwede 1 manager as long as under nia lahat ng projects? Opinion ko lang naman yun...
Yes affidavit galing sa any notary public as long as nandoon required info.

Hi, sa mga nakapagpagawa ng affidavit/stat declaration, may tanong lang po ako. Assuming na former boss nyo po ang nakapangalan at naka sign sa affidavit, kaninong cedula po ang prinesent nyo sa lawyer o sa nag notarize? Pwede po bang ctc no. nalang ng cedula ko ang ilagay ko sa affidavit pag nagpanotarize?. Thanks po.

@ranier1337 since ang gagawa ng sta dec ang boss mo, i think dapat sa kanya po lahat galing ang attachments or yung cedula

Thanks po @mergetwo. May gumawa na po ba dito na yung JD ay nsa plain paper pero pirmado po ng superior tapos yung stat declaration po ay kung bakit wala.lang letterhead pero yung applicant na po ung gumawa?

@ranier1337 ano pong letterhead ang ibig nyong sabihin? Galing po sa notary public ang stat dec, sila po ang gagawa ng affidavit - wala pong letterhead yun.

I mean yung reference na may company letterhead ay generic CoE lng pero yung JD hiwalay n papel n may pirma din ng superior tapos yung ipapagawa na affidavit ay para lang sa reason kung bakit walang company letterhead yung JD.

Hi guys. Up ko lng to hihingi lng advice from ACN and Ex-ACN employees. Yung affidavit ba na pinapirma nyo sa supervisor/manager nyo ay kayo ang gumawa meaning yung content And mismong document? Nalilito po kasi ako dito. Or dun ba sa notary public manggagaling yung affidavit format then need ko lng ibigay sa notary public yung duties and responsibilities performed ko then sila na mag incorporate sa affidavit?

Guys, is it really necessary for the affiant to be present when signing the stat dec sa pinas? Kasi yung pipirma ng doc is super busy, asking her only her address and SSS# took 2 mos!!!! or pwede po ba na lawyer ang mag witness ng signature, then ipanotary ko?

Paano po kayo nag-request ng CoE from ACN? Via email po ba o pumunta kayo sa HR Office personally? Tumawag ako sa phone and so far dito daw sa emails na ito dapat mag-request:

Hi all, Up for this thread since 2016 huling update.

I'm also a former employee of acn and I'm in the process of collecting my coe / reference letter with jd and yes still the policy still remains as per what the others mentioned in the previous threads.

First, na try ko muna I approach ung huling project ko kung pwede sila mag provide ng letter with jd including ung isang short term project ko coming from the bench(bench muna ako noong na hire ako) pero sinabi na e email ko [email protected] then true sa sabi na Standard COE lang ibibigay nila and certificate of explanation due to certain confidentiality agreements.

My next action that I will try is to get an affidavit from my TL sa bench and sa project since kasama ko din sya that period and another affidavit sa last project ko either sa manager or TL. Sana my cedula na sila or pwede company id nila na I attached sa affidavit? Hopes this will work.

@patotoy yes pang ACS sana. My nakita kasi ako sample affidavit naka attached dito need ______who exhibited to me his CTC No______ so iniisip ko kung pwede in absence of sedula, who exhibited to me his company id with employee number ______ aside from I attach sa assessment ung standard COE or Paylisps (first and last) or Termination letter.

you can check some thread dito sa pinoyau or other forums for stat dec format. you can also ask the notary public company to inquire about stat dec procedures nila in line with ACS guidelines.

kailangan mo din kaseng isama yung papipirmahin mo ng stat dec sa notary public.
