  Hi everyone. Ask ko lang opinion ninyo on my case. Sis-in-law is PR in ACT. Currently, open ang occupation ng husband ko Architecture. We lack points in the EOI 55 pts only, pag nag lodge kami ng application for relative sponsorship sa ACT will it compensate the lacking 5 pts? Thanks for your reply.

  @poquita08 is your husband's NOC 232111 Architect ? Try searching at https://www.anzscosearch.com/search/
  For Visa 190 which will give you 5pts , as per the website this is CLOSED
  Important: ONLY OVERSEAS applicants.
  Effective from 18 March 2016 at 4:00pm AEST. If you are living overseas you are not able to apply for ACT nomination of a Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa until the program reopens in July 2016.
  You have another option which is the visa 489 na relative sponsored, but it is not PR, only provisional. You still have to apply for PR visa after 2years.
