Depende gaano karami ang ipapadala nyo.

They charged us S$900 for the 1st cbm and S$250 for every succeeding cbm. 1 cbm is equivalent to 8 boxes (dimension for each box is 55 x 45 x44 cm). Tapos you'll be charged for insurance (if I remember correctly, we chose S$150) then pagdating sa australia, A$200 for the quarantine fee.

They'll be providing you the boxes. For bulky items, like TV, you can have them packed in their original box tapos pa-compute mo sa kanila roughly ano equivalent nun in cbm by providing them with the TV box dimensions.

Note that the above rates are for shipment to Melbourne, and as of May 2015.

Hindi pa ako nakakapagpa-ship with LBC (I shipped my pinas bound boxes via VCF). But a quick google search shows that their medium box dimension is 24x18x20in. In cm that's roughly 61x46x51cm.

Box dimension is LxWxH.

So malaki lang ng konti ang medium sized box ng LBC.

BTW, sa Scoot, I think max luggage allowance you can book online per person is 40kg. Should you need more, tawag ka lang and they'll assist you.

That's what I gathered from my friend (kinulang sila noon lol)

@kittykitkat18 try mo din search fares ng other full service airlines baka mas mura kesa sa budget airlines. sa amin roundtrip fare for 2 adults at 1 infant mas mura british airways kesa sa scoot. use skyscanner for comparison.

ilang kg po baggage sa british airways? saka kano po yung ticket ny 3 if you dont mind po...:)

@jlexy $1380 return fare. for adult, 23kg ang checked baggage plus 1 laptop / handbag at handcarry bag up to 23kg din. for infant, 23kg checked baggage at 1 handcary bag plus 1 stroller at 1 car seat. pwede magdagdag ng extra checked in bag pero medyo mahal na. mas kumportable lang kasi pag may infant kasi free ang seat reservation (makakapili ng may bassinet which has a bigger legroom) at full service pa. nagcheck din ako ng scoot kaso mas mahal pa sa british airways after ko magdagdag ng seat, food at baggage.

@engineer20 ive chedk british airway medyo mahal mga 1k sgd din.syang singair around 800 nakta ko pro 30kg.so far scoot na cheapest and 40kg each

@kittykitkat18 may infant kasi kami kaya mas preferred na full service airline ang kunin pero pag 2 yrs old na anak namin pwede na kami sa scoot kasi may sarili na siyang seat. maliit lang din difference sa price ng 1 way at return flight. sa big move baka cebupac na lang kami from manila, hehe.

I have a bad experience in astro... Over the phone, nagpadeliver kami ng 5 boxes. Pero dumating is 8 boxes na iba ang size.. Tinawagan ko sila na mali ang size na binigay and sabi ko bakit 8, eh 5 boxes lang pinadeliver ko, sabi nila yung 8boxes daw eh equivalent non eh 5 boxes sa size na nirequest ko.. Confused!! - so nagrequest ako na kunin nalang nila yung 8boxes and nagpadeliver ako ang 5 boxes based talaga sa original size na sinabi ko.. Dumating yung nagdeliver, mali pa rin ang size..

To my frustration, I ask them na irefund nalang yung 200 and kunin nalang nila yung 8boxes. Been calling them, pero walang sumasagot...maski sa email..

@supermadi sobrang dami po ba need nyo dalhin? Kami kasi gamit lang namin yung biz class ng scoot 40+15kg per pax check in and carry on yan. Bale couple po kami so nasa 110kg na pde namin karga sa plane. May dala pa ko malalaking tv at monitor nyan, yung sobrang gamit naman pinadala ko gamit singpost, 2x 20kg, yung box na walang tatak nabili ko sa lucky plaza.

@Son-of-Abraham Mejo madame po kasi may kasama po kame toddler.. Pero good idea po yung sinabi nyo na 40kg check in. Bale may 120kg kame kung kame 3. Plus 45kg na carry on samen, baka nga po magkasya na siguro. Problema lang po yung transpo pag lapag, marami po din po ba maxi cab jan? Salamat po.

Kamusta po yung business class ng Scoot?
