Hi Guys,

Just wan't to ask, anyone else having experienced a longer than usual Visa Processing Time. Longer than the 3 Months Standard.

    Hi Guys,

    Sharing my experience, para po duon sa mga nakapag lodge na.

    I know na marami ang excited, once na nakapag lodge na ng application ay everyday na na check ng email at online application or any form of CO contact or update hoping na makita ang golden mail from DIBP.

    Isa na po ako duon, I have been waiting since July 2015, I'm not sure kung bakit nagtagal ang application namin since kumpleto na lahat ng documents inclduing medicals and PCC's, specially pag compared sa dami ng nakakauha agad ng grants within 3 months time.
    I just want to know, If this is normal thing na tumatagal ang processing time, are there any other applicant na katulad namin or am i just the unlucky one..

    @binoyski10 hindi na normal ang case mo... na-try mo na bang i-contact sila (as in tawag)? i've seen cases na pag almost 3 months na ung application, then after tawag... may grant na agad.

    ano nakasabi sa last correspondence mo with CO?

    hindi normal case mo, 90 days lang ang maximum waiting period. Do you have a CO, did they request anything from you, is there anything complicated regarding your application, how many times ka kinontak ng CO mo?

    Contact with CO is 2X already. Naghingi lng sila ng additional info regarding company contact information, ang problema kasi, lagi maximize nila yun processing time, tapos pag hingi ng info plus 28 days ulit to 3 mos before contact again. Actually based dun sa isang forum, marami din ang mahaba ang processing time, iba't ibang lahi din, yung iba 10mos na, Sa mga noypi di ko alam kung marami rin na ganito case :(

    It's very unusual if wala ka naman outstanding na kailangan isubmit or may changes sa circumstances mo like wife giving birth or repeat medicals. Once you have conpleted the shortcomings, you can email them and check on the status. When you call them, you can always say the date from your visa lodgement. Mas pinapansin nila pag yun ang binigay mo na info instead of the date of last co contact.

    @binoyski10 delayed na masyado case mo dapat itawag mo na yan. sa iba kasi ang kaso kaya delayed ay due to medical, manganganak or from high risk country. itawag mo na sa dibp yan.

    Actually, wala po talaga issue, updated rin yung information provided, naka ilang tawag na rin ako every month, lagi lang nila sinasabi its ongoing etc etc, sinasabi ko rin na lampas na ako sa service standards nila, kaso ganun pa rin.. since bayad na rin naman kami (five sa family) wait na lang talaga.

    Hi, I'm from #TeamSeptember and as of 29 March 2016, granted na lahat ng applicants saamin (at least those from PinoyAU). Take note na yung mga late ang grant ay may mga special circumstance kaya na-delay.

    Well, since sabi mo na tumatawag ka naman na sa DIBP every month, wala na kong ibang masusuggest. Siguro pwedeng mas madalas yung follow-up mo? Sobra-sobra na sila sa delay. D: Good luck to you and your family!

    That's right! You can also count weekends/holidays because they do give visa grants even during weekends/holidays.

    Actually, ang target talaga nila is 3mos/ 90 days ma complete ang processing, yun sa case ko kasi, nung ika 3rd month, nag call sila sa company ko, kaso di sila naka kontak, so nag request sila ng additional info, 3mos + 28 days tapos add ulit ng 3 mos again before nag call ulit.. kaya eto ako ngaun, nag aantay dahil talagang minamaximize nila yung 3 mo's after every contact :(

    @binoyski10 so tlagang may times pala they contact the employers. Kelan sinabi na hindi macontact or tumawag ka sa dibp? I wonder kung lahat ng mejo nadedelay sa is yung mga di makontak yung employers...naku baka isa nako dun. anung additional info ang hiningi sayo?

    Oo, meron talga, ang malas ko nga lang, kasi pang 7 na ako sa company namin na nag apply sa Oz with family , lahat sila nakalusot na at andun na, inaantay na nila ako, kahit sila nagtataka bakit daw natagal lumabas yung samin, ako lang ata ang na tyempuhan tawagan.

    Hi Tigerlily, Yup, yun nga ang tinry tawagan, kaso naka workshop yung tao kaya di na sagot yung phone, ang masaklap kasi, ang tagal nila bago tumawag, almost 3 mos nag aantay yun tao ng tawag, sana man lang mag send lang ng pre notice thru mail para ma bigyan ng heads up. Sinama ko naman yung corporate email add ng reference ko, di ko alam bakit tawag lang nag gusto nila way of communication.

    Hindi po pwede, employment reference po kasi ang hinahanap nila.. Nag dag dag na lang po ako ng additional managers who can attest to my employment history, hopefully mag exert sana sila ng konting effort sa pagtawag :(

    @binoyski10 nung tumawag kayo hindi ba nila sinilip ang application nyo and ask for passport details and reference number?

    though sa immitracker or expatforum may nakita din ako na June 2015 nag apply tapos ngayun parang wala p din ata grant.. though iilan lang nmn sila.. sana maging ok n ang sainyo this july 1. try nyo kayo weekly tumawag, tawag kayo this july1 friday
