Hello sa lahat may 3 ng tumawag sa akin na agents kasi nag susubmit na ako kahit sa aug pa punta namin sa Oz. Tanong ko lang po, may chance pa ba ako sa pag dating ko? nalulungkot kasi ako after pag sabi ko sa kanila nasa pinas pa ako at by Aug pa dating ko dyan, a bit worried lang baka nag back out na cla sa akin. Sinong may experience na kinontak yung agent pagdating sa Aus at tinanggap pa rin.

HI guys! Mahirap po ba mghanap ng work after ng BP? my age limit po ba when it comes to applying. I am 38 yo and ng woworry ako na baka mhirapan ako mghanap ng work after ng BP.

@she16, depende sa industry, usually hindi i-block yung application mu kahit overseas ka mag apply. Na hire ako via interview sa virtual conference.

@yassy, hindi kasi form of discrimination yun pero 38 eh bata pa. Actually encourage pa nga ng gov't na mag employ ng late 50's - I heard bibigyan ng incentive yung company pag maghire sila ng ganung age bracket.

Guys, need your opinion. I am applying for an entry level role which I applied directly, I am done with the final interview and after a day, they asked for a character reference na. So I assume anytime within next week may offer na since I don't think magkakaproblem sa mga referees ko. However, suddenly, recruiters are now connecting with me after more than 2 months of not hearing from them. They are referring me to a lot of positions na mas mataas ang salary and mas mataas ang position. Question is, should I pursue yung entry level na maliit ang sweldo pero kilalang company? Or just try the positions that recruiters are offering me? I know the latter is not for sure since I have to undergo another series of interviews pero mas fit kasi sila sa career level ko. And recruiters keep on saying na dapat ganun daw hanap ko and that's my worth daw or nambobola lang ba sila? Dun sa entry-level, talagang I have to move 3 steps backward. That's why during interviews they keep on asking me if I am okay with the salary. Of course I said yes kasi wala naman ako iba option at that time. Ayoko naman tanggapin ang offer and then less than 1 month aalis na ako, parang out of respect and integrity, di ko ata kaya. Or meron ba sa inyong ganito experience?

@prcand yes, nasa oz na, just moved here last feb.. i think wala naman prob sa lifestyle, pwede naman magtiis

pero naghahanap pa rin work husband ko. so somehow dapat isa sa min meron na para may income na. about work, sinabihan ako nung manager na with the role, di daw basta basta maiincrease salary and ma-promote. the reason i am doubtful if tatanggapin ko or hindi is baka wala na ako iba opportunity. naexperience ko na mahirap maghanap ng work, if i let this go, baka matagalan pa ulit makahanap ng bago. or otherwise, baka dumating yung mas okay kaso nakatali na ako dito.
