    Hi everyone. Question: Should I still click the "information provided" button sa immi account even if di ko pa nacomplete lahat ng requirements (pending police clearance certificates)? Tapos na kasi yung 28 days na period to respond namin. I sent an email addressed to our case officer requesting for an extension since hindi pa released ang mga pcc namin. I also attached in the email the documents requested from us na meron na and i also attached these docs sa immi account.

    Ang question lang, we did not click the information provided kahit tapos na yung 28 days, since we are asking nga for an extension, or SHOULD WE click it?
