Hehe napasubo nalang ako kasi nakapag EOI na si hubby.. for 190, baka maging okay ang sponsorship at EOI niya ..
At least pag nakakuha ako 10 points sa PTE pede ko magpasa rin for 189.. at least may choice at natry namin both.. ehehhe

Yun nga lang agad agad na review.. Medio nakakpanic! At least mas mahabang time ang pagreview ninyo.. heheeh

Guys, effective i2ng template for describe image. My friend passed on his 3rd take and dahil d2 my free drinks ako tonight....:):):)

For describe image, just follow this template:

The {line graph|pie chart|bar chart} projected on the screen is the presentation of variables from research entitled {title}

Based on the summary provided, {insert below}

{Line graph}
The line graph represent as {graph} has a {gradual|dramatic|slight} {increase|rise|decrease|fall} from {value} to {value} between {year} to {year}. While the line graph represent as {graph} has a {gradual|dramatic|slight} {increase|rise|decrease|fall} from {value} to {value} between {year} to {year}

{Bar chart}

Hi All,
Matagal na kong member sa pinoyau at natahimik lang nung di ko makuha ang minimithi kong score sa IELTS.

Nawalan na ako ng pagasa dahil naka take 2 ako sa IELTS. halos ma perfect ko yung 3 module pero di ko ma clear yung speaking section ko.

Then nabanggit ng friend ko yung PTE...after nun, nag try ako mag research and nag file ako ng 1.5 weeks na leave sa office. Tama na rin kasi,clearing ng leave namin this february.
Di ko naman sinasabing nag aral ako ng buong linggo na yun...
Naka leave na ako ng Feb 5-16 at nag schedule ako ng exam on Feb 16. Sabi ko, bahala na si batman.
Eto ang naging schedule ko:

Feb 5, busy pa kasi me CNY event akong inattendan...
Feb 6-7 Basa basa ng tips sa PinoyAU at Expat forum. Download na rin ng materials.
isinulat ko yung different format ng PTE. as in handwritten..with matching stabilo pa. pati yung time frame ng each section at module. At naka bold letter yung 10mins Break ko after part 2...hehehe. (mas madali kong matandaan kasi if sinulat kamay ko kesa ni type sa computer)
Feb 8-9 gala mode kami ng anak ko...
Feb 10 umaga, nanood ako ng Lord of the rings hangang 1pm. then aral from 1pm-5pm.
then rest at magluto ng hapunan.
aral ulit ng 9pm-12midnight kasi tulog na si kulet.
Feb 11 Nanood ng Hobbit. part 1-2 then aral ulit from 1pm-5pm.
nag order ng food dahil tinamad mag luto.
balik aral ng 9pm-12midnight
Feb 12 di ko alam kung anong ginawa ko dito..pero parang isang oras lang ako naka aral.
Feb 13 nag iisip ako kung mag download ako ng goldkit. kaso namamahalan ako at madami pa akong material na di nababasa.
So nag download ako ng app sa Chrome yung "Speech to text" na app extension. Napag alamanan ko na mali pala pronounciation ko. Try nyo sabihin "Intonation", minsan nalabas eh Indonesia. So nag practice ako ng reading using Macmillan at habang ginagamit yung app na yun. Then naka timer yung phone ko kung kaya ko mag salita within 40 secs.
by evening, pinanood ko lahat ng PTEAcademic videos sa Youtube. at meron din sila sample on how to describe a graph....

Feb 15: quickly read the macmillan reviewer.
Feb 16: umaga, binasa yung AcademicCollocationList at AcademicWordList from PTE.
Hapon , Exam.

Pasensya na, at mahaba. Pero ano ang gusto kong ipunto? Before Feb 5, wala akong alam sa PTE. Naka focus ako na mapasa ko speaking ko sa ielts.
Verdict ko sa PTE: mahirap sya kesa sa ielts!!! as in...
Bakit mataas ang score ko? Kasi alam ko na ang technique ko sa ielts. Me skills na ako on how to do speed reading and how to write good essays. Ang kalaban mo na lang talaga eh yung time limit.
Hindi ako gaanong nag aral, pero bat mataas score ko? Kung mapapansin nyo, nanood ako ng movies na gusto ko. at nahasa yung listening skills ko. ika nga, the whole week, exposure ko eh English lang. As in proper english. Hindi yung english na ginagamit natin sa work (na me Lah, mah, Leh, aiyo!). At nag eenjoy ako sa panonood...hehehe.

Tip ko lang, make your study habit fun and you'll see a very good result. Yan din approach ko sa Ielts kaya mataas yung 3 modules ko...kaso, di sya effective sa ielts speaking pag me tester sa harap ko..hehehehe.

Btw, to those who already took the ielts, mas malaki chance nyo maka 70 and above kung ang score nyo sa ielts eh 6.5 and above. Kalaban nyo lang yung time limit.

Hi! Ang tagal ko na di napapadpad sa pinoyau. Glad to have found this forum about PTE. I already took it 5x! Yung first, I got good scores (all above 75) at akala ko enough na ang 60 points to lodge at that time. Unfortunately, for accountants, naging 70 pts para magka invite.

So ngayon hoping to achieve 79 in all modules. Speaking ang pinaka mahirap sakin. I think for PTE, yun ata ang challenging talaga. For now, I'm awaiting for the results of my 5th exam, medyo matagal this time unlike dati na 1 day lang. Praying na sana good sign eto na okay na.

the struggle is real and you're not alone, my husband will take PTE sa May 28 sana mkuha nya minimum 65 each skill.

Ask ko na din san ba ako mag start nang review dito sa PTE , nadownload ko na so far yung mga materials na provided dito.. nalilito ako where to start
