Hello guys question naman. Clarification lang sana about the following na nabasa ko sa ACS:

1) Consolidate all pages into one PDF document for each qualification and each employment entry.
-so for example. 1 pdf file for school docs like diploma, transcript of records. 1 pdf file for each company - 1 pdf lang ang CoE at Stat dec?

2) employment details - Start and Finish Dates of Employment – these should be specific dates in a DD/MM/YY format
-talaga bang mahigpit sa format ng date? di ko naman macontrol format ng CoE lalo na kung previous company

3) Not suitable Stat Dec - Plain paper reference, with a stamp and signature of Notary Public but doesn’t state the
referee’s signature is witnessed
- pano ma-make sure na masasatisfy ko to?

4) Not suitable Stat dec - The document must state that it was Sworn Before, Signed Before or Witnessed Before the authorised witness by the referee and signed by the authorised witness, with the date and place in which the declaration was made and witnessed. List of Authorised Witnesses within Australia.
- eto naman ano ibig sabihin?

@thisisme1 hi, here are my comments..

1. 1 PDF each for diploma and transcript. I combined CoE and my manager's employment reference in 1 PDF per company.

2. D ko sure if mahigpit, pero to be on a safer side, mas ok na sundin ang format ng ACS. I'm not sure if magiging issue to, pero I don't think they will make a big deal out of it.

3. For this, make sure you follow your 4th question which is "the document must state that it was Sworn Before, Signed Before or Witnessed Before the authorised witness by the referee and signed by the authorised witness, with the date and place in which the declaration was made and witnessed."

4. Ibig sabihin lang nito, ang witness at ang magsa-stamp ng stat dec is isang registered notary public. sa stamp dapat nakasulat yung name ng notary public at yung register number nya with the date and place with his signature.

Take note na may ibang abugado na talagang strict at kelangan yung pipirma ng stat dec is nasa harap nila, else d sila magsa-stamp. Mejo hassle to kaya I suggest if makakakuha ka ng employment reference from your employer with a company letterhead, the better.

Good afternoon, Guys. Question.

Brief background lang, I have been in the IT field for almost 5 years. I am a Software Tester, pero I am a BS Industrial Engineering graduate which is very minor lang ang ICT courses in college. So, technically I was a qualified Engineer but IT field ung first and current job ko. Hindi ko lang alam saan siya magfall under. I was wondering if that would be a big factor on my assessment with ACS. Would you guys have any suggestions on what's the best thing to do? Thanks in advance.

@back_down bro section 3, automatic ng AQF Diploma unless you have PRC license. That's also my problem, that's why I am waiting till June to get a re-assessment, if hindi naging unsuitable result ko nung feb, malamang my visa na din ako now.

@back_down ano ba yung occupation ng partner nyo? since computer system and network ka, nasa SOL yun. Dpat partner mo nasa SOL rin ang occupation to get 5 points.

What do you mean by CSOL..?

Regarding PTE, punta ka lang sa PTE thread bro, maraming tips dun saka learning materials. Kaya yan basta aral aral lang muna before taking the exam.

@back_down nasa DIBP site yung lahat ng criteria saka yung SOL list Para macheck if eligible yung partner nyo. Need rin nya mag english exam pra makapag claim ng partner pts. Ang minimum score for your partner will be 5 or 6 band i think.

@back_down bro, since nasa SOL ang occupation mo, dpat nasa SOL din yung wife mo. para makapag claim ka ng partner points. Here's the excerpt from DIBP site:

Partner skills
You can receive five points if, when you are invited to apply for this visa, your partner provides evidence that they:
were under 50 years of age
had at least competent English (competent english = IELTS band 6 or 50 points in PTE)
had nominated an occupation on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated occupation
had been assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for the nominated occupation.

Ang pagkakaintindi ko, if nasa SOL ka, dapt SOL rin c partner. Pag CSOL ka, dpat CSOL rin c partner.

I hope someone else from this community clarify this.
